The location of the property was great, the breakfast was great as well

The 1st 48 hrs were a disaster, the fridge was broken and needed to be replaced, the toilet broke and needed to be fixed our first night. We didn’t get a microwave until night 3. The room constantly had a sewage smell.The AC really never cooled the entire room.

Was on time for checking in but didn't get a room until late I asked the manager for a late check out for the inconvenience course and he said come back on the morning of checking out I think he could of given me an answer right there because of my inconvenience what was course by the hotel that was the only problem I had with the hotel

There were no issues.

The pool, the location & the staff - all superb. The icing on the cake was having access to all the facilities at The Atlantis resort.

Our first room was far too hot. They even changed the AC unit but it was still too hot & the AC was very noisy. When we changed rooms the second week this room was much cooler (AC unit still noisy though). Note we changed rooms as we had 2 separate bookings - first week work & second week holiday. It would be nice to have a more varied breakfast but what was provided was fine.

Staff were friendly. It was very close to Atlantis and the beach. I also loved the breakfasts and the ability to go to Atlantis waterpark without any additional costs. Definitely coming back

Not exactly the property but the biggest perk of the property was access to Atlantis and the downfall was The long wait at Atlantis for the wristbands in the morning. But still worth it.

The room AC did not work well, very noisy and leaking water. Part of my room floor was covered by water twice. The path of the back door always had some disgusting staff there. Outside of the hotel smells bad.

Location across the street from Atlantis Marine Village was perfect for our stay! Rooms were very clean, and the house staff were great! Fresh linens, cleaned up our room nice while we were out for the day, but never touched our personal items. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning of our weeklong stay.

The third floor external door on the west side of the hotel wouldn’t open with our key card. We had to go through a separate entrance on the second floor and navigate within the hotel to get up to our third floor.

Close proximity to Atlantis and free access to the Atlantis area.

I wanted to stay in Paradise Island

There was no mention in the booking about having to waste so much time saily to get Atlantis wrisbands access and having to walk so much to access the beach. The facilities are out of date, the deskfront staff is not very pleasant, breakfast is very simple and they charge a ridiculous amount on extra charges for an already expensive rate that does not match ehat they offer

Filthy, urine smell in hallway, security doors not looked EVER, rude front desk, breakfast was uneatable, mold in room, staff very dismissive. carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned in decades. Air condition filled with dust... We weren't expecting a lot because Comfort Suites Hotels are know be average, but I wouldn't let my dog stay there.. A clean hotel and helpful staff should NEVER be compromised!! We've stayed at the Atlantis 4x before but thought for a quick vacation we would give this place a chance.. but let me tell you the service at Atlantis was just as Horrible.. the quality standard at the Atlantis is not the same as it used to be.. Half of the restaurants are closed, or booked.. the staff doesn't care, and show up late. Half of the water slides were not in service. No supervision... I could not even get a Band-Aid from the anyone (front desk / staff ) when I cut my foot... Horrible all around.. I will be telling everyone not to EVER visit the Bahamas.. this was our 5x and I will never go back... You should be ashamed that you charge the rate for rat hole... and the fact that you charge property tax, VAC tax, cleaning Tax... FOR WHAT??? ABVIOUSLY YOU DONT PUT IT TO GOOD USE... DISCUSTING.... HORRIBLE

Room needs better cleaning. Receptionist informed breakfast is until 10:30am but it’s actually 10:00am sharp.

Breakfast was good, location was great for Atlantis, value was great. Food at hotel restaurant was very good, pool was nice.

Nice and comfortable hotel. We could use the Atlantis Hotel facilities and swimming pools and also access to the private beaches and water park attractions. Amazing to the children.

There was no Do Not Disturb sign to hang at the door.

The windows couldn’t open and hence the room was getting too damp and humid (swimming costumes couldn’t dry).

The pool was under construction and I was not informed until I got there. The air conditioner was very noisy.

Room was tired looking and needs an uplift in decor. Our view was looking at an alleyway where garbage trucks went by. Very disappointed that the pool was out of service.

it was well placed within walking distance to the Atlantis and the shopping village. The Complimentary Aquaventure passes and breakfast made it an exceptional value for the area. I found my bed and sheets comfortable. two complimentary bottles of water each day was nice.

Pool was closed for refurbishment. Cruisose restaurant food was decently tasty but not a lot of local flavors. I can get chicken breast and pasta anywhere. Conch fritters were good, the fried conch was too much breading and greasy for my personal taste. Limited menu choices but it is a small restaurant. The breakfast did indeed feel repetitive but hey, it was hot and filling. The elevator wasn’t working one day. The handicapped features were somewhat inconsistent. ONE ramp led outside to a flight of stairs. Both nightstands were very wobbly. Not sure what at $39.50 per person per day resort fee covered with the pool closed.ve ding machines didn’t work, and the wi fi in my room was very weak and kept dropping. It was better on the pool deck.

We liked the location.

We did not like that the property tried to cancel our reservation, even though we contacted them and stated we were going to be a day late, but still wanted our reservation. We did not like that we had to be moved to a second room because the first was dirty and moldy.

There were inoperable doors due to technology and one IT person available. This was a fire hazard. Safe didn’t work for 24 hours. Patio was never cleaned and we were unable to sit outdoors.

The reception staff are not attentive or friendly. I needed to extend my room for a day, but after talking with a staff I chose another hotel because she didn’t even have time to tell me the price. Registration is very long and you even will not check in on time. Breakfast is very modest. the choice is very small

The staffs are normaly nice. The room is big and comfortable, the bed is nice, the bathroom also is big and nice.

The breakfast was not so good.

Proximity to Atlantis

The pricing for a hotel that looks the same since I was 11 was not worth it. I understand it’s on Paradise Island and you get Atlantis access bands, but the price would have been more reasonable if the rooms were actually updated.

The staff is not nice and let us wait for quite a long time when we were checking in.. A colored woman keep talking on the phone and seems never hang up.. the attitude is not right either and terrible. The staff made us uncomfortable . this is very bad for business. we dont think we would choose this hotel again or recommend other people for it.
