La tranquillité des lieux, maison assez spacieuse avec un joli extérieur, barbecue,la proximité avec la plage et cafés. Le style andalous de la maison,la chambre parentale et sa terrasse....

Le manque de propreté (salon surtout) et la vétusté du réfrigérateur.donc après un grand et bon ménage et un nouveau réfrigérateur elle sera parfaite

Wish there was security that conducted periodic walk throughs. The guest in the villa across from us played loud music and had very loud conversation until we walked out and contacted security at 2:15 am to have them quiet down. It should be mentioned to guest that noise should be kept down after 1:00 am maximum. The villas are pretty sound proof. they should have been told to go inside hours ago. a bit frustrating

The location and the property was great.

Second time we stay here and we will repeat as soon as possible. Very lovely villa, great location and very nice atmosphere in the whole complex.

Communication was excellent they even helped arrange taxis for us in Casablanca to get there as well to leave for Marrakech. The staff at the villa was excellent, the grounds were beautiful & well maintained.

The interior of the apartment was very timeworn, run down & needs a complete overhaul. The appliances were all very old & rusty.
