The house was just as listed, descripted, and pictured!! My kids loved having bunk beds, (and prevented some sibling rivalry from traditional hotel style!) The owner was fabulous and helped us with whatever we needed!! Easy walk to the beach even with kids! Def would stay again!!

My wife and I chose this property because of the location to the Sports Center to watch my Grandson's National Wrestling Tournament. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the way the property unit was decorated and made us feel at home, not to mention the cleanliness and complete modern kitchen to prepare meals in. The fruit and snacks were an added touch that was appreciated. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of renting this property. Location to restaurants and the Beach and Fishing Pier are all within walking distance. The Vibe district has many unique shops and places to dine. Thank You Mitzi for such a wonderful stay.

This was a perfect Condo for our Family. Mitzi is incredible host. If there is anything she will get whatever you need! The Condo is so clean has literally everything you need and more! We loved the short walk to the beach! Nice Safe Neighborhood to stay in!! We will definitely be booking again soon!!

Condo is in a great location of the Vibe District, close proximity to the beach and shops along Atlantic Ave! House is comfortable and accommodating! My two kids loved the bedroom on the second floor, nice spacious master suite with private bathroom on third floor with balcony. Parking was easy to come and go from the unit. 10/10 on everything. My family is already asking to come back again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was beautiful and clean. It's location is perfect for acces to the boardwalk, beach & dozens of yummy restaurants. Mitzi was the pinnacle of hospitable, even being proactive in getting us directions for arrival and regular check-ins to make sure we had everything we need. We would highly recommend to any family or friends visiting VB!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay! We brought our dog so we loved all the pet friendly walkable dining in the area. The property was set up perfectly for family! Loved it!

Great place and location. Enjoyed the top floor balcony. Shower soap was not provided. So had to go out for that purchase. No problem. But, all prior VRBO rentals have typically supplied travel size bathroom staples. The bath robes were a nice luxurious touch. Terrific nearby restaurants and nightlife. Walking distance to beach boardwalk.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay! Everything was so incredibly clean and there was lots of space! The furniture was well laid out and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the welcome basket with fruit and goodies. Mitzi was very responsive and cared that we were having a good stay. Check out was super simple and there were labeled baskets in the closet for easy clean up of the linens and towels. Very organized! The location is perfect! So close to just about everything! It's right beside a car wash but we heard nothing from it at all our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was well organized and decorated with care — very well equipped and furnished. We appreciated the great instructions for use and the guide to local establishments. This was a perfect off-season getaway! Being directly adjacent to a busy car wash led to higher than expected noise — this unit is in the heart of commerce.

Very cool location. Close to beach, shops, coffee and restaurants. The condo is updated and well appointed. The owner/manager is local and easy to communicate with.

First time in VB. LOVED it. Mitzi was wonderful and the condo the cleanest Ive ever been in. Can’t wait to return.

Loved that it was close to the beach and a short drive to many of Norfolk/ Chesapeake area golf courses. The unit was perfect for the 4 adults in our party. Bedrooms on floors two & three allowed for privacy but living space and half bath on first was convenient. Mitzi thought of everything, even snacks and kitchen items that we didn’t know we needed😊 The Vibe district is very walkable and we enjoyed a variety of restaurants, breweries/distilleries. The beach walk is as described with cross walks marked and traffic lighter during October. There was a 5k/10k that went right down Baltic and ended with a beach family fun fair. What a pleasant surprise! Loved that the unit, the beach and many of the establishments are pet friendly. Our pooches enjoyed their stay just as much.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The location was perfect, the property was beautiful and the property manager was great. Our vacation felt like we were staying at our own home. I will definitely be returning to this property next time we head to VA Beach. Side note, the fact that I could bring my dogs with me with no issues was amazing.

The property was great for the three of us and our little dog. We were a close walk to the beach and a close walk to other attractions. Virginia beach is a beautiful quaint beach town with out the challenges of other Atlantic beaches.

We couldn’t believe our eyes. The condo was beyond our expectations!! It was clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked including cookies, fruit, and coffee with a note for our French Bulldog from Winny. Beach supplies were available including a cart to assist with our walk to the beach of only .3 miles. We enjoyed every type of restaurant; the host provided many recommendations. Walking the Vibe District is a must. The artwork is amazing. We also enjoyed surfing, parasailing, and walking the boardwalk. The city is clean and the area is safe for kids. The boys ventured off on their own.

The hostess was awesome with this property, she answered questions all week, not only about the house, but about the area. The house was clean and convenient to everything. We had a great time and would stay there again!

I have mixed feelings about this stay. Pro's: it was neat & clean when we arrived, and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The air conditioning was comfortable, even on the third floor bedroom. The owner provided beach chairs and a wagon for the trek to the beach. Con's: the three-block walk to the beach includes crossing some intersections with aggressive drivers who don't like stopping for pedestrians. It was not very convenient to get to the beach or Atlantic Ave. I have stayed ocean front previously, so for me, this was a pain. The owner is a bit of a micro manager when it comes to directions and check out. She wants plants watered daily, all laundry sorted in specific bins, and all beds stripped. A little much, let alone with a 10:00a.m. checkout. Lastly, any positive feelings were spoiled because she accused us of taking her bottle of pet cleaner with us.
