Loved the location and having room for the family rather than feeling cramped in a hotel.
The property didn’t have hot water after the second day. The groundskeeping could be done around the property when guests arrive.

Spacious,well equipped, nice fire, quiet, great views, cozy, nicely decorated.
Shower could have been hotter. Garden area and location not as lovely as the views.

Location was great! The house was very clean. Adequate bedrooms for 4 people.
Only one window air conditioner and one ceiling fan, this was not enough in 90+ degree temperatures. I had to buy 3 fans for each bedroom. Bathroom was way too small for 4 people (we knew ahead of time there was only one), I did bring a portable toilet for my child's room. Suggest adding onto the house for an extra bathroom, as there is room on the property. I will never rent a place with a single bathroom again. And last the kitchen was lacking in items for cooking and serving. We prefer to cook for health reasons rather than eat out. The kitchen is very small with minimal counter space, not enough silverware for 4, no small cups for juice or wine and no small bowl for mixing eggs, good thing I bring extras.

The house was set up nice for 4 of us. We loved watching the deer and squirrels in the yard. It was conveniently located for our plans.
The house only has 1 bathroom that is small. It was a little hard to find the 1st time, even with GPS. Maybe a bigger address sign would help.

Loved the location. Felt secluded and only a few minutes from our park. And only a few minutes from Main Ave. Loved having the space for everyone and a kitchen to cook when we wanted.
Did not like the shrub that rubbed against the house all night making scratching noises in the King bedroom. Kept us up a couple nights. May I suggest pruning plants away from the house?

beautiful home, very cozy. Our family spent thanksgiving at home and everything was readily available for us to use. it was awesome to see all the deer in the front yard every morning.

Location was great. Very close to downtown Durango yet felt like you were in the country. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

Irigation system starts at 8 AM and makes noise as it also throws water at the house.

Better than expected location. It is very easy to access the town and areas where we wanted to go. The house is very comfortable. Location is very secluded, that took a night to get used to. We had several deer come through the yard and were fun to watch.
Only one bathroom (probably not much can be done about that). At first we were a little uncomfortable with the seclusion, but in the end we were fine and looking back I think it was actually kind of nice to be a little on the edge of town. The instructions were to open the windows at night and not use the AC (this was in the summer). That was fine except they had the lawn sprinkler on a timer which sprayer water into the house in the early morning before we shut the windows.

There is only one bathroom for three bedrooms ... it can get crowded.

Quiet, saw deer every morning at breakfast time. Nice central location to everything.
Smoke detector in hallway was beeping low battery. Removed batteries and placed in cleaning closet. Internet speed is slower than my cell phone on T-Mobile network here. Driveway is steep with loose gravel, not motorcycle friendly.

The location was great. There was deer in the yard every morning. Rooms were comfy.
There were a lot of ants in the kitchen area. There was also a mouse in the house. Luckily we had a 4x4 truck to make it up the driveway.

The house had a nice view and patio to enjoy. The bed and bedding in the primary bedroom was awesomely comfortable.
