Short 3 night stay but they had everything we needed and then some. We would come back in a heartbeat 💓

Very clean place, great location and enjoyed the outdoor patio and set up.,complimentary amenities like wine, bathroom essentials were a nice touch to. Great place to stay fir a trip to the LA area.

everything is perfect. communication, welcome gifts, clean house with everything you need and more. just put your bags down and enjoy your stay. Well located to visit LA and its surroundings. Quiet area to rest after a nice day and enjoy the sunny patio. I highly recommend and hope to return one day.

I do not want to write a positive review for this VRBO listing. The reason I do not want to write a positive review for this Vrbo listing is because I want to keep it a well-kept secret. My fiance and I went to Burbank to see the Rose bowl game in Pasadena. We did not want to fly into LAX airport or stay in LA so we decided to stay in Burbank. That's when we found this listing on vrbo and it turned out to be fantastic! The only challenge that we had was the thermostat stopped working on the second night. But the host Yananna was more than happy to come over and fix it. The only suggestion I can make to make this experience better is for the host to have the Roku pin number written on the instruction paper so that guests can you use their personal sports streaming apps on the TV especially during college football bowl game weekend. Other than that this little bungalow was an absolute gem of a find on verbo!!!!

Perfect one bedroom home with all the amenities you need. The host has everything set up perfectly for your stay. If you forget anything on your trip, you’re covered! Beautiful clean house. Great backyard space. Laundry and Netflix available. Full kitchen. Loved it!

This cottage was thoughtfully stocked with every conceivable item needed. It's spacious and comfy. We loved it and will choose it over a hotel every time that it's available when we return. Five Stars.

Good size for 2 people. Basic kitchen with everything we needed for the week. Neighborhood was quiet and house has off street parking for a compact car. Private outdoor space allowed us to have a few visitors and comfortably chat over the wine left for us by Anna. Washer and Dryer on premises did the job. Great communication with owner with almost immediate responses when we had questions. House is definitely showing its age, but otherwise everything worked for our needs. Loved the lemon and clementine trees in the yard!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our needs, one of the cleanest VRBO properties we have stayed at. The owners were quickly reachable and accommodating. The back yard was the cherry on top of our fantastic California stay.

This stay was exactly what my friends and I were looking for! A reasonable price and place to feel comfortable and safe in a home away from home. The amenities were better than we expected and the host was great at communicating.

We have traveled to the Burbank / Glendale area many times. This was one of the most comfortable locations we have rented. The owner made sure that all our needs were met. Located near the center of Burbank and major highways this rental is a real value.

This place is great. Lots of outside space in back to relax or eat. The parking for 1 car is a huge bonus. Close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. The host is awesome. Knew we had a long ride to get there ( we came from Arizona) and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. That was another very nice touch! Definitely worthy of 5 stars

The property was clean, quiet, and convenient. I felt very comfortable being in a strange neighborhood by myself. The only thing lacking was: in the bath - facecloths; in the kitchen - there were 3 spatulas for cooking, no slotted spoon or other long handled spoon, potato masher, or ladle. Also the only colander had large holes that cooked spaghetti fit through. More small containers for leftover food storage would have been nice.

The property is quiet, off the main street but in a very nice area of town. It has a good size bedroom with comfortable bed and a nice living room/kitchen area. The best thing though is the nice garden and patio area where you have your privacy and can still enjoy being outside. Off street parking is also a big plus. Definitely recommended for both short and long stays.

The unit is a good size and clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower is big with strong shower. It is located in a quiet safe neighborhood that is close to all the major tourists attactractions, theme parks, restaurants, stores and shopping. We've stayed in many places around the world and this hostess is the best. Easy to communicate with. Very fast response and many nice and kind gestures. We will definitely stay here on your next visit to LA.
