Beds was some what comfortable was close to places to eat Customer service was excellent

Towels were rough and thin pillows were only 2 to bed. There was mildew on the bathroom. Fist punches in the door. Very dirty behind the toilet.

Location was good for getting to our objectives

The property is an old hotel, and for that reason, I feel that more effort should be put into making it more attractive for guests. But I feel that the owner’s main focus is saving money. Every piece of linen in the hotel room was stained, and that is not an exaggeration. There were stains on towels, sheets, pillowcases, and it was clear that the laundry did not use bleaching or whitening agents on any of the linens because they were all dingy and grungy looking. Everything was was for the bare minimum of comfort is what was offered on the property. They had one of the smallest microwave ovens that I have ever seen. In fact, it was so small that I could not fit a cup of coffee in it, in order to heat the coffee. There was no toilet seat cover on the toilet. It was clear that it was broken. There was no hot water in either the sink or the shower, which makes me believe the owners are trying to save as much money as they can by keeping the water temperature down. There was the bare minimum of linens. Two towels, two wash cloths, and one hand towel to be shared by my family. And there were two pillows on each bed. Bare minimum! I spoke with one of the employees and mentioned my experience. I was told that they had personally told the owners about similar complaints from guests, but the owners are more focused on making money and being profitable at all costs.

The front desk staff was so professional and courteous, so wonderful! Stores where nearby and easily accessible from the highway.

Everything is good, but the best of all is front desk Keron she is very kind, always smiling, and makes us feel very good, confident, safe, and happy.

The location

There is no iron and ironing board, refrigerator, or microwave in the room. The pillows are flat, and the bed is uncomfortable. They don't have enough towels and rags. The TV channels barely showed up. Guests are arguing all day and every night. I will NEVER stay at that location again.

management did not allow access to authorize visitor that had been approved by previous shift clerk. only had the room for 4 hours due to hotel not letting my visitor in and I had paid for the room. lack of communication on hotels part

location was good which is about the only good thing

bugs we’re living in the microwave we checked in with 2 dogs which wasn’t a problem and then the manager came in a week and a half later (we planned to stay for two weeks for my husbands work) and kicked us out for having 2 dogs (as a GM you’d think she would come into work more then once every two weeks, must be nice to get paid to do nothing) the GM is horrid with an attitude getting clean towels or bed sheets was IMPOSSIBLE I’d tell them in the morning every morning we wanted service and never got it till I went to the front desk at 6 at night to get my own towels never had such a bad experience at any red roof then this one

only one staff member was friendly and awesome when we dealt with her the rest were not

The room was clean and in a safe location right next to Cracker Barrell and another hotel up on a hill near Highway. Staff was very nice.

Could use a little more updating like paint but all in all for the price it can’t be beat!
