Luxury 6BR home with Game Room & Fire Pit & Mini golf by Lackland AFB & SeaWorld
Dieses schöne Luxus-Apartment mit sechs Schlafzimmern, drei Bädern und 2400 m² befindet sich in einer grünen und ruhigen Gegend in San Antonio, direkt hinter Lackland AFB und nur wenige Minuten von Sea World entfernt. Die 6 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Betten für 18 Personen und ein Klappbett, das sehr bequem ist! In diesem Haus können insgesamt 19 Personen schlafen. Es umfasst eine Mastersuite und ein Spielezimmer-Loft. Home umfasst Smart-TVs, die mit Netflix und allen Kabelkanälen verwendet werden können. Weitere Fernseher sind im Loft und in der Suite des Spielzimmers enthalten. Verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Das Spielzimmer umfasst einen Tischfußball (Fußball), eine Spielhalle und weitere Spiele. Kabel-und WLAN-Internetzugang im ganzen Haus. Dieses Haus ist auch für Babys geeignet und beinhaltet ein Pack 'n Play / Reisebettchen. Es ist mit Holz- und Fliesenböden, Deckenventilatoren in allen Zimmern, Granitarbeitsplatten mit Edelstahl-Unterbauwaschbecken umgebaut. Die hohen Decken und Oberlichter machen dies zu einem hellen und einladenden Raum. Mit einer privaten Garage und ausreichend Parkplätzen. Sie können auch den Park und das Basketballfeld der Nachbarschaft nutzen, die sich nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt befinden.
Das Haus ist sehr nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Direkt hinter der Lackland Air Force Base. (ca. 3 Minuten Fahrt) Es gibt einen Super Wall-Mart um die Ecke für Ihre Einkäufe. 10 Minuten Fahrt nach Downtown, Seaworld, Einkaufszentrum Ingram Park. 20 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, großen Parks und dem Botanischen Garten. Schöner Ort!

We needed someplace for several couples and families to stay and spend time together for an out of town wedding. THIS WAS THE PLACE!!! It was perfect for a quick overnight and next day get together for our extended family. Lots of beds, lots of common living room space, and nice/fun backyard for adults AND kids! Thank you so much!

Our family gathers each year for a few days of fun and relaxation. This house met our needs beautifully! The teenagers immediately gravitated to the mini golf in the backyard and the pool table upstairs! The rest of us gathered in the open living, dining, and kitchen most of the time. House was spotless! We had one issue and the owner was prompt in helping us. Highly recommend!

Me and a few of my friends stayed at this property for a night while we were visiting San Antonio and it was a very good experience. The house was very clean and nice as well as full of things for us to do. The mini golf and game room was a nice touch to the overall experience we had at this property. It was a good time and would recommend to any people looking for a property to stay at during their travels.

We had a great stay. Our son graduated from Basic Military Training and we wanted a place close to the base and large enough to accommodate our family. This house was so spacious, we really annoyed the pool table and corn hole . Property was perfect for our family. Great communication with owner as well. Would stay here when coming back to San Antonio.

There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family. It was very out dated and un kept with a broken toilet seat, grime in the corners, spiders in almost every closet, fleas, the mattresses were disgusting, back porch stairs slanted making it very difficult to walk down. Dishes in cabinet were dirty, outdated leftover food in pantry and freezer. I do not recommend this place at all!

We came in for BMT graduation, and the home was perfect for my family and I. There was plenty of space and clean. It’s located in a nice and safe neighborhood. Base was really close which was a bonus!

House was dirty, dog hair on the carpet in living room, bathroom and kitchen needed bath towels, washcloths, soap, back yard was not kept up and corn hole game- someone cut the bean bags up, bugs in the ceiling light cover, had to use phone to watch tv. Pictures are misleading.

Lots of room for all 4 families. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to Sea World. Only issue was the A/C. It works fine but just took several hours to get cool. Once cool it stayed nice. So when you get there, immediately turn it down from the 77 degrees they have it at initially. Backyard looked fun for adults/teenagers, but all ours were under 5 so we kept them inside.

This is a beautiful house. How ever I believe the house was built on a land fill. the roads seem to be caving in. the house needs repair. the refrigerator has a broken shelf. Doorknob on master bedroom coming off. Light in upstairs bedroom is loose light comes on and sometimes it want come on. cornhole game needs to be replaced. cement in driveway broken and needs repair. and no wash clothes.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to a super Walmart and a lot of other amenities. The only downside was that the games in the game room need some attention. We loved the back yard! It was huge and we ended up buying a soccer and football so the kids to play. I would stay at this property again if we came back to San Antonio in a big group.

Having 6 bedrooms was the best! The dining room table was perfect for playing games. The kitchen was well stocked However the bathrooms were a little lacking in linens (went and bought wash cloths at the super close WalMart).
It was a great location. A short drive to all of our destinations and convenient to dining and shopping.

Not so luxurious
Floors dirty, rugs filthy, back yard stairs flimsy and unsafe. Corn hole game completely broken, I was able to piece together one side so the 7 year old could play. Back yard had several hazards so children could not be left unattended. No blinds in upstairs bedroom. Video games each had handles and knobs missing. Bird nest above front door so we used the garage to enter/ exit. Found a scorpion in the foyer. Baby gate for stairs broken. Baby beds filthy. Located next to a landfill. No working clocks or clock radios.

We were exceedingly pleased with our stay. There was excellent communication with the property manager. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved the large back yard! We were 20-30 minutes from all the attractions we visited.
We highly recommend this property and would totally stay again at this house or another of their properties. We are already planning another trip to SA and will very likely book one of their properties based on this experience.

The house is absolutely adorable, it is extremely roomy and allows mini guests to feel comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a more towels and washcloths, and dish cloths.

Very clean, plenty of room for larger family and close to Walmart for any needs you may have. Well stocked kitchen and baths for our stay. Close travel distance for local family entertainment. Would definitely stay there again!

It truly was a great spacious house to gather us together, although a little further out ... still worth it! House was clean and had such an awesome backyard. My only criticism was the beds- would prefer mattresses be much more comfortable.

Outstanding Place with extraordinary hospitality
I had a lot of rentals before, so far, this was the best place. The place was very easy to check-in, a very clean place, just like the pictures provided in the app. My family and I had an amazing time staying at this place. Very close to downtown and the sea world. Above all the host was very prompt with response and flexible to make changes as needed by me. I will rent this place again if I go to San Antonio.

Kids had a great time
We were not in the house much of the time as we were sightseeing at the Alamo and then the second day at Seaworld. The game room on the second floor was a great hit for our 6 and 9 year old. Kept them busy during the rain. The layout was also good as the kids slept upstairs in the rooms with bunks and their parents were up there in the regular bedroom. Daniel was very responsive to our communication.
