The staff were very accomodating.

the parking. there was ni sgnage as to where the parking was. The rom wasnt that clean, even the bedsheets and pillow cases. the towels smell like it was previously used.

I like the location. The rates are reasonable.

I like our stay in the place its just that in the rooms there is no wifi. The wifi connection is only available in the upper level.

The communicarion lines ( wifi and phone signal ) should be improved.

The view from the hotel is quite beautiful

The room is very old and dated, the air-conditioning unit is very old and just blow air, the matress was much larger than the bed and can lead to falling, lots of dust

The area is very accessible to public transportation and the view on the roof deck is really amazing.

My room has 3 locked doors connected to other rooms. This just freaks me out.

Noisy from outside

Simple room.

Old tv no available channels. They forgot to polish the room with towels and slippers. Shampoo and liquid soap is not enough for two. Not the what I expect with red doorz reservation.

The location is very easy to access. Room was a bit spacious. bathroom has a heater. the linen is clean. The wi-fi is within reach of my room and its speed was ok. the balcony is alright with a small view of Taal.

I was double charged despite telling the receptionist that I paid with my card the night before my check-in, but she insisted that I should pay in cash at the property. I want a refund for that. You can be heard from outside of your room. no parking for those who will bring their own car.
