Diese wunderschöne Villa wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist sauber und modern.
Gehen Sie einfach aus dem Gate, aus der Straße und auf der anderen Straßenseite, und Sie befinden sich direkt bei der Palm Beach Plaza Mall, die direkt an der Hotelstraße mit all ihren Vorteilen liegt. Strand-Geschäfte-Restaurants-Nachtleben - alles in Fußnähe.
Die Villa verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich mit komfortablen Sitzbereichen und ist komplett klimatisiert. Die Küche ist mit dem Wohnbereich verbunden, so dass Sie in einem schönen kühlen Zuhause kochen und Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Wir haben einen großen Esstisch und eine zweite Sitzecke, um fernzusehen. Große Glastüren geben dem Haus großartiges Licht und verbinden sich mit dem Außenraum. Die Sitzecke auf der Terrasse ist großartig, Liegestühle, Esstisch, Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse, Außenküche, ein Grill und natürlich ein schöner Pool. Alles was es braucht, sind Sie auf einem Wagen!

Nice, quiet location. Easy walk to the beach even with a 4-year-old. Very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. Very nice place to stay. The house could use a little maintenance/upkeep, but not enough to make us not want to stay there again. Would definitely stay again.

This house is great for a big family! The agency who manages the property is easy to contact. There was a storm that took out a pole and the internet services. They worked diligently to help restore our options to internet and electricity. The location is close to eagle beach- all within walking distance to scooters, bikes and the high rise hotels.

The home was spacious and a great vacation spot for my family and significant other. Accurate location and listing. We did rent a car but you could walk to many restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

We were a little skeptical on renting a car and decided not to. We’ve been to Aruba before and we’ve never rented a car. And I’m glad we didn’t location of the property is perfect, it’s less than a five minute walk and your surrounded by everything, the hotels, the beach restaurants. The house was amazing. It was quiet. It was peaceful, clean, we definitely need something that large, but we were extremely pleased and happy that we had a house with a private pool. I would recommend everyone to do it. We did not need any help, but if we did, I know they would’ve been there on a drop of a dime. Impeccable service from greeting us when we arrive to our departure.

House was very clean. Communication was very good. Pool area and patio were great! We spent most of our time out on the patio or in the pool. Refrigerator door needed adjusted to close properly. Stove didn’t work. Oven worked occasionally. Overall it is a nice property and I would recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful time here. The outdoor area and the footprint of the house was perfect! We "lived" our vacation dream for an entire month and was not disappointed in the least. There was plenty of room, and while a few minor issues did pop up, the management was amazingly responsive and took care of everything in record time. The home and location were perfect and offered a ton a privacy and relaxation. But within 5 minutes, we could walk to the beaches and all the action that is Palm Beach. We'd definitely stay again.

We loved staying here! Awesome outdoor casual area with pool, eating area, BBQ and seating area. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room. Owner/Management VERY responsive with any questions or needs. We would definitely rent again!!

We stayed over New Years and loved it! The house was perfect for the family. Just a short walk over to the strip with all the shopping, restaurants, and bars. Only took us 6 minutes to be on the beach. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided. The outdoor area at the home is perfect to relax. Would definitely rent again!

This property was perfect. It made us feel like we had a home away from home. It was an easy walk to the Hotel Area and a short drive to Eagle Beach and other areas. The layout and furnishings were as comfortable as could be, and I loved the coffee provided! I hope to stay here again soon.

Our trip and stay was simply amazing. The communication was on point, Daniel property manager was helpful and a great resource of information. Great proximity to everything you need and anywhere you may want to go, beach, restaurants and supermarket.

This is a well appointed home with all the creature comforts of home. Our traveling party had individuals spanning the ages of 17-78 and all loved the home. It is a bright, airy home and when we arrived, we settled right in.
The Property Manager, Daniel had excellent communication skills and was very responsive to our questions/requests and when we arrived he provided many recommendations of places to eat and local attractions that were a “must do.”
There were enough supplies (dish & laundry detergent, toilet paper, coffee, etc) that lasted several days or more) as well as bath/pool/beach towels that we did not feel that we had to rush out and get anything immediately and we appreciated that very much.
The location of the home is central to everything you would want to do or see.
We got a lot (a lot!) of use out of the beach chairs and cooler that were provided and it was nice to only have to rent an umbrella when we visited the different beaches.
Bottom line: do not hesitate to stay at Casa Mia!

This was a nice house for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Palm Beach but can be tricky crossing the busy road with no crosswalks. The house was well equipped with baby supplies such as a pack and play and high chair. We wish we could have controlled the pool foundation as it was very difficult to hear each other talking while it was running from 8:30-4:30. Overall, we would recommend this house to other groups!

This home was comfortable and spacious for 6 adults. It has everything that you need and the location is great. It is a very short walk to the beach and the restaurants in Palm Beach. The property manager was friendly and responsive, although we didn't need much. We relied on Hubert (recommended by our host) for transportation and I strongly recommend him.

Great location, easy walk to beach, restaurants and grocery. The home was perfect for our needs for a family of four. Loved the pool deck and covered space and found ourselves ending most days there with a cocktail by the pool. Great communication with the owners which run the family business. Some items getting a little 'worn' but understand that from both being a rental and the wear and tear under the Aruban sun, certainly nothing that would prohibit us from renting here again. We enjoyed our stay on island very much and this was the perfect home base for us! Thank you

The location of this house is fantastic - a short walk right into town where all of the resorts, restaurants and bars are located. The house is nice and clean, although a little dated and could use some refreshing. It would have been nice if the house was stocked with more basic supplies (like toilet paper and paper towels). If you don’t have a car (and we didn’t), you’ll have to go to a store to buy more. Given the cost of the house per night, they couldn’t add a few extra rolls, really?! Also, one of our oven burners wasn’t working properly. They came over quickly to look at it, but then never fixed it.
Overall the house served its purpose and the location is very convenient.

It was very easy renting this property and the owners were very responsive. Our family enjoyed the pool, outdoor area and the proximity to the beach and strip. It was more economical to rent the villa instead of 3 hotel rooms. Can’t wait to go back.

The house was great, nice place to relax and make meals. Outside amenities were great, pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Neighborhood isn’t loud or noisy, a short cut gets you right to all the area bars, shopping and beaches. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place off the busy hustle of timeshare or hotel life.

Casa Mia had a cool lanai area, a built-in outdoor BBQ, and a small pool with a fountain. We enjoyed eating dinner and had a big breakfast on the large wooden table out in that backyard area. It is fenced in, so you feel like you have your own private oasis. The girls didn’t have to wait on us to get ready to go to the pool, they could just jump in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The home is in a residential area across the highway from palm beach hotels and a strip of restaurants, shopping, and bars. We rented a car for the time we had the vrbo and used Taxis while we were staying at Divi, I think we should have flipped it now that I know how close the Casa was to Palm Beach. My only suggestion for this rental was to provide oil or butter for cooking and more toilet paper. I went shopping before we came to the house so I didn't realize we needed tp until the last day.

The property was great for our needs for a friend's vacation to attend a local music festival. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and other venues. Great outdoor space gathering and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Paradise
My family and another family stayed at Casa Mia and had a wonderful time. The place was spacious, clean and beautiful. Within walking distance of the hotel strip, we were comfortable to travel the few blocks to go explore. The staff was prompt in response to any inquiries and very helpful in suggesting restaurants and a place to get the required Covid test to return to the States. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
