Diese Midtown-Ranch im Midtown-Stil verfügt über eine große, kürzlich renovierte Küche, die perfekt für Mahlzeiten in großen Gruppen oder ausgedehnte Cocktail-Stunden geeignet ist. Mit vier separaten Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern ist auch für jeden etwas Privatsphäre vorhanden. Dies ist unsere Hauptwohnsitz, und wir haben Kinder, so dass Sie "Beweise" von ihnen in unserem Haus bemerken werden, aber wenn Sie Kinder mitbringen, werden sie alle unsere Kinderspielzeuge und Außenaktivitäten genießen! Für Fragen oder Probleme während Ihres Aufenthalts stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit per SMS, Telefon oder E-Mail zur Verfügung. I came to Tallahassee to enjoy a long weekend and celebrate my graduation from FSU. This house was a perfect fit for my needs, particularly the location, and the setting.
I haven't rented many homes on VRBO, but in this instance, I was surprised to find that this home is fully stocked and occupied when not rented. This means that closets, dressers, and cabinets have personal items in them and that was a surprise for my group and took a day or so to adjust because we felt like we were invading someone else's space. I understand that is typical in Tallahassee, so I wanted to make sure others are aware.

This is our second time staying at this property and it’s one of the best properties we’ve stayed at, anywhere.
The location is perfect, it’s on a main road but tucked up on a little hill. Easy to get to everything. The house itself is spacious and well appointed. A lot of updates have been done since our last stay 3 years ago and they have made this property even better.
Beds are very comfortable, there is lots of room for everyone to gather together but also have their own space.
The house was perfect for our family, including 4 older grandparents that were able to get around the one level home with ease. This house would be great for families with younger kids!
Host was responsive and helpful.
I cannot recommend this property enough!

This home has everything you want or need in a home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an expansive island. Big windows let in natural light and warmth. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is newly remodeled and very comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and was the perfect setting for our family event. The owner/host was friendly, hospitable and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our visit.

We needed a 4/3 for six people, and also needed a place which allowed small groups for our college friends to gather. Due the late gametime, we were unable to have a gathering, but the house would have been PERFECT for it !!
The host was accessible and accommodating, the house was everything advertised, and we would certainly book there again.

We had the best time staying at this home! We were in town for a college friend reunion and it was perfect. It was super clean and homey. Loved everything about it. Kitchen space was great for hanging out. Host was attentive and offered to provide coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay in this home again on another trip.

Lovely Midcentury Charmer
This house was a charming property that met all our needs. It had a beautifully updated kitchen with the décor and architecture of a classic midcentury modern home. The host was easy to communicate with and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location for Football Weekend
Beautiful property with lots of room to hang out. Easy enough to get to shopping for tailgate supplies and easy to campus. Great property!

Very welcoming
This is a terrific property and the managers were great. They welcomed us with snacks and beverages. It is a fabulous place to enjoy time with family. If we go back to the area, we would definitely stay here again if the dates were available.

FSU Graduation Celebration
The home was very spacious with a nice back yard to enjoy the weather. It was very close to FSU making the attendance of different graduation festivities very painless. Did not disappoint!

Great house!
This was a great rental for our family to gather and celebrate my daughters graduation from FSU. Great location, great set up, plenty of room.
Be aware that this is a family’s home- as in all of their belongings will be there, right down to their food and drinks in the refrigerator, dishes in the dishwasher, and laundry in the washing machine. It was not a problem at all, just somehow took me by surprise even though I think it’s mentioned on the listing or in the reviews. Do not let that stop you from staying here- it’s overall a really great rental and I will hopefully stay here again!

Wonderful Hosts, Wonderful Property
Our family from multiple locations met in Tally to meet its newest member and so happy we found this property to do so! The home had something for every member of our family. We loved browsing the photos and art. The kitchen had everything we needed! Amy is the perfect hostess, goes above and beyond, and is easy to communicate with! 5 stars all around!

Super lovely, beyond charming
The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The property location is perfect; warm and friendly with a relaxing backyard and outdoor spaces. Very comfortable. The beds were just ok though and we wondered if there were pets on property at some point because my family had mild sneezing fits. I may have missed that part of the description though. Would also recommend adding blackout curtains to the front bedrooms. There was a hopefully rare accident on the road in front of the house and the emergency lights definitely bounced around the rooms late at night. These are minor things to my mind. We would stay again and thought the space and the hosts were beyond charming!

Great experience. House was perfect for what we needed. Perfect size and location. It had everything we needed. Would stay there again. Kitchen was large enough for 10 groomsmen and groom to have wedding day breakfast.

We absolutely love the house!!! We had such a great time with our family. The kitchen was amazing and beds super comfortable. Thank you for the crackers,cheese, fruits and donuts, we all enjoyed. The location was perfect for us. Overall I would recommend to stay in this house. Again thank you so much 😊

Great size home for Families
Great accommodations for families, with ample space and great secluded backyard with a fun bonus trampoline! Easy access to things. Owners very responsive and provided us with a few extra request items. Would be nice to have a book or written instructions to help a bit in navigating house but we managed.

FSU Graduation
Hosted our Family for my daughters graduation from FSU. 8 adults total. We also had a happy hour on Friday afternoon for friends and family. Amy the owner is awesome and very responsive. The house is as pictured and perfect for entertaining. Plenty of parking and big open floor plan. Also has a huge kitchen that worked well for the Happy Hour. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend.

Perfect
This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving in Tallahassee. There was enough room for 4 couples to sleep comfortably and dinner for 16! It is very clean. Amy is a very gracious host. We hope it’s available for FSU graduation!

Great property, great hosts
We were in Tallahassee for my niece's wedding. She wanted to host an inside tailgate FSU viewing party for her rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately, her place is small, so we decided to find a property to stay in for our visit that could also host her party. This place was great, very functional for a party of 30 or so. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of seating and parking. The hosts are amazingly welcoming, providing snack and drinks upon arrival, even considering my gluten-free condition in their choices. Should we come back to Tallahassee in the future, I would definitely return to this property. The only disappointment was FSU's performance in the game.

AWESOME!
Great location. On main road, but far removed on a LARGE treed lot. House was very nice. Beautiful yard with outdoor seating areas. Best part, by far, was Amy, the owner. Super accomodating! She provided a welcome basket that was great. We will definitely be a repeat guest. CHEERS!

Amazing time in an amazing home!
The house was everything we needed for the weekend. The hosts were beyond GREAT, providing snacks and even stopping by the house to help me with one of the doors. I would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay here again when we return to Tallahassee for years to come!
