The guests in the room above my room were very loud from about 7:00 to around 1:30 am and my friend and I could not get any sleep. It was very frustrating.

The property was very clean, in a good location to various attractions such as the fish fry, Junkanoo and Saunders beach (Saunders was our favourite). You can also hop on and off to the buses to get to Downtown and cable beach etc. We were well looked after by Julie our host who was very quick to help us answer any questions.

The only slight downside about the property was the kitchen was small for 4 people cooking, however for the price of the apartment this was negligible.

It was perfect! We where with a rented car and we was realy in a Strategic point to go all around the Island in Nassau. Pool very nice, and our room was allways cleaned with special care!

lots of bug bites, too much bird noises, location was too dark and hidden away. and Junkanoo beach was not in walking distance! also they would only provide us towels and wash cloths for two not four guests.

The rooms were of your choice and could easily be shifted if not comfy or up to your mark! it is quiet. Things went well for us comparing to the price.

the rooms were too much far from the entrance. No shampoo, soap face wash was provided! so we’ve to ask them they only gave shampoo. thank God I took all of my travel sized stuff along so it wasn’t a hell of a problem for us.

It was an affordable option for the Bahamas. You could fit a lot of people in the rooms. The grill area was nice.

The directions to retrieve the key and where to park the car were unclear. They said that they gave us the right keys on arrival, however, 2-3 days into our stay we get a knock telling us that the room they gave us was the wrong room because our original one was booked. They gave us an hour to move out of the room and move to another room. The location was in a residential neighborhood, definitely far away from the city and from what we could tell unsafe for women to walk alone. The furniture was outdated, the bathrooms were broken, and the AC would keep leaking. When the room below us would shower, the water would not work for us. The bedsheets and pillows were thin. The wifi differed depending on the room. Some of the doors for our rooms only locked with one of the locks and not both of the locks.

Room was dirty, half of the outlets did not work, ceiling leaked, it was so bad we checked out the next day.
