I have stayed in several places in Sayulita and this was by far the best. The location, the cleanliness, the security, the comfort of the bed, the water dispenser in the room...all made for an amazing stay.

The over-the-top, extreme bass, drumming noise from the close beach bar prevented us from sleeping for 2 of the nights. The ‘music’ reverberated through the wall and ear plugs, noise cancelling head phones and white noise from air conditioner could not block the racquet that continued well past 4:30 am. We were ready to move elsewhere but the next nights weren’t quite so heavy to rock concert.

Ocean view, bright, cheerfully decorated, very clean, spacious unit and balcony. Great location. Property very well maintained. Friendly and accommodating staff. Worked well for traveling with family. We were in a few different units, but all felt connected. Quieter area, and only a minute to walk to town. Super fun and spirited town!

Leak in shower door causing a bit of water on the floor, and a musty smell. Once this is fixed, all will be great with the unit. Limited sun by poolside, so if you like shade, you’re in luck. Both not a deal breaker at all—so close to lively beach—plenty of sun there.
