We had such a great time at your property! Plenty of space for the family, so many different activities in the house and beautiful views from the deck. Danita was super fast responding to a couple of questions we had. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations for my son’s wedding!

So when we pulled up I was nervous because this house doesn't look like what I expected in the front. But let me tell you...just open the door and you're in Colorado Heaven! The decks!!! The views!!! The house goes on and on! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay including laundry, kitchen supplies, pillows galore and even an extra refrigerator in the garage. Our kid ages ranged from 7 to 20 and there wasn't a disappointed member in the group. There's privacy when needed, plenty of seating to be together indoors and out and did I mention the views?! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Colorado Springs. It's close to everything and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Can't wait to come back!

It's located at the foothills of the mountains. I was blown away by the breath taking view of the mountains after first walking in the home. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The master bath was gorgeous! The kitchen was well organized and stocked with all needed utensils and pots and pans. There was plenty of room for the five of us to roam around. The kids loved the video game room downstairs. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. We plan to come back soon!

The location is perfect, you are within 20 to 30 minutes of Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes peak. We loved sitting on the deck and seeing Pikes Peak in the distance. The house was spacious and perfect for our grandchildren ages 1-11. The deer visited us every morning and evening and there was a cute little park about two blocks away that was perfect for getting rid of any excess energy our grandchildren may have had. It was very comfortable and we where very happy to have a dining table where we could all sit down and eat our meals together. Our host answered our question quickly . Loved Colorado Springs and would come back to this property again

After postponing our bi-annual family trip scheduled for July 2020 I'm so thankful we were able to keep this location. What a perfect setting for our family of 16. My husband and I were able to bring together all 6 of our kids (13, 19, 21 24, 24 and 27) along with spouses and 5 grandchdren. Everyone had plenty of privacy with ample space to come together for meals, socialization, game night and lot & lots of ping pong. The kids love waking to the deer on the front porch and hand feeding them apples. And the view from the decks was breathtaking. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again. Just want to start off by saying thank you for allowing us to rent your house out for the week!! The views are stunning from all 3 balconies 1 on 3rd floor 1 on second floor and of course the first floor. Rooms are cozy we had a wonderful time when we were at the house and not sight seeing. We got to meet all the neighborhood deer. We will definitely reserve here again when we come back and visit this beautiful state. Again thank you for you fast response and kindness!!

We were pleased with the location and the house. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed the deer coming to the door for apples . We had more than enough room and entertainment for our family of 11.The beds were very comfortable! A few updates are needed but weren’t serious enough to warrant a call to the owners (master bedroom is very warm even with the air on or the door open, deck railings a little loose, amount of hot water for showers if you have a large family) . Overall we would stay again for the close proximity to attractions and the amazing morning view!

View from deck was amazing. Plenty of sleeping areas. Everyone enjoyed Feeding the deers apples in the front yard. Somethings looked nicer in photos than they really were. The children enjoyed the ping pong table and playing hide and seek. Some appliances need maintenance. Owners informed. Really loved the whole family under one roof.

My family of 14 and I stayed here from March 6 to March 12. The house was very clean and the views are so so beautiful. The owner replied to me quickly when I had questions and ws very friendly. The house is plenty big for 14 to spread out. If you can, stay here! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

The property was even better than expected. Bedrooms are huge with so much space to spread out. The neighborhood and view were absolutely beautiful. Deer come to the front door and love to be fed apples. They have absolutely thought of everything and were readily available to help with any issues we had. We would definitely come back and stay again if given the chance!!

This house was amazing, 8 women stayed and there was plenty room for all of us!!! Cleaned well, and the VIEWS was amazing!!! It snowed the last night we was there, such an amazing feeling to beable to go on the balcony and see the Mountains in plain eyesight!!! We all enjoyed!! Mrs Danita was very helpful if we needed at anytime she answered and had the house warmed up for us before we arrived!!! There's a guest book inside the house and all GOOD reviews!!! Our family choose to have a memorial trip a year after we lost our mother...from start to finish this experience was perfect. Excellent communication from the owners every step of the way. Would recommend their beautiful home to anyone!

Our family had a wonderful time at Woodman Valley. We had plenty of room to spread out with our group of 15. TV's in the bedrooms, many bathrooms and the best was that the kitchen/dining/family room were all in site so we could see each other. The children had fun giving the deer apples.... they came right up to the house. The jacuzzi was a big plus. The view from the many balconies was fantastic. Many extras..... shampoo, coffee pods, tissues, games, pingpong, videos, etc. I would definitely rent again.

My family and I with a total of 12 of us were able to easily stay here and not feel like we were sitting right on top of each other. I really enjoyed the common spaces as well and the patios and hot tub. We love the large dining table which was big enough for most of the adults to hang out, eat and talk. The place was very clean. We stayed here during Fourth of July 2020 and if I ever come back to Colorado to see my little brother Again we would stay here. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were extremely nice. It was clean, well stocked, plenty to do and the kids loved the common areas. We appreciated the book of local things to do and instructions for the house. Only things I have comments on.... 1. previous guests didn’t clean the grill which was pretty dirty. The owners responded quickly and were kind and apologetic that it happened 2. I wish the descriptions for the master bedrooms included that both bedrooms shared a bathroom (which is what we hoped for at the least so we didn’t argue too much over who got which room because we had a bathroom attached) Again.....overall great place to stay and great neighborhood! Loved our first visit to Colorado

This was the trip in which I flew in from Miami as a single woman and I left engaged! My family and friends made the experience that much more memorable. The house was extremely spacious to tend to all of our needs at the same time. We had enough space for our morning breakfasts with sufficient chairs and glassware. Everything was working properly. The only issue we had was opening the garage door. We took some time to find the button and actually use it. The views of the mountain with snow was unforgettable from the balconies. We had no issues with cleanliness. Danita was very responsive when I asked (super lateeeee) for a later check out and was so kind enough to allow it. The location was perfect and nearby a sports bar for late night grub. She had everything in a booklet of possible questions already answered. I couldn't have rented a better household.

Great space for engaging with others, also ample room for privacy. Great location, views are amazing. Beds were comfortable and there was really good water pressure.

Absolutely loved this home overall. The three decks overlooking the mountains including Pike's Peak are just wonderful. Very roomy home with space for kids or teens in the basement. It could use a bit of updating perhaps and the master bath is shared with a second bedroom but it's location and views make this one I would highly recommend to famileis. We hope to go back for sure.

We had such a nice time there. We met up with my brother and his family and the kids love playing all the games. There was plenty of room for us to stay and to hang out.

Great location. The house was well stocked and the size was perfect for our 7 adults and 3 little ones. The grand kids loved the playroom. The big kids loved the deck with the hot tub and grill. The grandparents loved that all 9 of us fit at the dinning table. The house was basically clean, but the microwave malfunctioned. The owner responded quickly and told us that there was a second one in the garage that we were able to bring inside, but it was filthy. The walls are scuffed and the wood trim on the top step worried me. It looked as if it could give splinters or possibly break. Otherwise, the house was clean and from what I gathered, all beds were comfortable. We would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your house.

Okay, where do I start. First let me say the owners are amazing they were but a phone call away, any question anytime they were there for my family and I. This house has everything you need they thought of everything. The neighborhood is nice and quiet . The deer walk around the neighborhood that was super nice for my grandbabies to see. There is plenty to do, the owners even have a go to guide for that as well. We will definently be back. Thank you Danny and Danita for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The house size was good for our extended family get together, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. We had seven adults and two children ages, 13 and 10. They loved the games in the basement and also played a lot of ping pong in the garage with several of the adults. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood and the check in process was very easy. The communication with the owner was also good however, the reason we were in communication with the owner had to do with the unexpected issues during our stay. On our day of arrival we went into the house and turned on the furnace since the temperature outside was in the 30's and the inside temperature was 55. We moved the thermostat up to 68. After about two hours the furnace quit working. My wife called the owner and she said to check the breaker. We checked the breaker and all switches were still on. The owner called his brother who lived near by to come check it out. He agreed it wasn't working. The owner told us to turn on the fireplace and that they had 3 space heaters to use for the 5 bedrooms where people were staying. The repairman came around 10:30 the next morning and was there until 4:30 in the afternoon, we felt like we were being held hostage until the repairman left. The house was finally warming up to tolerable when we went to dinner. The wind was very strong that evening and when we returned from dinner it was very cold inside the house again. We figured out that a window, frame and all, had blown out and was laying on the back deck. Called the owner again and they sent a repairman, who was also a friend of the owner, to fix the window. His comment was "I tried to get them to screw the window shut when it broke last summer but they didn't want to do that since the weather was nice outside and the wanted the window open". The owner agreed with the repairman this time and allowed him to screw the window shut. After all of that everything ran smooth. We might look for a different place to stay next time.

We had a great time. The house and overall experience was everything we expected. The views are truly breathtaking (wish it had been warm enough to use the decks) and we had several visits from deer throughout the neighborhood.

Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful home! The views from all decks were spectacular! We spent more time hanging out on the deck enjoying the view than anything else. The home is very large and worked well for the 14 of us that stayed there. All families had different areas of the house for privacy if wanted and many gathering spaces to visit. Definitely a great house for large families or groups. The other thing we enjoyed, especially the kids, were the many deer that would come to visit us each morning on the front porch. Being able to pet them and take pictures with them was one of the highlights for the kids. All of the attractions and sights we wanted to see were within a reasonable driving distance of the house. We had a great time and thank you again for letting us stay at your house. We will definitely recommend for any others coming to the Colorado Springs area.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very spacious and has three decks from which to take in the views. It is located in a residential friendly neighborhood, the safeway was less than a 6 minute drive from the home. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO/homeaway homes this is by far one of the best in terms of the accomodations and how well the home was stocked but mostly THE VIEWS!!!! The house is so beautiful the pictures don't describe how open the living room is with the kitchen and dining room and the huge windows facing the mountains just let you drink it all in. Best vacation home we've stayed in yet. And the owners were so pleasant to work with.

We had 19 people from 5 families staying at this house. Never once did we feel crowded. Plenty of beds and even toys for the kids! We had a wonderful stay.

An absolutely awesome place to stay for our family of 17 to enough a family vacation. Everything we needed, plus more. Just felt like home. The teenagers loved the game and TV room when we weren't out exploring tbe mountains. The grown-ups so enjoyed spending time on the decks visiting and taking in the view. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

This spacious, well laid out home with a fantastic view was thoughtfully stocked with all the household conveniences to have an enjoyable gathering of family from various corners of the US. The openness of the living, dining and kitchen areas allowed all of us to be together while there were also spaces to take a breather when needed. The multiple decks with beautiful views were a highlight. We were all adults over 50 years old, and this was perfect for us. Our family does a gathering each year and we have found that the venue can enhance the event. Some have been better than others. It was a great home in a very nice residential neighborhood with short driving distances to so many sights. When we come back to Colorado Springs again your home will be our first choice! Thank you!
