The feeling that we were in a 5 star hotel room, clean rooms, complete facilities, accessibility (near highway). My husband loved that there was an “Alexa” in our room (Alexa, turn the light to blue! Alexa, play music! 😂😂)

Very clean room with complete ammenities. Very good Filipino breakfast topped with Italian coffee & cupcake. Courteous and helpful staff with hands on assistance from the property owner.

It was perfect. It was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable and having the mini bar was great.
I wish there were more utensils in the kitchen like a spatula.

Great decor with themed rooms. We stayed in the New York room. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Rudest staff/no breeding at all and his name is Manolito Manabanan..Very unprofessional and attitude 👎👎👎. He made a mistake with 3 rooms and blaming it on us which i just booked 1 room.They dont even check ID, thats why they dont know i am the one checked in.not enuf amenities/water got cut off/stove not working properly. I do really regret staying here. The person who dealt with us keep on texting us and calling and threatening me. He even include my mom who is on chemo. HOW CAN A HUMAN OR IM NOT SURE IF U ARE , TO WISH A PERSON TO DIE???

The place is very lovely, clean, and comfy. We reserved a family room and it is very spacious. Breakfast is excellent and very affordable as they provided us with an even more significant discount. We highly recommend this place.

The overall style of the Hotel, the room was fantastic and the lounge is very relaxing and a great stop over.

Love the breakfast. Perfect taste. Served well. Ambiance at the top was so relaxing. The beautiful plants around the table is perfect for everyone.

Great location. Perfect view of Tanauan and surrounding locale. Mall and shops close by. Many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and even gave us free complimentary wine! Kitchen was stocked with a variety of utensils and rice cooker. Staff even let us check in very late and were very understanding.

The place and rooms are cozy and peaceful. The staff are very polite and accommodating! Clean rooms! Feels like Home! BTW! unlimited movie marathon with Netflix! and pets were allowed! See you again! ❤️❤️💼💼💼

How nice the room.
No dining table inside the room even there is a kitchen.

The room is stunning! The management did a great job in making sure that every interior detail is on spot.
The smart TV was also huge and equipped with Netflix.
The management was so easy to talk to and they were easily able to adjust to our preferences.
Overall, It was Much better to see the room in person as it exceeded our expectations
