Excellent location

We loved the huge windows overlooking the city! It’s just like the photos. The flat is tastefully decorated and well furnished. The location is fantastic. We (a family of 7, aged 14 - 74) were on the whole really happy to have stayed here. The beds and bedding were comfy and the reception was clean and welcoming. Ear plugs were left on the table for us all but on a Wednesday night in early January, we didn’t suffer any noise disturbance at all. Very peaceful.

The bathroom was quite smelly. We came in late and left after waking up in the morning so didn’t report it, but apparently would have been an easy fix if we had. We had no idea how to work the shower! The turn thing just didn’t seem to budge. The kitchen was under equipped for basics such as a cafetière but some other essentials are supplied such as tea bags, oil etc. The hall light comes on automatically which means the person sleeping in the living room gets disturbed when there’s someone going to the loo; likewise, no window shade in this room either. Bring your eye mask!

DO NOT BOOK & STAY AWAY!! Where to begin with Shoreditch Place. To be fair location is ok, but that’s as far as my compliments may go. Firstly charge £200 as security deposit when it doesn’t state clearly as so, which is nearly double rate of 1 night stay. When I got there, instructions to get in weren’t clear and had to wait 30 mins for someone to come & let us in. Furthermore, when stepped inside there is NO BALCONY as described on booking com, there were multiple cracks in the ceiling & dust littering the floor, along with some rubbish in the bins and the poorly cleaned dishes in cupboard. The noise May I add throughout the night is ridiculous, with trains beginning at 5am and neighbours partying to early hours of morning (even though stayed on a Wednesday mid week) All now 7 days later they are refusing to pay back our deposit for absurd reasons with no relevance to our party. Brilliant. Anything with “Miller Management” wouldn’t touch with a 20 foot pole. Disgrace.

Didn’t like anything. Owner is inhuman, bed bugs, noisy, dirty, horrible people. For the same price you can find much better places than this horrible place. Owner is a scammer.

el apartamento es pequeño pero está bien, aunque le falta una mesa para poder comer cuatro personas. El metro con mejor comunicación está a 15 minutos a pie y justo en frente un buen supermercado con buenos precios "Tesco" y buen horario. Andando son unos 35 minutos a St Pau Catedral.

a pesar de tener cargado todo el importe del alquiler, a ultima hora me dicen que debo poner una tarjeta de garantia sino no me dan los códigos para entrar. Me lo comunicaron unas horas antes y yo ya estaba de viaje, sufri para poder hacerlo a través de la aplicación y eso que tenía todo pagado. Al final lo conseguí, y fueron muy estrictos ya que no me dejarón entrar hasta las 15:00. Las toallas justas, solo una grande por persona. Hay que tener en cuenta que hay horno pero no microondas. El apartamento está un poco a medias, le faltan perchas, algún espejo, enchufe en el cuarto de baño.

Ansonsten durchweg super für das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Super Support durch die Vermieterin, Check In absolut unkompliziert, das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Bett und Schlafcouch waren auch vollkommen in Ordnung und bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Pubs, Bars, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn Station Old Street ist in max.10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, somit ist man auch schnell an allen zentralen Punkten der Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Lediglich etwas mehr Steckdosen wären hilfreich gewesen, vor allem im Badezimmer.

A veces los uber cancelaron el viaje al hotel pero nada que tenga que ver con el hospedaje que fue perfecto. Se intento otra vez y sin problema

Central to Shoreditch great location.

Smelt of mould when we walked in, cracked ceilings and marked walls. Smashed window. Pictures do not represent what is shown on the advert. Was woken up at 6am due to noisy kids stomping above in the flat.

Location was great, having the whole suite was a nice surprise and a tiny but surprising balcony

It was a bit time consuming gaining access as the digital key pads and key boxes were a little challenging- need a torch or very good eye sight

The location was brilliant. And all the apartments we had, had really good facilities.

La ubicación era ideal, y la atención fue muy buena tuvimos un problema y en menos de 15 minutos estaba resuelto, sitio muy recomendable

Sehr schön eingerichtet , alles nützliche vorhanden Tolle Lage und Erreichbarkeit!

Nachbarn waren laut im haus bzw. wenn sie geduscht haben ist bei uns in der Wohnung die Pumpe sehr laut gewesen

Departamento confortable, limpio, equipado y muy bien ubicado.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba. El ventilador pequeño que estaba en un armario no funcionaba. Si bien nosotros no reclamamos al propietario porque estuvimos un tiempo muy corto, consideramos que debería haberlo revisado el personal correspondiente antes de nuestro ingreso.

L'emplacement était sympa, le métro pas loin de la location.

La photo sur votre site ne correspond pas à la location, au lieu d'avoir un balcon il y à une fenêtre donnant sur la voie ferrée, très bruyant, la chambre (pièce normalement indépendante) c'est une pièce de vie avec le lit et le canapé lit ensemble, pour le linge de toilette une serviette de bain par personne pour tout le séjour. Il faudrait un peu plus de sérieux ou faire contrôler de temps en temps les locations mises sur le site.

The property was clean and in a good location

No cold water in the shower. No aircon or fan on one of the hottest days in London. Very noisy and no communication when these issues were raised during our stay. Would not recommend.

The communication pre and during trip was first class. The accommodation was clean, beds comfortable and access was easy but made me feel safe

Location was very good, very clean and new facilities. Rain shower was very nice as well as gels and conditioner. Great bed and many kitchen utensils.

No flexibility on arrival. Got in touch saying we were carrying very heavy suitcases and asked to arrive earlier. Not allowed as code would only go live at 3:00pm. I thought there was a lack of flexibility for no apparent reason apart from technology! Bathroom door didn´t close properly, shower temperature knob was difficult to turn, boiler located in damaged wall. It will be nice to sort all these things out

Fantastic apartment and perfect location! I stayed with my friends and we had to best time!

I would be handy to have a hoover or sweeping brush :) also worth updating the blinds as it is very bright! ( an eye mask is a must!)

Excellent location near all amenities modern and clean

Hottest day of the year, air conditioning unit in the property and included in the handbook but not functioning… heat was absolutely unbearable… hotter inside the property than out. Definitely wouldn’t book again in the summer months

Very clean, good to have dishes, soap, towels, toilet paper. Very good to have air conditionned.

There was no sheets or blanket for the bed divider. There was no stove to cook. There was a lot of noise on saturday night. We cannot open the windows.
