Very well appointed house! We didn’t need anything! House was great. Pool was awesome. Property manager communicated very well. Likely the best VRBO stay we ever had. Highly recommend!

Property was gorgeous. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed, lots of upgraded amenities. The pool was nice and warm as promised, so relaxing lakeside! While we didn't need anything during our stay, communication with the host prior was wonderful and everything was as promised. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future.

My sister and I came to visit Arizona for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. We knew from the photos, listings, and reviews. Christian‘s house would be very nice, but the photos, reviews don’t even do it justice. What a remarkable property. What a remarkable host Christian was. I cannot say enough good things about this property and our stay. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! The property itself is in a very convenient location. Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property is very well stocked. Christian left us plenty of extras, including a fully stocked, refrigerator, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a couple bottles of wine, and the list goes on and on. Christian is a truly remarkable host. The property has gorgeous landscaping And the design of the house, and the set up is remarkable. Each of the bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of closet room. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The appliances are first class as well as the cookware. I’m a clean freak, and even I was marbled as how clean the property was. I would say this property is great for pretty much anybody or any group. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Like I said at the beginning of this review, I will definitely be back.

The property was amazing!! Everything was super clean and organized and there were classy extras that you typically don't see at other rentals. For example, there was bottled water, sodas, beer and seltzers in the fridge at no additional cost. The host also had two bottles of wine for us upon entering the property. The whole house was impeccable and Christian was available whenever we needed him. And of course we thoroughly enjoyed the "Ritz Veranda" with its amazing sunsets, incredible pool and lake views. This property is at the top of our list for rentals in the Chandler/Ocotillo area!!!

We chose this house for our fall break family vacation and it was great! The house was a nice layout and the pool was fantastic. We especially loved the large patio doors that opened up to the patio and gave the sense of combined indoor and outdoor living. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The host provided several small touches that were much appreciated such as a stocked drink fridge, toiletries in the bathrooms and pool towels for use. The communication with the host was accurate, efficient and timely. If we return to Arizona, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Great spot to base out of while visiting PHX. Home was as advertised, extremely clean, and Christian was a breeze to work with!!

Our Maui trip was cancelled because of the fires, so we choose Arizona to visit for a vacation. We were also celebrating my Husbands 60 birthday. You property was GORGEOUS! We loved everything about it! Our Host was easy to get a hold of, and just great. We have already have friends asking about the property to rent as well.

We came in during a heat wave and spent almost every waking moment in the pool. The house was great and everything was as described. We cooked every meal and it was nice to have a nicely stocked kitchen It was so peaceful there. We would absolutely stay here again.

Christian was such a great host and easily accessible. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to relax and have family/friends over for a get together. The house was clean, and the pool was awesome! Thank you for allowing my family and I to enjoy this home!

Home is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed for a month or two!! Impressed with all the info provided by homeowner as far as local restaurants and churches. We have stayed at a lot of expensive resorts and this is by far better than any of them.

Wonderful property with everything you need. The pool is beautiful especially at night. Christian has created a beautiful experience and is a very responsive host. If you play the golf course beware of all the water and bring extra balls 😂

The house was amazing, Christian makes it so easy and welcoming!! The pool was perfect, we enjoyed it both day and night. The house was well stocked, and well maintained.

Wow! So many good things to say about this property. The owner is so good about communication, responded same day when asking questions prior to the trip and there was a very nice book of important property and location information at the house. Our little ones loved running around the house and enjoyed the super warm pool. Very nice touches including extra wine on arrival, water/soft drinks in the fridge, and there were some starter items (condiments, spices in the kitchen as well as toothbrush, soaps, makeup wipes in the bathrooms) Super clean, homey, and neighborhood was very quiet. Can't wait to come back!

This was the perfect set up for a little get away. Our first time to Arizona as our daughter had a college visit. We wanted something low key that we could embrace as a family. Everything about this property was top notch. Thank you Christian this Iowa family will be back.

This property was fantastic!! The community was so peaceful and quiet. Christian was a great host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. My favorite little detail was the black towels provided to remove my makeup so I did not ruin the white towels. I can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time I am in Chandler.

What an amazing property! Christian is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have a wonderful stay. The house is laid out perfectly and has beautiful views of the pool and lake. It is well stocked with anything you should desire during your stay. This is the second time we've stayed in this home and we enjoyed every minute of it! This home is in a great neighborhood and is stocked with everything you would need for a great vacation. The home and property are beautiful yet comfortable. It's large enough to accommodate privacy when you want it and space to gather together in one or more groups. Although there are neighbors on either side and across the canal, it felt private. Christian has some items stocked which was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This was a beautiful property. We were in town to celebrate my husband‘s sister who recently died. This house was perfect to have our family together with our four adult children. We enjoy the pool and the gorgeous kitchen and the pictures do not do this home justice. We hope to see you again because we love the quiet neighborhood and the floor plan of the home. We also played a lot of games of pool that was super nice.

One of the most quietest neighborhoods I have stayed. Very nice host. Responsible and the home is very well kept. It is fully stocked. There are grocery stores near by and some great restaurants. Christian is an amazing host and very responsive. We recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home to spend a few days.

Everything about the Ritz Ocotillo home was perfect! The check-in was very smooth, with the home and pool at the requested temperatures and beverages waiting for us. The home is extremely well-stocked with essentials and even had extra touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed having the indoor-outdoor sound system, as well as the pool table and the smart TV. The outdoor area was great as well. It was extremely quiet and peaceful with comfortable seating and a lovely heated pool. We enjoyed sitting outside for dinner almost every night. Christian is an amazing host. He was very easy to get in touch, and extremely helpful. By far the best host we've ever had. We will definitely be back to stay at this home or another one of Christian's properties.
