the bed was comfortable

check in took a very long time and the attendant had difficulty finding my reservations. The room had a very strong mold/wet smell with a loud dehumidifier in it.

It was not clean and the person at the desk was a little rude. Just not overly friendly in any way.

I like the fact that the front desk automatically recognizes before I actually approach the front desk.

The room was very nice. Waited for someone to come to the front desk to check us in for about 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again!

The only problem we had was checking in. No one was at the front desk. We rang the bell about 4 times but no one showed up. There was a cleaning lady (her second day) that tried to help us find someone to check us in. Finally after about 15 minutes she showed up.

I have traveled all over the world, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and I have never had such a bad time in a hotel like this time, We went to my daughter's graduation with all my family and I ended up with a horrible allergy from the horrible smell that both the corridor and the room had, the shower is disgusting, in fact we left 1 day early and we had to pay at another hotel in Orlando because I couldn't breathe and I ended up with a terrible allergy. But I never stay in that hotel or in any sleep in. I'm sorry I didn't take photos, but I was really in such a bad mood that I didn't even realize I was doing it so they can see that this hotel should close its doors and remodel it.
