Very bad service, the beds were dirty with dog hair and dust, the drill was without gas, while we were bathing in the pool they started to fumigate and mop and it was too much for them, they kicked us out with 3 policemen without finishing the days of our stay, supposedly we had broken the rules and they wanted to charge us more money, a total bad experience

every was beautiful I liked everything

The view was lovely, the fact i could have my dogs with me and the sunsets. The fridge was a good size and the communication with the hosts designated person was very good.

The location was sketchy, in fact we drove past the small street several times thinking it must be a mistake. I didn't like to walk my dogs outside the gate. The gate you could easily slide through. The outside pool area was very unkept with broken pool toys, goggles lying around. The pool needs serious attention and a bloody good clean. The kitchen had a mismatch of items, most of which where old and smashed up. Freezer compartment was dirty, tiny ants everywhere. Thermostat upstairs set to 78 which is way to hot and can't be changed due to a pin lock!!! I will add the communication with the hosts designated person was good and when the HVAC started to make the worst noise ever they did arrive the following morning to address the issue. To get to the upstairs master bedroom and playroom was very unnerving with a tight, steep spiral staircase. We used the outside steps. The BBQ had no gas, and barely worked once we purchased the gas and of course we leave the for the next unwitting guests. Our family left the second day as they had children they didn't feel comfortable. I kept apologizing. We stayed on and thankfully no issues. But by God it was not what i had hoped or expected given we paid just under $1800 for 4 nights. Don't book, don't do this to your family. It was an experience I do not wish on others. I wish i had cross referenced with Airbnb and the reviews on there!!! Worth a read before you book.!!!!

Overall a nice home with plenty of space. Wasn't sure about the location at first but it turned out great. The host was very accommodating. Would book again

Everything was great.

The view was wonderful. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake. The sunsets were beautiful. Very clean towels and linen. The house manager Jason was excellent and very attentive.

The beds were not as comfortable as I hoped. The grounds could use some love.
