Loved the pool & hot tub but would suggest a bathroom located outside near the garage so you don't have to climb the stairs every time you need to use the bathroom

Great place! We had 8-10 people staying for the week. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, beautiful pool & hot tub, landscaping and close to everything! Plenty of parking if needed. Looking forward to another visit

This house was very clean and everything was just as it was stated in the listing. The kayaks were fun, the hot tub was great and the pool was lots of fun and super warm. The location is great too within a couple miles from everything, 1.5 miles from the beach and a little over an hour to Key West. It's a great area to explore with great restaurants and lots to do for families. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with and answered quickly. Thanks so much!

This house was in a great location, the property was exactly how it looked in the listing. We used the pool daily, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella. The dock area was nice for spotting manatee, fish, birds & to launch kayaks. Our neighbor caught many fish on the dock as well. We used the blender to make drinks and the beds were very comfortable. The are was great with many restaurants close by, the turtle hospital, fishing charters, snorkeled at Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. Both beaches were clean and relaxing. The location is only 1 hour to Key West and a short 30-40min to Islamorada where we took the night boat tour from Robbies which was amazing, a must do. Such great sunsets and beautiful star filled night skies. The management company was very responsive multiple times we had questions or things to bring to their attention and she got back to us immediately. A great family vacation.

Excellent place to stay if you bring your boat and want to get out to the Ocean quickly. Pineapple was very accommodating to my needs once I checked in. Thank you guys!

We’ve stayed at a number of vacation rentals and this really stood out above the rest. Wonderful pool, hot tub and dock and short drive to the beach. Excellent amenities in the housr between TVs, xbox and clean and well appointed. Can’t wait to return.

The home was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, great pool and hot tub. The outdoor area was well maintained and landscaped for privacy, more than most rental homes in the area. Inside everything was clean, nicely decorated with plenty of amenities. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was more than large enough to handle our 24 ft boat. Communication with the property manager was excellent prior and during our stay. Thank you very much for the excellent home...we had the best time!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation here. We could not have asked for a better house with a plethora of amenities. My kids spent the whole vacation swimming or fishing, it was great! We even saw a manatee, nurse shark and caught a blue crab! We will definitely be back!

The property was just as promised, well appointed, perfect balcony, great location and the pool was incredible! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, unless we stayed for a month. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends!

We had a great week here and would definitely return. The home is LOVELY, clean, well-stocked, and has a very private/spacious outdoor area/pool. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of 7 (5 older kids age 16-24) to spread out. We loved the porch for coffee and the pool/dock for all-day fun. There are a lot of great places to eat nearby. We would highly recommend this rental property,

Property owner has thought of everything there is even a tea kettle we have stayed up n several vacation homes and none of them compare to this property. Pool area is beautiful and private your own slice of heaven . Loved the state parks kayaking and the wildlife. Will definitely come back.

We booked this property at short notice as our original choice of Fort Myers Beach was devastated by Hurricane Ian. The property manager Meredith was a pleasure to communicate with and gave us all the information we needed prior to our visit. The house is situated on a fairly quiet road, within walking distance of two supermarkets and some good restaurants. The gardens are well maintained with lovely trees and greenery. The swimming pool was a great asset and was spotlessly maintained, as was the hot tub. We also made use of the two kayaks provided and explored the canal area. As regards the house itself, it is well furnished, with large comfortable beds. Bathrooms too are large and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need and more, even down to spices. We had a really enjoyable time at this property and would highly recommend it. We had a slight problem with some rusted beach chairs but this was quickly remedied by Meredith, who provided new chairs. The local beach is a very short drive away, with plenty of free parking which was a real bonus. In short, everyone enjoyed their stay and we are missing it already after returning to a cold UK. Thank you Meredith for making our stay so enjoyable.

This property was amazing! Had just about every appliance you would ever need in this house and definitely stocked with plenty of linens/towels. Every bed was extremely comfortable and this house made you feel like home. I will state that there was just a few issues we ran into and it was that the bricks in the back patio have some that are not fully cemented in and rattle and move when you walk which is unsafe. Then also there is a step up area right after you go from the steps to the garage that is a little bit of a lip that caused my father-in-law to trip and fall, I just think a caution for that step would be a good addition so people wouldn't trip. Overall, this property was awesome and very secluded. Just exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of parking space even for 3 vehicles and a boat trailer. Perfect for you to bring your boat to dock.

This property was great for us! We had 4 adults and two infants and mostly hung around and used the amazing pool!!

The house was extremely well equipped with everything you would need including spices, pans, mixing bowls, beach towels, pool toys etc.

Usually when vacation homes say fully stocked kitchen, you get there and there is maybe one pot and one pan. It’s awful trying to put together a meal. This place had everything!! Pool towels& toys, spices, crock pot, & megladon drink mixer. Not to mention publix is so close. It was decorated so cute and the pool and dock were awesome.

Had such a wonderful time at 223. The house is in a great location...close to the beach, grocery stores, restraurants and centralized in Marathon making it super easy to travel north or south. The beds sleep amazingly, the house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool. The kids room with the bunkbed is smaller than I expected so we did not use the trundle mattress as planned. We needed the property manager once and she was very responsive. If we come back to the Keys we would definitely stay here again!! If you get tired of seafood they Coast to Coast Pizza behind Walgreens, the pizza is amazing and the keylime pie was the best I found..and I tried them all!!

We had a great time at Anglers Retreat - the privacy of the pool was wonderful - we spent a lot of time here. The house is very well equipped and the location is wonderful for groceries/restaurants/activities/beach. It will be very hard to replicate this vacation.

This house is fabulous! Perfect location to everything and fully equipped. Meredith is a fantastic property manager. She personally delivered a package that I mailed for Easter for my children. Great location, quiet neighborhood, not far from groceries, restaurants, and bars. The property was all we expected with beautiful private backyard/pool area.

My family stayed at anglers paradise for our spring break week in April. The home was exactly as described and had a beautiful landscape around the pool. We enjoyed this property very much. They have everything you will need to have a great vacation. Meredith is awesome as well. She was always quick to answer questions or give suggestions on where to eat. Do not hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed. The Pate's
