Very dirty rooms and dirty water comes from the shower

I liked the view of the sea.

This was one of the worst places I have stayed in all my travels. It was absolutely filthy. I was told that it was cleaned but there is no way a decent housekeeper cleaned this apartment. It looked like someone was living here but quickly left so that they could make extra money renting it. There is no housekeeping, just a young boy who runs errands and was told to come up and reclean it without any supplies in hand. Please understand this was not a situation where there was a little dirt, or hairs in the sink. It was deeply dirty. (see pics). There were not enough blankets for the bed. The ones given did not fit the whole bed. The water was brown. I could not drink it or wash with it. I certainly couldn't shower either. The front desk manager told me it was this way in all of Hurghada and he would bring me a few bottles of drinking water. I told him I stayed at other resorts that did not have this problem because the other resorts have filters. He argued with me and said that could not be the case. The pictures that were in the listing were nice, but the reality is not the case. See the attached pictures. They stated they would get me wifi but I had to pay $50 for around 60 mbps. It was a work vacation and I needed it, so I was willing to pay for it. However, even after more than 24 hours, it never gave me more than 3 - 4 mbps. I came to the compound early afternoon and immediately contacted the owner and front desk. I wanted a refund but they would not give it to me. I contacted booking.com and told them I should receive a refund for such deception. They stated that there policy is to leave it up to the facility. This is such a shame! I used booking.com in hopes I would have some recourse if a place was not as described, but that is not the case. I was supposed to stay here one month but I only stayed 1 day. I was refunded only 1/2 of what I paid. It was so bad, I was willing to forfeit the rest and go to a new place that was much better.

No restaurant in the resort. I have to order food from a restaurant. It's delivered fast.

The chalet was not clean enough. No toilet brush, no bin, no cleaning equipment, the kitchen is broken, kitchen tools are very poor and broken. The mirrors and glass door of the balcony are dirty. The TV doesn't work.

location & pools are nice

The place does not match description on booking. I checked in on 05/09/21 There is some stuff “some of it is life-threatening” that needs to be taken care of. 1. My family member came with me turned on the tap water in the bathroom and he got an electric shock. It is so scary. I turned off the electric water heater and informed the manager right away. Nothing done. 2. The place seems to have close to no customers for a while so services are cut down. Including the beach which looks like a big dumpster. All types of trash. I have pictures for the same for references 3. The water flush is not working on one of the bathrooms. 4. The hallway light is broken. It is scary dark at night 5. Upon checking in. I was asked to pay 80lbs under what they call “ rental fees” which is not mentioned on their post and I had to pay it. 6. The room downstairs has heavy maintenance work with very noisy sounds From breaking walls and making holes with heavy machines. Can not take a nap during the day. 7. Showers in the bathroom are broken in 2 bathrooms. 8. Description says “ free crib available on request” but none upon asking for crib to 1 year old infant. 9. As per my discussion with the manager or “the owner “ before coming plan was for 2 double bedroom apartment and another triple room on the same floor. That triple room was not ready the day if check in until 4 pm. We had to wait for it. 10 AC is dripping. It made a mess all over the ground. 11. Screws outside the door protruding out of the door. My mom hurt her hand and we had to take her to the hospital for stitches Pictures are included, I have videos for the rest that can not be uploaded, but I put some screenshots.. Spoke with booking.com, They spoke with the property, replied back after 48 H saying the property took care of everything which is not true. Other than cleaning the beach. Then Booking asked to leave a review.

Location was okay. There is no breakfast provided. The kitchen was missing a lot of basic cooking items and the stove was not working for some time we called the manager they said will take care of it and they never did for almost a day we had to order food from outside.

Everything. It is a big mess. No management. Careless people they don't care about what happens all what they care about is their money. We felt very unsafe. First day of our stay the water had electricity and we had to disconnect everything from electricity so we can use water. Afterwards the beach was dirty u can see food floating and trash everywhere. Then it ended up with one of the family members got injured very bad that we ended up leaving this place with multiple stitches because of their Carelessness, our chelat door had several sharp nails that cut someone's hand. When we told the owner he didn't care and said that this is our mistake not his. Please if you care about your family's safety don't go to this place. It is a horrible experience with the place and with booking.com as we contacted them and they didn't do anything. This place shouldn't be listed on booking because it doesn't meet any of the description listed there.

1st night got room with NO heating - had to sleep with jacket - was 10degree at night. Next das could change. Both room the Kitchen Plates was NOT clean - also NO towels. If you like the water pipi toilet shower - otherwise bring toilet paper. Note before you boock the price will come higher the charge 4.50$ extra for Resort Fees and extra taxes...price was at the end double and even for the Resort Chain (Reception are asked lots of private question and where Not nice - owner is a very nice Person). Also NO Shop or Restaurant around and 30$ for WiFi-better book an All-Inclusive Hotel near by: Albatros Aqua Park ect. unless you like to be with local Tourist Owners which have Apartment here.. you can buy flat for 20'000$

Has a private beach which clean water and Sand - they clean every day - nice to Relax. Also 3 pools - nice for Home Office if your room is nice to Pool with WIFI connection and signal for 30$ extra Payment.

Very quiet location. If you like peace without loud music, disco, and other beach activities, this place is really for you. Great for children: sea is shallow with safe sandy beach, toboggan to swimming pool - children loves it. Beach is really clean and nice. But for snorkeling isn't best (only few corals, mostly sand). Apartment is well and modern equipped, I like blue lights. Kitchenette suitable for preparing simple food. AC working. Big supermarket is 20 minutes by walk (approx 2km).

WiFi is available only in some rooms, unfortunately in ours wasn't. But receptionists were very kind and gave us password for another one in other building (internet connection is necessary in covid times for checking situation about restrictions...) In our room weren't towels, soap and toilet paper, after urging we got one towel for two people and one roll of toilet paper.
