We stayed a week at this very roomy quiet property. Excellent area close to a nice grocery store and restaurants but away from the crowds. Has 3 large BRs with master upstairs. Mini splits in all rooms. Nice pool that we just put our feet in (was a little cold to me-not heated) really nice patio and grill too. Would stay again!

It was spacious and clean, and had a nice pool that we loved using. A fantastic, well stocked supermarket (Super Food) is very close by which is convenient. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Thank you!

Decided to book a house instead of a hotel for a number of reasons and this house did not disappoint! The pictures are spot on. The location is amazing. The property manager was fantastic along with the owner. My family had the best time! Book the trip! You wont regret it!

This house was nice and well kept. It is in a very good location. Close to everything including supermarket, entertainment area, and the best beaches on the island (all within 5 minutes of driving). Only downside was the washer/dryer not working properly. They did try to get it fixed but couldn't repair apparently. Property manager was responsive. Overall I would stay again for sure.

The property was located to all kinds of fantastic beaches and snorkeling. We had an easy drive to food as well. The pool was a fantastic bonus. We jumped in every day. The only difficulty we had was using the drying rack because the dryer doesn’t work. It kept falling over no matter how I secured it. I hauled over some large rocks from the yard and used a chair to get it to finally stay put. Overall though, a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was as posted. The property and the house is amazing especially the pool after a long day at the beach! Great location to numerous beaches and nightlife and eateries not to mention the supermarket was a minute away which made it super convenient. Always quick communication with owner and housekeeper. We really enjoyed this house and this island and cant wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba. The house, the pool, the beach, the weather... everything was exactly what we hoped for. Our phones did not work without any Wifi so it was tricky to get directions and communicate with Annie especially upon arrival since GPS or WhatsApp wouldn’t work once we left the airport. Everything else was awesome. Thank you!

Our 6 nights started badly and got worse. The area is intolerably noisy by day making the pool area unusable except on Sunday. Annie the housekeeper ignored our initial calls then responded sporadically by PM. We had booked months ahead but she did not expect us and the house was unprepared. "You are booked for next week not this week". A PM promise to rendezvous at Citgo gas station to guide us was broken and we had to find the house on Maps.me. Annie was there cleaning. We got minimal intro to the house and she seemed too flustered to talk. The house description falsely suggested to us a full new build with substantial privacy in a quiet area. In truth an older house remodelled. Electrical fittings look 20-40 years old. Slatted window blinds look decades old and most are broken. Opening and closing two dozen slats night and morning is done 1 by 1 by hand as control rods are gone. The gas hob decals are too worn to read. The oven was broken so no pizza. The lounge DVD lacks a compatible TV connection. The neighbourhood is part commercial. Directly across the street is the rear of San Miguel 56B hosting the Xtreme Island Tour Aruba business. At night 56B became a "party house" with a disco lighting gantry over its yard. Our daughter was kept awake to 3am by their party of Thur 27th and the whole family kept awake to 4am on Sun 1st Mar. Adjacent 57A is a construction site with drilling, grinding and hammering 6 days a week making the yard/pool area unusable by day. The outdoor area was our sole reason to pay a premium for this rental, but we got daytime use on Sunday only. Alleged "significant privacy" is false. The perimeter walls are barely thigh high and the yard/pool is on full view to three neighbours. The low walls provide zero noise barrier. In our view the property description cannot reasonably continue to suggest "quiet", "privacy" or "newly constructed". The house is spacious and the beds are comfortable but only the two showers have hot water. No thermostatic controls so alternates hot and cold. AC is OK. NO piped kitchen hot water. Dishwashing is by hand involving boiling serial kettles on the old gas hob. Very primitive, bit like camping but not at camping prices. Pre-paid electricity is via a bizarre remote gas station vendor. Annie said buy $60 we used c.$25! Refund? We emailed the owner over the noise issues only to be brushed off saying noise was not under her control! Offering neither remedy nor recompense.

This was our first time in Aruba. The house wasn’t ready when we got there but it was fine cause we ran to the supermarket for some stuff while Annie worked on it. Annie was wonderful. Meeting her was nothing formal. We felt like we arrived at a relatives home. That house had everything listed and even some seasoning supplies maybe from previous tenants which came in helpful. The beach chairs weren’t usable but it was fine cause we spent most of our time at moonba beach we’re you can rent them. There were houses around but it was very quiet. Except for the occasional dog barking. What I like the most is that no one bothered us about the moderate noise we made By the pool (small radio, laughing, talking loud etc.) We smoked outside. Annie gave us our privacy and answered Right away the few times we texted her. We did well with the electricity and the water but there were only 3 of us so I’m sure with more people we wouldn’t have. We mostly turned the ac on at night. I would definitely recommend you rent a car as nothing is walking distance. We would definitely go back to this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was excellent. We really liked the outdoor covered patio and pool. The grill was nice to have. Annie was very easy to work with! Thanks!

The house was a great space and the owner Ksenia was very helpful in making everything easy. The best part was lounging in the pool every morning.

Everything went great. The only thing I would say is they need a bigger trash can for the kitchen.

Didn't do any cooking. But everything was clean as it should be. the size was perfect for the 4 of us and a good location to everywhere. the pool was a little cool and there was only 3 beach chairs. Aruba was windy everyday just like they say.

This house was ideal for our family of 5 for our stay in Aruba. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for going to the various beaches, awesome restaurants and various activities like golfing and snorkeling. Annie was such an asset to us as we ran into a couple of issues with the electricity and hot water during our stay but she knew exactly what to do in both instances to make it right. The dogs barking every night were a nuisance which made sleeping a bit challenging. Other than that, the house is in a great location.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days then some friends joined us for a few days. It was perfect! Clean. Close to everything but would recommend renting a car to see all the sites. Great house, island, and place to vacation and relax!

Our stay at this house was amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked including Tupperware to bring lunches to the beach in the cooler. Annie was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only “down side” which is no fault of the owners is that there are a lot of dogs around barking in the middle of the night.... so if you’re light sleepers like us, bring earplugs.

We enjoyed the house with our 2 children . Annie was great. We can't wait to go back next year.

We have just had a brilliant 2 week stay at San Miguel. The house provided everything we needed with the pool and outside space and facilities inside. Comfy beds, air conditioning, good showers and enough kitchen equipment. We ate out a lot but did bbq and lunched at home before going out exploring. Annie was great - meeting us at superfoods when we arrived to show us the way and sorting out electricity payments. We hired a car from Wheels2go - would recommend them - very reasonable rates and good car and they met us at the airport. We did a good combination of relaxing by the pool and beach and exploring - we covered most of the island in our 2 weeks. We did paddle board yoga, snorkling, scuba diving and horse riding- would recommend them all! We generally drove to the beaches as we were too hot to walk! It was Windies than I expected ( I had read there were trade winds) but we were very grateful for it - but found Palm Beach to be the most sheltered in terms of sand blowing about. Ksenia is a great host -answering any queries promptly. Would recommend this villa. Fantastic house, host and island! Thankyou Hilary, Steve and family (3 teenagers)

We could not be more happy with our stay. Everything from the location of the property to Annie as the property manager was excellent. Rented a car and explored the island. The kitchen supplies, the local Super Foods store and the gas grill made eating-in very easy. We would love to return.

My group enjoyed our stay at this house in Aruba. Kitchen was stocked for any cooking, a propane grill out back. We enjoyed the back patio for card games in the morning as well. We chose to make our breakfast here most days. Super Food is a very short drive and walk away so it was nice not to have to stock up at the grocery but instead go daily for what we needed. The house was clean and the A/C worked just fine. We purchased $80 worth of electricity for the week and kept the A/C on low and lights off when we were gone all day and never ran out (for 4 of us). We did go over about $25 on our water and we didn't take too many showers as we were gone doing activities most of the day so I'd say plan to go over on the water usage. Beds were a little firmer then I'm used to but I got used to it after the first night and slept just fine after long days in the sun. House is stocked with plenty of towels and pool/beach floats even a cooler! The neighborhood seemed very safe and mainly it was quiet. We met the neighbor Mark who was very friendly and offered his assistance if we needed anything along with Annie the property manager. I would recommend renting a car, you can walk to Eagle beach but Palm beach with more activities is a much longer walk. We had no problem parking at the Hyatt hotel for free each day and found it to be pretty central for Palm Beach activities. Make sure you get an Acai Bowl or Poke Bowl from Eduardo's on Palm Beach during your stay... I think I had one every day. Thank you Ksenia and family for opening your place to us!

great time in Aruba especially in this villa, clean and organized, the grounds and pool we're wonderful, close to shopping, beach and main area where you will find all types of restaurants and casinos and nightlife. Annie was wonderful when we needed her she answered right back. I recommend this rental 5 Stars. Looking forward on coming back soon.

What a wonderful place to spend a week in Aruba. Close to Eagle beach, just a couple blocks away from the Supermarket, and the home and pool were excellent. We cooked many of our meals there and dining on the back patio next to the pool was great. We only used our A/C during the evenings because if you open up the doors and windows the breezes keep the house very comfortable. We enjoyed many nights lounging in the pool after a day at the beach or sightseeing the island. Annie was very helpful in explaining the operations of the house. We had no issues at all. Would highly recommend renting this home if you're visiting Aruba.

I cannot say enough about this property! We went to Aruba to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family. The owner of the property could not have been more helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations, travel info for Aruba, taxi info, you name it she had answers. Also the property manager could not have been more helpful as well! The house is PERFECTLY located and beautiful. We lived at the pool and nearby Eagle beach. We are already plannning my husbands 40th for next year. This property will be our new vacation stay hopefully for years to come!!! Thank you SO much for everything! We cannot wait to come back!!!

Enjoyed everything about the property. Would stay again any time. Three bedrooms with individual air conditioners. Two bedrooms downstairs. Master bedroom upstairs with bathroom. One AC unit was not working but owner and manager were very responsive and did all they could to address situation. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. One of the best equipped kitchens for a VRBO. Everything was working as expected. Back patio and pool were fabulous. Very relaxing after a day at the beach. Location is excellent. About a three minute drive to Eagle Beach and two minutes to very nice grocery store. 15 minutes to Palm Beach. 25 minutes (unless stuck in cruise ship traffic) to airport. Pre-trip, during stay and post-trip the owner was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended.

The house was spacious, clean and beautiful. Perfect for a vacation with kids. Would definitely come back!

This house was great for our family. The house is very clean and nearby to all the great restaurants, beaches, and super close to the shopping center. We loved that there are no bugs in the house and the pool is great for people with young children. Annie was very helpful and very accessible! We definitely recommend!!

This house was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The pool was the icing on the cake. Perfect size and fairly secluded. We used it everyday! The location of the house was great. Very close to everything, including the lighthouse, Eagle & Palm Beaches, butterfly farm, bird sanctuary, and Superfood. We rented a car which allowed us to hit all parts of the island within 30-45 min maximum, which we would highly recommend if you desire independence. We had a problem with one of the AC units during our stay and contacted Annie who got someone over to fix it pretty quickly. Annie was great and very available for all of our needs. Overall we had a amazing experience and we will definitely be back!
