The property had an authentic New Orleans vibe with a great courtyard and balconies off the bedrooms. Walking distance to a nice selection of fine dining restaurants and away from the chaos of the French Quarter. But close enough to the French Quarter to easily walk.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location. Very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable also. We had plenty of space, extra towels and blankets with a full kitchen (although we only made coffee since there are so many great places to eat!) it was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved all the doors opening up to the gated courtyard. We had our dog with us and it made taking him out super convenient! I was able to park in an off street garage that was enclosed so my vehicle was safe throughout our stay. I can’t find anything negative about our stay here. We loved it and will return!

It felt like New Orleans (the art work, the Mardi Gras beads, architecture, etc). It’s plenty big and it’s well equipped for what we needed, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The beds are comfy. Read the check in instructions well because there are lots of locks and codes (we called it an escape room) but nothing that can’t be figured out. It was a great place for us and we’d stay there again.

We stayed here the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. It was great place for her to get ready and so comfortable for us as well. It had all the charm of old New Orleans and all the comforts of modern day. It was perfect.

We loved the location and felt more local than tourist. Good restaurants within very short walking distance, and French Quarter and Frenchman street also walkable. We didn’t use our car. Just walked and a couple of short Uber rides. The bedrooms were big and comfortable, the kitchen area also very nice. The air con worked! We enjoyed our stay.

We live in the area but had to move out of our home for 10 days to get flooring work done. This condo was perfect for our needs, provided a parking space and very dog-friendly (which is hard to find!) There was a spacious full kitchen and eating area, a comfortable family room, two good-sized bedrooms, a large laundry room and 2 baths. My husband was able to use one bedroom as a home office since there was a desk and chair. I loved the original brick walls, the artwork hanging in the condo and the courtyard. There was also a second floor balcony accessible from every room upstairs. My only “disappointment” was not having a little bistro table and chairs to sit on the balcony with my morning brew! The property manager, whom I chatted with in person, was friendly, accessible and helpful. And the owner responded quickly to my request to extend my stay by an extra day. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family who come to visit. For tourists, it is in a great location near the WWII Museum, the Convention Center and great restaurants. Easy walk to the Riverwalk area and Aquarium. Not far to the French Qtr but I would probably walk to Riverwalk and catch the streetcar to the Quarter. Great place! Thanks for the hospitality!

The property was excellent. Don was very helpful when needed but we didn't need much from him everything was awesome. It is in a great location so going out was easy. But the time spent on the property was also great, I especially loved the speaker system that is in every room of the house. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This ground floor unit with attached courtyard was a fantastic choice for my family. It is close to the WW II museum and a short walk or streetcar ride to everything we wanted to do. Communication from booking through checkout was seamless. I would absolutely stay again!

From the convenient location to the key coded doors and gates, this unit is large, has tons of amenities, and a really awesome whole unit Bluetooth sound system that rocked my world. It is so nice listening to music through Bluetooth and also choose which rooms it plays in. This location is so much quieter and cleaner than the French quarter: countless restaurants and bars to choose from all within a few blocks, and the streetcar stop is only a block away. It has the perfect parking space in the back, but we never moved the car once we arrived because anything you would need is within walking distance. The weather was so nice during our stay that we could open up some of the seemingly endless amount of French doors and join with the outdoor space. We wanted for nothing.....this space has it all! We cannot wait to come back!

Love the location! Close to several restaurants and stores at waking distance! Beds were absolutely comfortable and the overall stay was just perfect!

Beautiful and tranquil setting with authentic brick walls and beams. Open spaces with a courtyard. Music system can play in any room. Kitchen small but functional. Beds and bedding amazing. 2 bedrooms upstairs one on each end both have a bathroom. Washer and Dryer. Close to everything but tucked away so it’s not loud at night from party scene. We would stay here again.

Great property for exploring New Orleans, location perfect and in the middle for checking the different neighborhoods. Parking spot key! Love the bedrooms and veranda doors opening to the balcony. Thanks for a nice visit

We will definitely be staying here again! The house and courtyard are beautiful and Don was so accommodating. We had a business meeting in the dining room with 7 people and it was perfect! Can’t wait to come back.

This is, hands down, the best VRBO experience I have ever had. The property owner was friendly, fast to respond, and extremely helpful. The property itself was immaculate and centrally/conveniently located to just about everything. Parking, pet friendly, clean, check, check, check. I am so appreciative we found this spot, and will absolutely be staying here again if we return to NOLA. Cheers to the owner for helping to make our vacation that much better.

Property is in perfect condition, great location, clean, attractive. We love the renovation of an 1840’s building! Every room is spacious and comfortable, good communication with really nice Owner and Manager. Our three days in New Orleans could not have been better!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location! Property owner/manager is very responsive and everything from booking to check in was a breeze. We had a sticky toilet handle, and even though it was a minor and trivial issue, Don had it fixed the next day. I would definitely rent this property again, we loved it!

East to get where we wanted to go. Easy to work with the people. Highly recommend.
