Amazing Ampersand on Parkhill -
Öffnen Sie die Haustür und entdecken Sie die Überraschung eines kunstvollen Rückzugs - gemütlich, luftig und optisch umwerfend. Diese lichtdurchflutete Schutzhütte liegt auf der Flanke des Cambria Park Hill und nahe am Meer, so dass Sie die entfernten Wellen am Moonstone Beach sehen und hören können. Der Shamel Park befindet sich nur ein paar Blocks von den weitläufigen Wanderwegen der Fiscalini Ranch und 15 Gehminuten von den Geschäften und Restaurants des West Village entfernt. Dieses Haus ist ideal für ein romantisches Wochenende zu zweit, einen Solo-Schreib-Retreat oder einen lustigen Kurzurlaub für Familie und Freunde. Das große Deck ist ideal für den Morgen-Tee, den Nachmittagssnack oder den Sonnenuntergang bei einer Weinprobe im nahe gelegenen Paso Robles oder einer Besichtigung des Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Jedes der beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Bad / Dusche. Zwei bequeme Luftmatratzen mit Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls erhältlich. We found Ampersand to be a peaceful getaway for us. The weather was spectacular, the scenery beautiful, the house was comfortable and met our needs. We saw deer and turkeys on a daily basis as we enjoyed long walks. Being close to town was an added bonus. We would definitely come back! Our only complaint was there was a lot of construction noise as many neighbors were having work done on their houses. Also, we would recommend some nice blankets to use on the deck. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy this home in Cambria!

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Terrific location within walking distance of trails and near Main Street and the coast. Small and comfortable with views of the ocean, and relatively private. We liked the folk art throughout the house. We'd like to stay here again, perhaps longer next time.

We stayed in this property for our son’s college graduation and found it the perfect size for 3 people. It will sleep four but there isn’t much storage room for luggage. As others mentioned, the driveway was steep but navigable. TV is outdated with no streaming options but there were plenty of CD’s and a small selection of DVDs. We will definitely stay here again!

The rental home provided a good place to relax Good views and deck was great to enjoy the view. Bad things were the very steep driveway which was difficult to both walk and drive down. There was too much of the owner’s stuff left leaving little room for cases etc. Also tv and disc player did not work for us. But a pleasant stay.

Lovely and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds. The view makes this place perfect and the butterflies, wild turkeys and daily visits by a young buck in the yard puts this place over the top. Would return for sure.

The location and ocean view from the deck were stunning😎 The sky at night was beautiful! Lots of birds and wildlife.
The beds were okay, kitchen well equipped! Our only comments would be way two many personal items left on the property including a piano.
We would recommend limiting the personal items and situating the living room taking in the view with a nice flat screen tv.

My husband and I stayed at Ampersand 1 week with our 2 small dogs. It was almost perfect for us. Close to the beach, nice view and privacy. No direct neighbors so it felt very private (which was great because there are a lot of windows & skylights). Nicely equipped, comfy beds and bed linens, tons of books and CD's, interesting artwork & decor (I'm gonna call it higher end hippy). The only negatives for me; 1) no yard (hillside lot) but it does have a nice deck, 2) no tub, but the primary bedroom has a very spacious shower. We did attempt to BBQ, but the Weber wouldn't get hot enough - needs a good cleaning. I didn't realize this home is only 898 square feet - you would never know it. Very well laid out. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The property was very clean, but even though we had seen the pictures we did not realize how cluttered it was until we actually got there. Knick knacks and pictures everywhere. It felt like we were staying in a clean hoarder’s house. The queen mattress on the king bed frame left us both with a few shin bruises when getting in bed. We can say the kitchen was well stocked and, again, the house was clean. But way too claustrophobic for us.

The house is full of natural light with the skylights, and the windows. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you need, plus walking distance to the beach, or to town. Looking forward to coming back. We love Cambria, and getting lost in the antique stores in town.

Our fifth stay at Ampersand, always for two weeks or more. The ideal getaway for two people with an exceptional layout and views of the ocean from all rooms and the deck. An easy walk into town or to the beach. The waves lull you to sleep at night and there is an amazing amount of natural light during the day. We have stayed at other houses in Cambria in the past but they are no comparison to Ampersand!

We loved everything about this property, from contact-less check in to all the details in the house to the easy check out. The only caveat at all is the very steep, short driveway; no issues, but my wife let me park the cars, haha.

This lovely home was absolutely wonderful for my husband and I and our two dogs! It was very comfortably and the location was great . Easy walk or drive to the beach/ocean and the view from the windows and balcony of the ocean was delightful. A very pleasant surprise was waking up in the middle of the night to see the stars! It was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property and we can not wait to return!

We had a wonderful time walking down to Moonstone Beach and gathering beautiful moonstones! Walks on Fiscalini ranch were great fun! The view of the ocean was lovely. My only complaint was the furniture in living room should be arranged so you could enjoy the views!The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Ampersand and we love this house. However, the bed in the second bedroom is absolutely unusable. It's very uncomfortable and creeks loudly every time you roll over. Time for a new mattress.

Really enjoyed sitting having our morning coffee watching the fog rise and having that awesome view. Would definitely stay here again.
