The view was amazing. The condo was clean. This condo had everything you needed. We loved the extra stuff that was available for us to use. This is our second stay at this condo and will continue to stay there. Thanks to the owners for the upkeep on there condo.

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants at the boardwalk daily for icecream, events and dinner. The room was in a great location. Close to elevator, short walk to pool and beach and garage but still quite. Pool on the Gulfside was big and clean. My three young kids had a blast. We have stayed at a few condos in the area over the years and we really enjoyed this one and everything felt very convenient. We will be back!

We booked this trip on short notice, We were very happy with the property. It was very clean. Easy access to the beach as well. It was well supplied with everything you would ever want for a beach vacation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property is exactly as advertised. The walking distance to everything you need is amazing. There were enough restaurants within a half a mile radius that we didn’t even need to worry about getting an Uber. If you stay here make sure to walk over to the bay side of the resort. It’s worth it!

This is the best condo we have stayed in at the Destin West complex.
Lots of little extras that the others did not have. Pool toys, beach services, kids swimmies , cooler. Lots of other stuff too.
We would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with the condo. The owner Theresa was super helpful, and available to answer any questions if I had them. The location of this property is the best part. We didn’t need to get in our vehicle if we didn’t want to. Everything was a *short* walk a way. The pools were never crowded. The beach service was an added bonus. The property was well kept and very clean. We will be back!!

The condo was clean and very comfortable. They amenities were great, as was the view. The beach was absolutely stunning. This condo came with free beach service, providing two chairs and an umbrella. There are several pools that you can utilize, ranging from a large swimming pool, to smaller heated pools and a lazy river. The area is wonderful, though sometimes busy. Plenty of great food options in the area and shopping. So much for the whole family.

We liked everything about the condo and the resort. Condo was very clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance to some restaurants. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo! Amazing views: ocean and sunsets from the balcony; sunrises outside the front door. I joked that the only rooms without a view are the bathrooms! My husband and I slept well on the firm mattress. Gorgeous beach, thoroughly used and enjoyed the beach service. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well.
Hwy 98 was kind of loud: sirens, engines revving, but we heard that only outside the condo. Inside, quiet. That thing has good, thick walls. It felt like home, only prettier. We hated to leave and hope to come back.

We had an excellent stay at Destin West. We were on vacation with 20 people. Each family rented their own condo. We loved 611!!! Everything was perfect! We will definitely stay at this condo again if available. We loved the view, the walking distance to all the restaurants & pier!

Check-in was a breeze. Beach chairs and umbrella during our stay were great. We went down around 8:45 am each morning. Those guys putting out the chairs and umbrellas work hard, and are very deserving of small tip we gave them each day. Unit was clean and had all the basic necessities. Pool was very nice; water temperature was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo Gulf Front
We truly enjoyed our time on Okaloosa Island. The pool was beautiful. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The free beach chair rental was great. Some people have commented on the mattress of the king bed and I was a little concerned before we came. While it was firmer than our bed at home, we slept really well on it and I even noticed that I didn’t wake up with the usual aches and pains that I do on our softer mattress at home. I may need to change what I sleep on. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful, but there was a seaweed problem some days. A few days it would be really clear and others it was full of sea weed. We enjoyed the pool being open in the night and we used the lazy river at the bayside resort once. It was fun, but we enjoyed the pool more. Overall, we had an awesome vacation and would recommend this condo to anyone.

This was our third visit to Destin West Resorts. We have enjoyed each visit. This was our first time renting the 611 Gulf side condo. It was great. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary items for the week. The view was great as well. I would recommend this unit and would definitely rent again if we were to return.

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet
We’ve stayed at Destin West the last 6 or 7 years and this condo was, by far, the nicest so far. We worried that the 6th floor location would make it feel like a long way from the beach, but the condo is right across from the elevators so it was super easy to get back and forth.
We really appreciated that the bunk room had a door - this allowed us to give our two boys some privacy. Other condos with this same floor plan often don’t have a door on that room, which has been a bummer in the past.
Overall, super happy customers. Would book again!

Good overall, great view , loved the location. no WiFi , called first night and around noon the next day someone got the TVs working but didn’t say our phones wouldn’t be on working WiFi . Master commode was slow at first then clogged .

The condo was recently renovated and was set up great. The view was perfect as well as the accommodations. I would recommend condo 611 to anyone wanting a cozy, clean place to stay. The property manger was great to work with and replied prompley to my questions.

Great condo and great view!
We spent our spring break here with our two children. It was the perfect condo for the four of us. We loved the view and our kids loved the board games provided. Few restaurants within walking distance as well the Gulfarium that was pretty cool. We spent most of our time at the heated pool and the beach. It was nice to have extra beach chairs and sand toys for the kids to use. One less thing to pack! Communication was great and instructions were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and Comfortable
The property manager was extremely helpful and generous to say the least. We would have missed a day on our short stay due to inclement weather, but Theresa was extremely helpful and understanding letting us shift our stay a day forward. The property itself is absolutely amazing. The beach view was nothing short of amazing. It truly is an emerald beach. I’d recommend this property to families as the condo has a home feel to it in a good location with plenty to do. Very well taken care of and a place I would love to stay during the spring or summer again!
