Not very clean rooms could be better with renovations

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Room was very clean (rooms 324/325). Much cheaper than nearby hotels. Walking distance to pier, shops, and restaurants. Beach was one block away.

Parking was a little tight with our F150. There was a big rental truck taking up 5 spots for a couple days. Wouldn't have been an issue with a smaller vehicle, though. Wife said the coffee was weak at breakfast, but she didn't try making her own in our room. Steps were a little slick and must have had 100 coats of paint on them.

Staff was just okay .. she was nice but had to wait for the receptionist to get off of her cellphone before she assisted us

Ma famille n'a presque pas dormi de la nuit, une homme à crié après sa femme ou quelqu'un pendant toute la nuit en frappant dans les murs et a fait beaucoup de bruit. Mes enfants tremblait de peur. Le lendemin la manager a accepté de notre annulation et remboursement pour la deuxième nuit. C'était bizarre il avait des lits et des meubles un peu partout sur le terrain de l'hotel à l'exterieur. Concernant le remboursement, la manager de l'hotel m'a dit que c'était correct, cependant ayant payé avec booking elle m'a dit de régler cela avec eux. Après presque 1 mois Booking dit qu'il accepte de me rembourser mais doit recevoir une note interne de l'hotel en question. L'hotel m'indique qu'il ont envoyé la note et booking me dit qu'il ne la recoive pas. Bref, Booking m'a demandé d'appeler l'hotel, ce que j'ai fait. La manager d'hotel m'a promis qu'elle a envoyer toutes les informations à Booking et que c'est Booking qui utilise ce prétexte pour ne pas me rembourser. Qui croire, chose certaine, j'ai utilisé les services de Booking pour plusieurs hotels et ça c'est bien passé. Cependant, c'est la première fois que je demande un remboursement et ça semble pire que les 12 travaux d'Astérix. J'ai mis beaucoup de temps là-dedans et toujours par reçu le remboursement de Booking. Compte tenu de mes nombreurses réservarations, j'aurai pensé que Booking aurait pu me rembourser, mais non, aucun remboursement de leur part.

This experience was not good. We brought a camera detector with us due to recent media coverage of secret camera being put in hotel rooms. It went off in our shower and bathroom area. Im disgusted

Location was great.

Room smelled like a wet dog. Reception people were nice. The breakfast was lacking. The employee running it sat the entire time and did not restock anything. There were no utensils left to eat with.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing.

The dryers didn’t work

Kiss, the female at the desk was a great help after the unprofessionalism of the gentleman who was working with her. The woman at the continental breakfast was great very well, keeping the facility clean.

Older gentleman at the front desk was very rude and did not help any concerns with issues checking in. The room had empty beer cans on the floor under the bed lights did not work and TV had no connection.
