We stayed her with 2 elderly parents, a family of 5 and another adult. Great facilities, the park across the road was a hit. Super close to everything and well resourced

Our stay at Balcatta Sanctuary was great, the hosts are very friendly and accomodating. The house was everything we needed and presented very clean. Loved the outside sanctuary! The location was quiet & private, very handy having the park/playground at the end of the street for the kids.
Would highly recommend this place!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area was exceptional as were the number of rooms.

Only small feedback there was no gratter or can opener, otherwise everything perfect...

The property is lovely with lots of beds, perfect for a group. The outside area is awesome and very well taken care of. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kellie, she was very prompt and helpful :)

The owners were nothing but a pleasure to deal with, even going as far as to cook myself and my 4 workmates dinner one night.
Can't say anything bad about our experience at all. Professional, polite and super comfortable.

Balcatta sanctuary
The property was exactly what the add claimed it to be. (which is rare)
Very clean and tidy with a great outdoor BBQ area, and the street was nice and quiet.
The owners were nothing but a pleasure to deal with, even going as far as to cook myself and my 4 workmates dinner one night.
Can't say anything bad about our experience at all. Professional, polite and super comfortable.
Thanks again kelly and Peter. Would definitely re book in the future.

Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates, utensils etc. great BBQ and outdoor area, could do with proper aircon for really hot nights though

Great location for access to freeway and local shopping. Nice quiet street with a great park for kids to stretch their legs. Great BBQ and outdoor area.

Balcatta sanctuary
The house was very tidy, well equipped with everything to feel at home. There were enough beds and the outdoor area was very nice. The house was a good short distance to a nice park in a nice quiet culdesac. Close to shops and not too far to train stations and the city. Would recommend to families.

We had a very comfortable stay. It accomodated 8 of us perfectly. Had everything we needed with shops close by and a huge reserve down the street. Thanks so much to kellie our lovely host,fantastic comminicaton regarding booking.

Amazing hosts
We were so happy to have stayed here. Our hosts were amazing, making sure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were beautifully set up to accommodate all 5 of our children comfortably and the location was perfect for us as we had easy access to the Swan Valley as well as the coast. We could not believe how quiet the location was given it's easy access to major roads. We would happily stay there again and thoroughly recommend it to others.
