We visit Durango every year and I had no idea that there were rental properties right on historical Main St. This property was beautiful and even in the busiest of times, quiet once the patio doors were shut. Great walking location for everything in the historical area of Durango!

Perfect location for what we wanted. Enjoyed the balcony each evening. Had an issue with one of the air conditioning units, but emailed property management and had it working quickly.

This is a beautiful condo, well equipped, and very clean. It’s in the center of Durango, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and hotels. The private balcony, overlooking Main Street is the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, and having lunch. We loved our stay here and would stay again. Rent it, you’ll love it.

Durango has so much to do-and this apartment gave us easy access to all of it. Well-appointed right downtown which let us walk anywhere for our stay.

This is the perfect spot to spend some time in Durango! It was clean, well-equipped, and the absolute perfect location. Literally just steps to everything. The balcony overlooking Main Ave is the perfect spot to chill and take it all in. My only feedback would be regarding the parking as it’s super tight and hard to navigate a large car. A smaller car would have been much easier but, that said, the location is so great we barely needed our car!

What a wonderful location - right in the middle of Main Street! Walk to literally EVERYTHING! The condo had everything we needed, VERY clean, two master bedrooms for privacy and very comfortable beds. Though on Main Street, we were never disturbed by noise. Can’t wait to come back and will absolutely book this condo again!

We had 2 couples and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great (right off main street) and walking distance to all of the restaurants we went to as well as the train station. The unit was well equipped. The only minor issue was that the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit stiff.

WOW! The place was perfect for us. We had a quick trip with lots of stuff to do. Refrigerator only had water in it. Main Avenue had so many great restaurants right in walking distance. The apartment: bedrooms, very nice. I believe there needs to be another dresser in the guest room instead of the chair. But, I used the chair as my dresser. The bathroom in guest room was functional but small. Master bedroom was a little bit bigger. The patio, so much fun to sit and have cocktails and people watch. AC was used and each room had its own split level AC unit. Perfect!! Had no problem checking in or checking out. Parking a large truck in our spot was easy. Back it in!! Parked the other car on 3rd. No problem again! We will be back. Already looking at dates. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Overall the property was great! The 2 exceptions were the cleaning of the restaurant below which started daily between 5 and 5:30 am. It was a wakeup call wanted or not; and the parking is very tight. Don't think I would have been able to park in the reserved spot had someone been using the space next to me which was reserved for another unit.

Don't know where to start! There is a HUGE difference in management companies in Durango because this unit was outfitted and cleaned as if we were staying at the Ritz Carlton! (as compared to the unit we rented last summer) It had EVERYTHING imaginable you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bedrooms! We were a group of 3 girls but the house could easily fit 6 people with room to spare. We had a minor issue with plumbing/hot water and the management company had someone there in an instant. When speaking to the management company they were cheerful, happy, and accommodating in every way! The unit says it is stocked with a starter kit for things such as paper products, dish soap etc.. But it was stocked for our entire stay, including a variety of spices, laundry soap, etc. The patio is HUGE and the BBQ will thrill any bbq king! The unit is right on Main Street yet during the week it was super quiet. The weekend was a bit loud but we loved it! We made an error on our check out day and thought we were supposed to leave Sunday...but we were booked until Saturday! The management company was very understanding and gave us time to pack up even though we interrupted their cleaning process for the next guests. Overall we all felt we stuck VRBO rental GOLD!

Beautiful place and location. Durango itself was amazing too!!! Check in was not smooth and the property manager was pretty rude to us when we called because we were not given all the information needed for check in. It felt like we annoyed her and it was not a pleasant exchange. But the property itself was great! Had everything we needed and more! We are grateful the owner opened his or her space to us.
