A perfect week at this beautiful home with stunning water views and plenty of space. Close to everything we needed including great restaurants and ice cream. The on-site property manager, Barbara, was fantastic. Super responsive and just all around lovely. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was just as listed. Barbara was a good host. Pretty easy to get ahold of. Centrally located to town and the nightlife. Pools were amazing. Security made us feel safe and the gate keepers were friendly and welcoming. A well appointed villa with an amazing view

Condo was great especially the back view of the ocean. Location was in walking distance to great restaurants and so close to a great beach. Owner and manager very helpful.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation here with 2 babies under 1. Barbara was really responsive in the lead up to and during our stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

The process renting this home was easy. We had A LOT of questions because we were traveling with a toddler and teenagers and the owner and local home manager was great at addressing all of our questions. Once there we had such a great time we decided to stay. This was my 3rd trip to the Bahamas and I would stay here again anytime. Our stay was delightful.

The location, the amenities and the view is absolutely perfect. This well appointed townhouse has everything you need. The owner is very meticulous and the property manager is a true gem. We had the best time and will definitely be back again. Thank you for giving us the perfect get away.

Cool little neighborhood with a great beach!

We really enjoyed our week long stay and we couldn't have asked for a better location, more beautiful view, and unit! It was perfect for our family of 4 and well stocked with everything needed. Our kids, although older, spent hours on the patio making friends with the hermit crabs and exploring the tide pools. The wind kept us from snorkeling at this location but the waves crashing on shore were stunning and we found plenty of things to do by hoping on the jitneys. I must not forget to sing the praises of the lovely caretaker, Barbara. She is a true gem! She went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you for making our stay just that much better!

Comfortable three story townhome with a short walk to the beach. Great location and nice and quiet. Responsive owner and helpful manager. I would stay there again.

This property was exactly as presented on the website! Actually, it was better than the photos! A great size for a family of five adults, it was stocked with everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Views are gorgeous, especially at sunset! The beach within walking distance was as nice as any we drove to. The grocery store is nearby and we walked to the Twisted Lime several times for happy hour. Chicken wings from there were enjoyed during the Super Bowl. Barbara was a gracious and attentive host. I highly recommend the property!

Stayed here in August and had a perfect time. The house was clean and well equiped. The view is wonderful. Great location. Beach and restaurants in walking distance.

We want to thank Rebeca and Barbara for their hospitality. Rebeca was great to work with and answered a lot of questions from us when trying to book the place. Barbara was so helpful once we got there. She always checked and made sure that we had everything we need and so concerned about our comfort. The home is as described and shown in the pictures. All amenities you would expect and living quarters are spacious enough for 5 adults. The kitchen was fully-equipped including all the spices you could think of. We had breakfast everyday before heading out. We also used the BBQ on the patio one day for lunch when I had to stay home to do some work. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby (some are walk-able and some like 5-10 minutes drive from the condo). We patronized the nearest one named Poop Deck as our default hang out during the day on the beach. There are 2 pools that you can use in the complex, however, the beach was almost always empty with people and the water temperature always warm that we've never even tried the pools. We also enrolled at Club One gym for a week and walked over there every early morning for the whole week. We visited the Baha Del Mar and Paradise Island but, still, we were glad that we stayed in this condo than those places. We would definitely stay on this home again and would highly recommend it for your home away from home.

Our family of 3 adults, just spent a week at Rebeca's property in Delaporte Point. A great rental townhome with a huge patio and balcony overlooking the ocean. The views were stunning and the home was clean and extremely well equipped. The Patio (ahhhhhh): Has a tall table for 4 and a great outdoor couch, chairs and table. There is also an awning that we used for some afternoon shade on the patio. It gets sun almost all day and the sunsets from the patio are beautiful. New BBQ worked perfectly. Balcony off the master bedroom had 2 chairs and a table and an even more gorgeous view of the turquoise sea. Colours of the sea were unreal. Kitchen: Had absolutely everything we needed and more. Lots of filtered water was provided. We cooked all of our breakfasts and a few dinners there and also brought take out back from the nearby restaurants. Washer and dryer worked fine. Living room was comfortable with a great TV and amazing view of the ocean through the patio doors. Wifi was good. Bedrooms: were all comfortable with good storage spaces for clothes and luggage. Each had it's own bathroom, individual A/C controls and a ceiling fan. The 3rd floor A/C wasn't working the 1st night. But a quick call to Barbara the property manager and she had a service person there and it was fixed, with many apologies for the inconvenience. The townhouse is at the end of the complex, closer to the security gate. It faces west and you see nothing but ocean and it was extremely private. and quiet.Complex landscaping is lovely and the pools were cleaned often. We had the pools to ourselves several times. Beach and Pool stuff: There were lots of towels for the pool and beach and a beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs. While we were there it was quite stormy and there was a lot of seaweed washed up on the beach. We just walked and found some conch shells while wading in a bit. The location: Delaporte Point is a good spot if you want to be away from the crowds with privacy and pool time.There are 4 good restaurants within a 10 min walk. We loved Blue Sail for good food, staff and live music on the water.Took the Jitney bus to get to Love Beach, Baha Mar & Nassau. Barbara the property mgr for the unit was incredible. She picked us up/ took us to the store and to the airport & was on call for any question we had.We talked to other renters who had issues with their unit and an unresponsive prop mgr.Completely opposite experience than we had with Barbara. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at this townhouse for 3 weeks and it worked out really well for us. The location is just superb. It is right on the water, with beaches and pools nearby. There are restaurants within easy walking distance as is a grocery store, which is accessible by sidewalk in an easy 10-15 minute stroll. The unit itself was clean and quiet, fully equipped and all the appliances were easy to operate. Barbara, the property manager settled us in and was very helpful whenever we needed her. There were 6 of us including grandparents, parents and children and it was well suited for all of our needs.

Where do I begin? Amazing ocean view from living spaces as well as the master bedroom. Great location, very close to a bus stop. Gated community, very safe and well lit. Kitchen is well stock with quality appliances and utensils. Plenty of games and also Netflix is available in case it rains. Barbara, the property manager is amazing. She is courteous and a wealth of knowledge. She helped us get to a reasonably priced grocery store as well as helping us with learning about the local culture. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
