excellent cleanliness, buffet breakfast has lots of options and some of the food tastes delicious. The bed linen is extremely comfortable and skin-soft which makes me feel cozy. They even provide shaving kit , which is very suitable for me who comes to hanoi for work. it is not as noisy as old quarter as well. if you are here for work and require serenity for brainstorming, this place is highly recommended.

Have a great experience staying in Sen Grand. The room is very clean and cozy. The breakfast has many variations of food. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Absolutely a very enjoyable stay and will come back here

The area is a little outside the old quarter, so western tourists be prepared to be stared at by everyone, it's pretty annoying after a day or so. The security guards at the hotel are also the same (which I raised with the hotel). Not a bad hotel, but rubbish area for western tourists.

my room was stunning it was huge just for one person. amazing value for money. It was quite far from the centre. there was a lot of selection for breakfast. staff were friendly.
when I did go for breakfast there was a few hairs in the bread and when I showed the member of staff she thought it was funny. it was quite hard to communicate with reception over the phone I usually had to be passed to about 3 people before they could understand what I needed. the bath is way too small for any over 5’7.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us tips and tricks for travelling throughout Hanoi. Ms Nga was the most kind and helpful staff. She made our stay easy and saved us money when booking taxis.

The property is clean , silent and value for money . The bathroom amenities were exceptional.
The breakfast spread is not very much intercontinental. So it’s tough for people who aren’t comfortable eating Asian food.

The location is really good. There are restaurants and shops around. taxi service is fast, Street market with variation of fruits is in 2 minutes walk.
In december-february it is cold because of the stone-floor. The pool is working only in summer, and the quality of the spa became bad after 2020-covid restrictions.

the location was a bit far out from the main area of Hanoi but I should’ve researched this better. it took me 30-40minutes to get into town by motorbike.

The hotel is quiet, as is situated off the main road.
There isn't much eatery around the hotel. Will need to grab a car to a further location for food.

Quite central location. Mattress was good.
The view from the window was a wall of the adjacent building. There was no natural light, The wall was so close that it was impossible to fully open the window. Impossible to tell what was the weather outside. So, in practice, it was like having no window.
There was red stain on the white blanket.
Hotel didn't provide shower gel the first day and we had to ask for it.
Their baguette bread was as hard as stone, and when i complained about it, they just toasted it to make it eatable.
On the 3td and last day, staff told me the gym and swimming pool are not available because of some work.
All in all, thiis hotel does not deserve the 4 stars and i'm surprised it has good reviews.

Hotel is new, it's modern and clean. I love Pho, so delicious, bread so good! I will recommend this hotel to my friends when they come to Hanoi city. Specially thank to Ms Lua that support me information of hotel and let me know nice places in Hanoi!
