1st time to stay in DC. The information in the listing was accurate and very helpful. Very clean house in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to grocery, White House and lots of great restaurants and attractions. Thanks for great family weekend.

This is a great rental property, they have thought of everything! Love that they provided snacks & water. Great location, awesome area to walk around & explore. We parked nearby with provided parking pass & Ubered to museums & attractions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip to DC. The metro was super close and easy to navigate, which was my top priority. The neighborhood felt very safe, the beds were super comfortable, and this was the most well-appointed house I have ever rented. Tons of extras including water, coffee, snacks plus shampoo and conditioner and everything else you'd need, especially if you fly in! Highly recommend this property if you're looking for space but want to be close to all the attractions.

Great property and location

This VRBO is well located in Logan Circle and easy to walk to local places. The place comes very well stocked with water, snacks, and toiletries. The linens were very clean along with plenty of towels. Worked well for our girls trip to DC.

Beautiful home in lovely neighborhood. Terrific host. Short walk to Metro and variety of restaurants.

This is hands down the best VRBO I've stayed in. Communication with the house manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is beautiful and it felt as though we went to stay with family, but without the family. Lol The beds were comfortable. The master bath is spacious. The owner has made every effort to make sure all amenities are on site. Washer. Dryer. Coffee pot. Table FULL of snacks! Definitely will go here again if ever I'm in Washington DC again.

I would highly recommend staying here. The property owner was so great when it came to communicating with me and has done an awesome e job of throwing in special amenities from free snacks, bottled water, tons of ground coffee options. Amazing!!!

Had a wonderful time exploring DC using this as home base! Absolutely beautiful home and very cozy, clean and stocked with snacks and anything you could possibly need for bathroom products - shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, mouth wash, body wash in the shower... I could go on and on. Felt super homey with amazing decor, beds super comfy and pillows of high quality support and comfort! Would return to stay there and would highly recommend this property! Central location to everything in DC and the most DELICIOUS coffee shop right next door that we visited daily for their amazing Shaw lattes!

Property was exactly as described. Unfortunately the soaking tub was out of order. But these things happen. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything was great. Pre-stay communication was clear and timely. The owner/manager was available as needed. There was a cable TV repair that was taken care of unobtrusively. Parking is on the neighborhood streets but was not a problem for us.

This property was everything Jonathan promised and more. It was clean and very well appointed with water, snacks, spices, coffee, soaps, lotions and more. The location was superb! We walked a few blocks from the metro and easily entered the premises with the combination. We walked to the neighborhood grocery store and then spent the next 4 days walking to everything we wanted to see in D.C. Thank you Jonathan for helping to make our family trip so enjoyable and memorable.

We started our small family in DC 30 years ago, and wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a visit with our children. We’ve been coming back to the area nearly every year since, so we’re no strangers to this town. I can honestly say this is the best VRBO we’ve had the luck of finding. It’s in a great location - we walked nearly everywhere and always felt safe. The coffee shop next store is such a great way to start your day, but you can also make your own breakfast and sit on the back patio with a cup of complimentary coffee. Speaking of that, complimentary everything. Don’t overpack, because your host has thought of everything from bug spray to hand sanitizers to water bottles, personal hygiene, snacks, fully stocked kitchen….everything your own home contains. The neighborhood was close enough to the action, but delightfully quiet at night. Everybody in my family agreed we would be coming back here again for future visits. I honestly spent no less than 4 hours searching for the perfect place, and this was definitely it. Book it and enjoy!!

We rented this property to visit our daughter in DC. It was Perfect! The kids had their own space on the 3rd floor. The Master bedroom had plenty of room and a large bathroom. The home is within walking distance from great restaurants and a short Lyft or drive to all the sites. The owners provide so much extra! We stay in VRBO homes often and I’ve never experienced so many amenities. There were snacks, extra masks. Bottled water, extra toothpaste, shampoo, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed here for a week with a few friends during the month of June. House is very well located for the Logan Circle and Shaw/U Street neighborhoods, and is in easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants especially along P St, 14th St. , and U St. Easily walkable to Dupont Circle as well as south. Not super convenient for the metro lines, however, but doable within a 15-20 minute walk if you need to go somewhere using metro. The house is much larger than appears in the pictures. Extra tall ceiling on the main floor (kitchen, living room; half bath) with one master bedroom on the 2nd floor (queen bed; large bathroom), and two bedrooms on the 3rd floor (both have queen beds now, the photo with the twin bed is slightly outdated) and a shared full bath. The porch on the back of the house is relatively small but fits a square table and chairs, and there is a grill just beyond the deck. Overall we had a really nice time in this apartment and it met all our needs. It was also really nice and unexpected to have toiletries and some snacks already available on our arrival. We would definitely stay here again. The only con is the wifi which can be slow (it would often lag or freeze when facetiming or Zooming), even if only one of us was on the network at a time.

Jonathan was communicative and quick with his responses both during the booking process and also after we checked in. The house was in a safe and perfect location. The house was well stocked with anything you might need. There's a coffee/wine shop on the corner of the block that was convenient and a nice quiet hang out. Easy parking, with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is one of our favorite places that we’ve ever rented. It is spacious and comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras. The location is great too! We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we return to DC!

L'espace de vie au rez de chaussée est très plaisant ainsi que les chambres. Une d'entre elle est cependant un peu bruyante car elle donne sur l'avenue. Le pass pour le parking est très pratique et nous avons trouvé sans problème de la place dans la rue. La localisation est parfaite à 15 minutes du centre de Washington en bus. Le métro est également à proximité pour découvrir D.C. La communication avec Jonathan est facile et simple et nous avons trouvé de nombreuses attentions à notre arrivée ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve !

We spent Thanksgiving week at this amazing property. The place is in perfect location and the house itself was a exactly what we needed. Very clean a beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything we needed and it even had water and snacks available! The popcorn was a big hit.

We had a fabulous time in Jonathan's house. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were really comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for the welcoming snacks and drinks. I'd agree with a couple of other reviews that said the front bedroom can be a little noisy as it faces the road. But it really wasn't an issue and our girls still slept well there. The house is very spacious and felt like home away from home. It is only a short walk from a range of restaurants and a supermarket and the neighbourhood felt safe. It was easy to get in and out of central Washington - either walking, the metro or by using Uber. We would definitely recommend Jonathan's house to any other visitors to Washington. We had a fantastic time.

This home was everything we needed for our DC visit and more. Jonathan was wonderful at providing a beautiful place for us to enjoy when we weren’t out exploring the city. This property has a lot of extras that I have never experienced before on vrbo. The kitchen had snacks, candy, drinks, coffee, teas etc and the bathrooms had all kinds of shampoos, lotions, mouthwash, etc available if you needed it. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom (Q) and a en suite. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a bath they share. The front room with the queen and the twin can be a little noisy with the street traffic. The other bedroom with the queen is much quieter. The home had a parking pass that we used all week and it was fairly easy to find a parking spot close by. We thank Jonathan for sharing his home with us. It was easy to check in and check out.

Excellent experience

Could not have asked for a better experience. Owner did EVERYTHING imagineable to make stay better, even providing a crib and a high chair for us (which appeared brand new). He provided toiletries, snacks, and anything else you can think of. I've stayed at a ton of VRBO's, and this was the best owner experience I've had. Excellent communication throughout. Location great...easy walk to Metro, but also easy walk to the National Mall. House is great...lots of room, well stocked kitchen, BBQ grill. Great neighborhood, safe and quiet. Multiple very very good restaurants within a short walking distance.

I am not a frequent comment writer, but Jonathan's house in Washington DC was such a good fit for our stay and his attention to our questions was superb. The property is located close to Logan Circle and we were able to navigate all over DC easily using public transport. The bathrooms were well stocked with amenities and the shower in the second floor bathroom had great water pressure. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely will recommend this place and would come back. Thanks for a great week plus stay.

This was a truly wonderful appartement! Spacious, lovely decorated, very clean and everything we needed was there. We just loved it! Although in a quiet neighbourhood there were some shops within a 10-min-walking-distance. Jonathan Kolo was quick to answering our questions we had in advance.

It was a VERY GOOD EXPIRIENCE and very good treatment fron Jonathan Kolo, always answering our necesities. The house is BEAUTIFUL, very clean and it has everithing, extra pilows, extra blankets, amenities in the bath rooms and some SNACKS!! we were very very confortable, ande VERY GOOD location!!

This property was perfect for our party of 5 people. It was clean, had nice linens and a well stocked kitchen. Paper products, toiletries, bottled water and even a bottle of wine were supplied. Owner was quick to respond to questions and requests. We cooked dinner and breakfast at the house every day of our 7 day stay and found everything needed in the kitchen. The only issue is that the 3rd floor front bedroom is a bit noisy due to facing a busy street. This was minor and every thing else was exactly as needed.
