We enjoyed our stay in this property. Very convenient to downtown and all the major attractions.

Home served our family needs but we did have issues. The overall home is nice but we immediately notice upon check-in that the cleaning crew missed cleaning the floors on the entire entry level. There was food and other debris under all the cabinets and under the sliding door curtains. The rug in the living area not only had not been vacuumed but the rug was rolled up along all of its edges causing a tripping hazard. We had both an elderly family member and a 7 year old who had recently undergone heart surgery and was on strict physical limitations from doctor to be careful of any tripping or falling hazards. This carpet needs to be replaced and a no slip carpet pad put in place. My overall rating is reflective of this safety issue. We also noticed that one of the toilet tissue holders was very loose and the ice maker did not work. The house is in need of some general maintenance. The pillows, mattress covers and shower liners were all yellowing and stained. These really need replacing. I trust that the owners of the property will address this concerns and fix the issues.

This experience was so great. The house was awesome. Very big with plenty of space for a large group. The backyard was super nice and would have been amazing to be in if the weather was nicer. We were about 10 minutes from honky think which made travel super easy. All in all a great trip. Would recommend to anyone!!

Our team of business consultants wanted to stay in a house instead of a hotel to foster camaraderie and a more comfortable stay while visiting Nashville for a conference. We were very pleased with this house! It was just what we needed and would highly recommend it.

Cute home & not far from Broadway! Ubers were not expensive at all. When we arrived one of the lights in one of the bedrooms was out and the master bedroom's bathroom smelt like urine. I called Adam right away and he had someone there the next morning to fix both.

The house was a wonderful place to spend three days for a family get together. It was in a great neighborhood, very conveniently located. It was in very good condition with lots of space and good parking available. The kitchen was well-stocked and laid out well for cooking big meals.
Adam was a great host...very communicative and flexible with a few special requests we needed. We'd definitely stay there again when we're in town.

Great place for large family gathering!
Awesome place to stay. Very clean and well designed for large groups. We rented both places to celebrate 21st birthday for our niece. It was perfect with the well equipped kitchen so we could cook and spend some breakfast and dinners together. Houses are next to each other with minimum steps to each. Jack and Jill bathrooms for 2 bedrooms works well. Close to downtown but the Uber rides can be expensive during prime hours $25 but also can be as low as $9 depending on days. We would definitely stay there again.

Great time in Nashville!
Our stay at both homes was great! Ideal location close to the downtown area in a cute residential neighborhood, super easy Uber ride to get to wherever you need! We had a total of *22* ladies (!!) celebrating all sorts of life events, and renting both properties was perfect for our size group. Adam was responsive and helpful in the planning stages of our trip, and we greatly appreciated the hospitality! Until next time, Nashville!

Great stay for my wedding group
We hosted our wedding in Nashville with 20 guests staying at an Vrbo, I was looking for something new, clean and could accommodate my guests. Adams location was perfect with 2 side by side houses, plenty of bedding, fully stocked kitchen, wifi, tv, plenty of parking!
Adam was quick to answer me for any concerns.
It was a wonderful stay that just absolutely made our wedding experience that much better.
Our guests were super happy and enjoyed every minute we were there.
We would most certainly book with Adam again!

Not bad, but not what it could have been.
The property is accommodating for the number of people it states. The photos of the property are before a few years of wear and tear have taken hold. My first impression was the front porch swing broken sitting on the porch. Backyard needed mowed, a blowup pool empty sitting in the middle of the yard and the space could have had a table and umbrella to be more accommodating. Inside everything worked the kitchen and tv's etc. The walls do have patches where holes had been made and the shower head in the Master suite needs replaced. So my advice is rent this unit it fits the bill but take photos of any damage you see so your deposit isn't held ransom.

We were a group of 6 there for a girls weekend. House was very clean—would highly recommend. Neighborhood is in transition as our Uber driver described. Lots of air bnbs & people walking around outside. Always felt safe.

House worked well for what we needed. Plenty of space, short Uber drive to Broadway and reasonably priced. Great kitchen space and great master bathroom. Other bedrooms/bathrooms and yard could use some TLC. Excellent service from owner. Very responsive which is greatly appreciated.

Great spot. 10 minutes to Broadway / Bridgestone / Nissan stadium. 15 minutes from airport. Both lyft and uber work well. Quiet neighbourhood for walking / running. Owners for helpful and quick to respong. We would return.

East Nashville Gem
We rented this home and the one next door for my sister's bachelorette party in Nashville. It was perfect for our group which was a mix of friends and family. We had plenty of space and it was very comfortable. The home is a quick Uber ride to Broadway. The owners were super friendly and replied immediately to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend for a large group!

Overall Satisfied
This is a very nice property and the house is beautiful. Only about 10-15 minutes or so to The Gulch/Broadway. The only issue we ran into is the queen sleeper sofas that were listed as sleeping options ended up being unusable. We were traveling with a very large group and needed all the beds that were listed on the house's page but when we arrived we found a note on the sofa saying the pullout would be unusable because it was broken. I understand things get broken in rentals and sometimes it is out of anyones control but we would have REALLY appreciated a heads up or any kind of communication about it. Fortunately we were able to figure out other last minute sleeping arrangements but were frustrated we were not made aware of the issue before to arriving. Otherwise, this is a great rental and we were very happy with our stay. Adam and Frances were very helpful and easy to work with. The house is beautiful, clean and a great option!
