everything was excellent

It was a huge bonus to get up and eat at the hotel and it came with the room. Food was great and the staff was the best

We stayed in a king handicap room. Plenty of room storage was different didn’t have a place to hang my wife’s dress. I do understand that it was set up handicapped visitors. Other than that everything was great.

The breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices

The toaster did not work well at all. In fact I use the waffle maker to toast my muffin.

it’s not a hotel you could just walk out and be downtown…the views are beautiful though

The front desk staff, chef and breakfast was amazing. The room was very comfortable. I loved it that they served frittatas and crustless quiche for breakfast rather than the fake eggs you get you get at other hotels with free breakfast.

The internet seemed slow, but I was also having laptop problems so it may not have been the hotel's fault. The price was a bit higher than I expected. The Marriott Bonvoy website is a bit challenging. It was easier to book on Booking.com.

Nice place and fantastic friendly staff! We sure love Ralph’s breakfast and his morning Deer family visits…What at treat!!!

The shower pressure wasn’t very good in our bathroom but that’s all I can say about our stay everything else was great.

convenient location, friendly staff, very clean, indoor pool/hot tub, great breakfast selection.

The hot tub had an orange tint to the water and funny smell but it didn’t stop me from getting in. although I couldn’t wait to shower afterwards.

Very large room with comfortable bed and large refrigerator and microwave. Perfect location for travelers. breakfast was better than typical hotel hit breakfast with fresh cut fruit and omelettes.

Zero negatives!

When we arrived, they put us in a room with a funny smell. I'm pregnant so I told the front desk maybe I am just very sensitive to smells, and he immediately changed us to an amazing room on the bottom level. It was perfect. Huge room, my husband had a desk to work at, the shower was completely brand new. We used the swimming pool and hot tub a few times, and it was great to have a place for our son to play in the evening. A couple times we ordered food in and they were so generous about letting us use the breakfast area to eat and providing plates and silverware. The breakfast was all good except the waffles had a tangy taste to them, tasted strange and I ate one each morning. It is neat to see the deer come down to the window while you are eating. Walking into Durango is super easy.
