The staff was wonderful

The wooden furniture that the TV is on seemed to be falling apart

Clean, comfortable room. Very good location. Good bathroom ventilation, the mirrow stays dry after taking a shower. Drinking water is always available.

It is too expensive for a hotel without breakfast and parking. Very uncomfortable AC location right in front of the bed. I have to put chairs with pillows on them in front of AC to shield from wind.

The fact that the room had liquid hand soap. The room was clean, very up to date. The layout was different than what I’m used to.

The one elevator running was jumpy, almost was smashed when the door was closing. The staff rode the elevator on the day of my checkout, causing 4 more stops, coming down front the 8th floor. The balcony is tiny, and the door lock was very hard to open. The location, for me is too busy. I did not like the location, not to mention the parking garage is across the street. You have to cross traffic twice. THE SHOWER WAS COLD!!!!! The whole stay the water never heated up. Although the sink faucet had hot water. The beach was small, and dirty. TRASH EVERYWHERE! A man lying on the bench smiling, and his friend (assumption) is spinning in circles having a conversation with himself. Needless to say, we didn’t walk the beach, I was afraid I would contract something. We stayed one night, was supposed to stay 4. We left the next morning. As far as BOOKING.COM will not use them again. I could not cancel my stay the next morning, fine print or not. The hotel was unbearable. I was out $1,021. I had to cut my vacation a day short.

Not getting the room I booked even tho I used booking.com it wasn’t the room I paid for. And 2. Finding a cockroach in the small kitchen was unacceptable. But I thank your staff for coming to kill it.

I liked the location and the view.

Not as clean as it should be (hair in the tub). Bathroom was VERY small. One of the 2 elevators was broken on the 11 story building that had events on the 2nd floor that consumed the one working elevator. No other way to get the carts upstairs. $15 per night fee for parking. No carts available at checkout. Staff was not very helpful either. They had a "sorry about your luck" attitude.
