This property gave us what we needed: location (both close to amenities and good driving proximity to lots of beaches/attractions), space, and lots of extras (beach umbrella/chairs, snorkel gear, boogey boards). It is not a luxury rental, but comfortable and functional, and we would (and hope to) stay here again!

We were delighted to stay in this exceptionally clean, modern, well appointed two-bedroom condo conveniently located in Kona town (about a 10 minute walk from the Marriott). The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and the bathrooms were stocked with abundant towels. In addition to a full kitchen with all the appliances, cooking and serving items one needs, there were abundant beach items (including boogie boards, snorkle sets beach chairs, mats and umbrellas) and items for a baby (a play pen, high chair, stroller (we only used the former)). The condo is far enough off the highway, and sufficiently treed, that it is quite quiet. We loved spending time at the pool and using the BBQ to prepare our main meals. Dealing with Larry and Joy was a breeze. And Alan, the property manager on the ground, was very accommodating. Prospective tenants need to be aware that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators. That was not a concern for us, but it could be for those with mobility issues. We had a terrific stay and highly recommend this property.

This condo is in a perfect location in Kona. Larry is great to work with and very responsive. The condo is spacious, clean and everything you could want in a well stocked kitchen. Quiet location which is perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Big Island. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Some aspects showing age but owner was great with communication and wanting to help make things right. Examples include old remotes, non working outlet in bathroom and broken blinds. All minor things made up for by the location and overall nice place. Would visit again.

My husband and I rented this property to stay at with my in-laws and it was perfect! Great location, super clean, and all amenities were provided. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was so nice! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We did not rent a car and had no problem with the walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. If we make our way back to Kona, I would stay here again! Larry was so easy to get into touch with leading up to our check in process, we didnt have any issues to where I needed to communicate with him during our stay but I was at ease checking in with all the info he gave me prior.

Lots of steps and hills to get around. But that is everywhere in town.

Probably better suited for a couple with children. A little small for two couples but was manageable.

All the appliances worked perfectly. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Larry kept in touch and regularly checked with us to ensure everything was OK. There is a little bit of noise from traffic, though not enough to keep us up at night. There is some noise from construction at a nearby shopping center, but that should be completed in the coming months. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, and would do so again.

This condo was great for our stay in Kona. The owner/manager was very pleasant to deal with, and very responsive. The property is close to downtown with parking. The condo is well equipped, including the kitchen and some amenities for the beach. There are some tricks to managing temperature, which were easily addressed after we discovered a notebook that included a page on how to best manage fans, windows, blinds and the A/C on warm days. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Loved decor, didn’t like poorly functioning aircon or three flights up to apartment. Location good, very central. Apartment had tons of beach stuff and was very well appointed. We got sick right away, upon arrive, couldn’t enjoy anything. Not apartments fault, had to leave early....just weren’t we’ll.

リニューアルした直後に利用できました。 ■ベッドルーム 清潔で十分な広さのベッドルームです。ベッドはクイーンかキンズサイズで、マットレスはとても上質です。大きなクローゼットもあり快適に過ごせました。 ■バスルーム 2つのベッドルームそれぞれにバスルームがついており、とても便利でした。 シャンプーなどはありませんが、新品の石鹸を用意してくださいました。タオルは十分にありますが、気になる方は持参しても良いかと思います。 ■キッチン 大きな冷蔵庫、シンク、カトラリーや調理器具があります。食材さえ買えば何不自由なく料理が楽しめるでしょう。 ■リビング ソファ、大きなテレビがあります。wi-fiはルーターに設置してありました。電波はどこにいても問題なく接続できます。 ■空調 メゾネットタイプのため、何もしなければ上層階はやや暑いですが、ハワイにある以上仕方ないかと思います。エアコンと扇風機、シーリングファンを回せば30分ほどで快適な温度になるので、心配は要りません。 ■ロケーション カイルアコナの繁華街やスーパーマーケットまで歩いていけます。ベランダから海が見えますが、全面オーシャンビューではありません（掲載されている写真の通り）。 24時間営業のガソリンスタンドも近くです。 コナ空港からは車で15分程度、道も簡単で迷いませんでした。 ■駐車場 無料で使える駐車場が1台あります。建物からも遠くなく、便利でした。 ■プール 敷地内にはプールとジャグジーがあり、大きくはないですが快適に過ごせます。 ■その他気づいたこと 3階までは階段なので、あまりに大きな荷物や車椅子の方などはおすすめしません。 全体的に照明は暗めです。が、必要なところにはきちんと付いているので問題ないかと思います（オフィスワークするわけではないし…）。 洗濯機や乾燥機、掃除用具、ビーチチェアやパラソル（これが一番嬉しかった！）など、暮らすのに十分な備品が用意されています。 初めてのvrboの利用でしたが、オーナーの方のレスポンスは早く親切で、安心して利用できました。 こちらに泊まれたことに感謝です。また行きたいです！

Even with the issues that arose at the condo, which were out of the owner's control, they and the property manager were very helpful.

I would definitely stay again! Lots of room, very comfortable, loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! It did get a little warm if we were gone all day but it quickly cooled off with the a/c. Close to our favorite restaurant and about a ten minute walk to Ali’i Drive. It was also nice knowing we always had a parking spot. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

We had a very good time. Beautiful home with everything you name it . Kids enjoyed so much all beach supplies,. Loved the area !!! Only concern was the loft was so hot , we tried everything to keep it cold but nothing helped.. we just had to deal with it . Custmer service was excellent. I hope we get another chant to stay there sometime in future Thanks again!

UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM TO HOT TO USE 16hrs OF THE DAY AND I LIVED IN FLORIDA FOR 17 YEARS! KITCHEN-- FLOORING MISSING LAMINATE SQUARES,GROSS, DIRTY UNUSABLE KITCHEN--POTS/PANS HAD SCRAPED UP TEFLON + RUST. DISHES+GLASSES WERE IN CABINET DIRTY. KITCHEN HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED PROPERLY IN AGES! BUILT UP GUNK AND FILTH. UPSTAIRS SHOWER IS OK BUT IN 100+DEGREE ROOM! UP BATHROOM WAS BEAT UP- MISSING MULTIPLE WALL/PAINT CHUNKS. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM SHOWER WAS INOP. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM BLIND SLATS FELL DOWN WHEN TRYING TO CLOSE AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED. ONE LONG BLOCK FROM BEACH IF YOUR ARE A CROW! OCEAN VIEW IS PARTIAL IF IN ONE AREA OF PATIO AND STILL DISTANT. LAMINATED INSTRUCTION SHEETS ALL OVER THE PLACE TELLING GUEST TO WASH SHEETS! WASH TOWELS! WASH BEDDING! AND START EARLY BECAUSE THE WASHER AND DRYER ARE SMALL! THEY CHARGE CLEANING FEE! OWNER FEE! AND SOME OTHER FEES AND AFTER THAT THE ADVERTISED RATE NEARLY DOUBLES. WE WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED IN A PLACE LIKE THIS AT ANY PRICE. WE HAVE USED HOMEAWAY IN HAWAII MULTIPLE TIMES AND THIS RUINED HOMEAWAY FOR ME! NOT WORTH A THIRD OF THE AMOUNT CHARGED! GHETTO APARTMENT! THIS WILL NOT RECOUP ANYTHING FOR US, WE HAVE DONE THIS SOLELY TO KEEP OTHERS FROM THE YUCKY YUCK YUCK! THREAD BARE TOWELS! SPLIT BOOGIE BOARDS! THE LIST COULD GO ON AND ON! Aloha! Our stay at the Seaflower was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was perfect as were the amenities. My family and I were all comfortable and the condo was great. After our days adventuring, we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping at our leisure. The lanai offers ocean views as well as a peaceful place to drink coffee in the morning. We would love to come visit again! A huge thank you to Joy and Larry Kleefeld for the use of their beautiful home in paradise! Mahalo! Jamie and Family
