Overall we had a great stay in Nashville! The property manager was super quick to respond to any issues we had.
The house itself was great in some respects and lacking in others.
Overall it really needs a thorough cleaning as there is an overall thin layer of grunge covering everything. The house also needs a fresh coat of paint!
If we had been at the house more often, I think I would be a bit more picky, but we were really there just to sleep! The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of them, the bathrooms were clean and had an abundance of supplies (shampoo, cream rinse and body wash). The pillows on the bed were the absolute worst! Super cheap and really uncomfortable.
Not a great neighborhood, but again we were only there to sleep.
It met our needs, the price was great and the hosts were really nice!

We were there for 3 days for our brother’s funeral. The house was well stocked with blankets,wash cloths, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. I liked how there was already salt, sugar, coffee filters, hand soap in all restrooms. This may seem trivial but it’s nice when u don’t have to buy the simple things when staying for a few days. Nice big living room for us to gather with a Smart TV. The 2nd floor had a pool table, smart TV, and games which was really nice. There was plenty of space for relatives to take some time alone or be with others. The weather was cold so we didn’t visit the rooftop too often but it is a beautiful view of the city. All of the beds were comfortable with an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. However there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms, but that was not a problem for us. We liked the location close to downtown and the Opryland Mall, and security locks on the garage and door. We will probably stay there again when visiting Nashville.

Very comfortable stay we were on a business trip 12 adult males rented the 2 houses side by side the price for the 2 houses was by far the best price and the houses were very comfortable our group travels a lot and are use to high end hotels but preferred staying here over the hotels had more room and was very comfortable some of the beds were a little dated but mattress were comfortable overall good space and comfortable would stay here again.

The property has a large amount of room to spread out and have large groups and feel like they aren't crowded. The property is on the dirty side but worked for a weekend. The showers were dirty and overall the property just wasn't clean. They did have great communication as far as check-in, things to do, etc and also had a great suggestion for transportation back and forth. We used that service multiple times. The area where the property is located is in an up and coming neighborhood possibly but wouldn't have felt safe going with just a group of girls. Also the AC for the home was dicey at best. We never set the temp under 72 and it was about 77 in the house most of the time. Not optimal for a mid-July visit. I would rate the property average but with so much potential because the amount of room at the property was amazing.

The hosts are amazing, respond quickly, very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for a large group and very nice. Uber/Lyft rides were longer and more expensive then we thought due to traffic but overall great place! We will be back!

The checkin was easy owner of property sent directions and instructions day before stay that was nice. The house is very nice as far as cleanliness it was fair shower had hair in drains, coffee pot had moldy coffee in filter, the description of property was spot on although not impressed with cleanliness we would still recommend staying there cause we understand that things can be missed or overlooked

Great location and perfect spot for hitting up the links! Easy access to downtown and the local scene was a lot of fun too.
House was in great condition, instructions and communication from the owner's was top notch, and overall great experience .

Shirt People Anniversary Trip
We were a large group of adults so finding two homes side by side that fit our needs was great. The location of the property was wonderful. Adam was great to work with from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Nashville and I will recommend it to my family and friends for sure.

Great Group Getaway Space Close to Downtown
We had an excellent stay in Adam and Frances' properties in Talbot's Corner, Nashville. Their communication and service were expedient and helpful. They really worked to accommodate our two parties well. The space was clean and comfortable and perfect for our shared meals and times spent hanging out together. Additionally, the townhomes are conveniently located to downtown Nashville and had groceries and good restaurants in the neighborhood as well. We all agreed that it was a perfect space for us. Grateful!

Nice home
Easy to get to places we wanted to visit/short Uber.
Had a problem with the original home we were scheduled to stay in as the furnace wasn’t working when we arrived and it was super cold in the house. We messaged the manager/owner and he messaged me back immediately and switched us to his other property. The unforeseen will happen...thank you for being on top of correcting the problem with little disruption to our group

Girls weekend success!!
The place was terrific and held all 9 of us perfectly. Lots of room for hanging out, very comfortable, beds were comfy! Easy to Uber to and from and get to broadway. Would definitely recommend!

There was just a few things that weren't super clean. We found a cookie in our closet when we arrived and the window seals were a little dirty. The balcony had trash. Overall, it was a great stay and perfect fit for all of us. I would recommend this property.

The Perfect Home Base for our 4th of July Vacation
Four siblings and our families spent the 4th of July Weekend in Nashville and this house was the perfect home base for all of our activities.
Everything was as pictured and described. Adam & Frances communicated promptly and clearly as we set up the reservation and asked questions. The house instructions were also very simple and clear.
Between the bedrooms and hide-a-beds we had room for our 14 ppl plus a few more without feeling scrunched together.
We made use of the grill one day and did some other light cooking while we were there and had plenty of plates and silverware for the whole crew. The large dining tables and kitchen bar gave us plenty of room to sit and eat.
When we weren't out and about, we spent most of our time downstairs but if someone wanted to get away they could use the upstairs area where the game console and another TV are. We have some musicians in the family and we even had enough room to set up a keyboard and mic and do some family Karaoke with live accompaniment down stairs.
The place was very clean and un-cluttered which we really liked. Some places have a hodge podge of previous visitor's toiletries and refrigerator items which can be awkward but none of that here. Kudos to their cleaning crew.
The hardest part was getting the right turn angle when pulling into the parking area behind the unit ;-)
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Nice but some issues.
Rented Side-By-Side houses-Garbage pickup is only once a week, when we arrived on Sunday the trash cans for both houses were overflowing and smelled horrible. Anytime we walked to the vehicles all you could smell was the rotting trash. Parking is very limited and tight, not recommended for large vehicles. Houses have some interior cosmetic issues that need to be fixed. Since we rented side by side houses it would have been nice to have a gate that connected the yards instead of having to walk past the trash cans.

Amazing Nashville house rental
Great location and great house. Thanks Adam for being such an amazing host. We had 13 people stay in the house and never once felt like we were crowded. It was nice having the rooftop patio to all gather on. Only recommendation would be leaving out the broom as the janitor closet was locked, it would have been nice to go over the floor with the broom once or twice during our stay.

Great Stay
There were 16 of us who came to Nashville for my daughters 21st Birthday!!! This house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping places for everyone. Lots of places to hang out. We loved the rooftop, especially in the morning for coffee and at night when we returned!! I would highly recommend this house. The owners were very attentive when I had any questions and check in was a breeze.

This was a great stay! Accommodated a girls trip perfectly. Adam & Frances are super responsive.
I loved staying here with 11 of my close girlfriends. Everywhere we needed to go was only a hop and skip away in an Lyft. Sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for all 12 of us. Nice big open space to allow us to all socialize.
Adam and Frances are so responsive and on top of it. I asked for a floor plan and they didn't have one but gave me the room breakdown so well.

Great houses and conveniently located.
First off - Do not let the neighborhood or alley for parking scare you off. The houses are located in a neighborhood that is being revitalized and we felt very comfortable and even talked to a few of the local neighbors. Enough parking for two trucks per unit. The inside of both units were very clean and with plenty of space. The owners had great communications, even when I did not, and were very accommodating to my last minute reservations. Just a short Uber ride to downtown and the area just to the east had some good restaurants and local bars. The beds are firm memory foam and ver comfortable and both houses are very nicely furnished. Thanks for letting us enjoy the houses. You will be first on our list if we ever return.

Had a group of 16 guys stay here and it was great. Place is huge and very nice. Short Uber downtown to bars. No complaints at all, perfect spot for a large group.

Amazing !
This house is amazing! A group of 12 of us went down for a Patriots weekend and we're extremely impressed. There were rooms for everyone and plenty of living room for hanging out. I can highly recommend this house for future groups.

Great experience
We had to come in town for a work event and this turned out to be the perfect idea. We were able to save money on going out since we were able to cook. The place was clean and beautiful. Definitely worth it and would do this again.

The house was very clean, had four large bedrooms and bathrooms to handle our large group. It was also close enough to Broadway for a quick Uber/Lyft ride.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The property is amazing and very spacious! The rooms are super clean and stocked with fresh linens. The living room and kitchen are perfect for a bigger group. The location is great (about 8-10 minutes to Broadway). We had no trouble getting Uber’s or Lyfts. Adam was very accommodating and responds quickly to any needs. Would definitely rent again!

We were very, very pleased with this home our group rented for our recent weekend in Nashville. It has a wonderful layout which gives a large group open space to visit together as well as space to have some private time if needed (back patio, front porch, second floor porch, rooftop and second floor study). We used UBER and LYFT to get downtown and found that worked well.
