The Staff was Amazing, everyone was friendly, respectful and accomidating. The room was clean and comfortable. I travel to Tallahassee often and this is where I always stay . The service and hotel is wonderful 😊😊.

the lobby was filthy. the room was very dirty and smelled musty, the curtains were hanging off the rods. the bathtub had pubic hair in it!!’

First, I am a Marriott Bon Voy guest and I'm staying at Fairfield Inn or other properties every other week But this location is the MOST UNPLEASANT!!! I have ever experienced. I would like to suggest a good cleaning or upgrade very soon. The Ice machines were out of order on every floor but the first (1st) floor, the curtains in the rooms are in very bad shape, carpet smells and need to be replaced. just to name a few of the problems with this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Property is old and outdated. The indoor pool wasn't warm and looked as though it hasn't been used in awhile. Bathrooms was molded and mold spores all over the bathroom walls, glass doors and even the chrome molding around the bathroom!

Location
We had a room which had cracked tile beneath the bathroom sink to the point that we were afraid that we might cut our feet on it. I covered it up with a folded towel to protect ourselves. Shower tile was moldy. Bedroom are was much nicer.

Location its good. Comfortable. Breakfast was good.
That there was only 1 waffle maker. So had to wait like 20mins for a lady to finish making waffles for all her family.

The staff was very helpful . They went above and beyond ro make .my first trip a pleasant experience. I'm definitely going ro stay there again whenever I'm in Tallahassee.
