We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The apartment was clean and was great having two bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Having the beach right there was very convenient. Rented chairs a couple of the days. I can’t recommend the food at the pool bar. Ordered pizza and empanadas and both were pretty bad. Save your money. Miami Beach is very expensive. Thank you for a great stay.

Very conveniently located within The Alexander Hotel at mid beach with just a short Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The room was nice and beds were comfy. The property owner out did himself with communication before and throughout our stay making sure we knew arrival instructions and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the easy beach access and the double outdoor full service pools. The condo was clean and cozy, especially the bed linens — so comfortable! Our host was accessible and helpful. We hope to come back!

The apartment was nice but a little more attention to detail could be taken specially for some finishing and furnishings. The apartment has the Potential to look more luxury but it was fine for what we needed it. The pool area is gorgeous and we used it several days of our stay.

a wonderful time was had. A great location next to the beach and pool. Not a terrible long Uber ride to ocean blvd which is a bonus. Host was nice, everything was specified to a T so did not need much communication throughout the stay which is nice. There is a nice grocery/all you need store on the bottom floor if you forget anything. Great space. ☺️

This property was amazing and Gunjan was a pleasure and the communication was quick and responsive. Before and during the stay. No issues while we were there. I say “during the stay” only because 1) we were checked on to see if everything was ok and 2) the property was doing some testing on electrical and needed to turn it off for the day. Gunjan messaged me before it happened and let me know there was a small refund for the inconvenience and was back in my account before I even read the message. Back to the property. Gorgeous! The views from the balcony were amazing! The condo, beautiful! The location, perfect! The people that worked for the resort were all super friendly. Even the walk to the beach/pool area is beautiful. We rented chairs/umbrella on the beach and the resort will bring you drinks and food so you don’t even have to go back. I would stay here every single time! The important items people look for… 1) condo was immaculate 2) beds were very comfortable and clean 3) bathrooms were very nice, updated and clean. We were extremely comfortable during our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. We were checking in behind another group who used another booking service and they were charged a bunch of extra fees (resort, I think). Ours were covered in the price. No surprises. The rooms were clean, the balcony had a nice view, the pool was great, the beach was right there. Shuttle bus to South Beach was free and easy. Quick trip to and from the airport. The owner was very responsive, before and during.

I loved my stay here. The jacuzzi was a very nice touch! The 2 pools and bar area were perfect. Being able to just walk out to the beach was amazing as well. The store in the lobby was very convenient. Location and cleanliness were great! Can’t wait to come back.

I travel all over. I have especially spent the last 2 years going everywhere I can. I have stayed in hundreds of condos and this one was the cleanest I have ever been in. All the way down to the air fresheners. This host was by far amazing and I can’t say enough to brag on her. We will be back very soon. The valet guys and staff were awesome. Felt like a home to us. The pool, views, food and beach were more than expected. Can’t wait to come back. I suggest going for a walk if you stay as this rental is in a prime location to experience all Miami has to offer. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay and time. Your an amazing host and checking up to make sure everything was to your standards and your guest taken care is unheard of so greatly appreciate that. Thank you again. Will be renting again soon.

From the very beginning everything was flawless. From valet service to check-in to actual entry into the apartment. The views from the balcony was magnificent. My daughter's and toddler granddaughter enjoyed the ocean and swimming pools. Great apartment. I had a great stay.

This is our 3rd stay at Alexander due to its location and unpretentious compared to other hotels on the water. By far this is the best unit we have stayed in, with great views of both the bay and the ocean. The balcony has a nice rattan set to enjoy morning coffee with enough ocean breeze to wake you up. The unit is huge, 2 spacious bedrooms and baths, furnished with greater taste, comfy beds, large bathrooms and the Jaccuzie is a nice addition in the master bath. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall we felt that after 2 stays @ the hotel, we finally found the one that we will frequent more often. The host is very responsive and we could not ask for more.

Building old & classy, but our unit could really use some work. Cleanliness definitely lacking on check-in, we had to wash all the dishes after finding completely unwashed dishes in the cupboard. Floors need a serious cleaning. Several light bulbs not working in 2nd bath and the microwave lamp not working, a couple mystery wall switches, and a lamp power switch not working. Could use a couple tables near the bedroom outlets in the corners, and the electrical system in the unit needs work (some outlets very loose, coffee maker works in the outlet but couldn't get a charger to work there, etc.). The unit definitely has potential but needs much better housekeeping & some upgrading. Not to sound too harsh because the place has a lot of potential and the building is nice, but definitely needs work, especially in housekeeping.
