Quiet condo complex in great location. Easy access, manager on site to assist with questions, and many restaurants within walking distance. Condo fully stocked with everything you need, especially the towels. The best part was the view of the ocean from the living room and lanai.

This is a family oriented condo complex. The online pics are modest about the view. Centrally located. Steps to the Marriott.
On site property manager was so helpful getting us comfortable. A small welcome basket was an unexpected kindness. . Pool is lovely. Grills have a view of the ocean. Plenty of towels, and maid service was available. Full kitchen with everything you could want - super important given high price of restaurants in the Caymans.
The owner was transparent and helpful. Nearby beaches are pristine.
Also recommend Kaibo for a BBQ on Tuesday, and calypso grill for a night out!

First we want to thank Pierre/Andre for the incredible condo. As fantastic as the condo pictures are, the condo is even more amazing and easily handled our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Thanks also to Kathy, the onsite manager for her assistance! The condo was very clean and they even provided a person to come in mid week to refresh/clean the condo.
The condo is in a really good location. The property is on seven mile beach with a great view of the water. Restaurants are nearby as is car rental. Foster's supermarket is about a half mile walk. Public beach access is about a mile north.
We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be coming back!

The condo was beautiful and clean and the view of the ocean, pool and palm trees from the living room window was amazing. We had 8 family members and we had plenty of room and plenty of beach towels and beds we all loved it, it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning but our host had 2 company's come in to help. Then called twice to make sure were cool enough. I would recommend this condo for a family vacation. The beach has eroded away but you can still snorkel and Governors Beach is a short bus ride away. We were very happy with our accommodations

This is an excellent place to stay in the Caymans.
The Management group are wonderful and so knowledgeable.. The unit fit seven of us perfectly. This place is also within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shopping.It is clean and a wonderful place to stay!! This is our third time here and absolutely love it!

Beautiful property, tons of space (we had 4 adults and 3 children) with incredible views.
Awesome location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Owners and property manager are quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The property is immaculate and well maintained. Unfortunately the beach directly in front of the property recently washed out, but there are a TON of options very close by and we had no problem finding spots on neighbouring beaches. That said, the pool and lounge area are always a fantastic option. Our families had an amazing time, and this property is guaranteed to meet & exceed your expectations.

The condo was perfect for our family of four although it could have easily accommodated a bigger group. There was a natural great reef off to the left of complex and an artificial reef in front of the Marriott next door. There was very little beach but Pierre was very upfront about that, so we were prepaid. There are several good restaurants in walking distance and you can get to Camana Bay easily by pedestrian bridge.

Condo was very nice. We knew beach access was gone due to erosion but this was also true for nearby properties. This was only reason to not give it 5 stars. Pool very pleasant and watched sunset most nights. Condo had great view and was very comfortable. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

We have stayed in this particular condo three times now over the years. We keep coming back because it is such a nice spot. It’s in a great location, close to lots of restaurants. We never rent a car. The beach is much smaller than years ago, but it was fine for us. The pool area is nice and it’s very easy to get out into the water. There is lots of sand a short walk away. The view from the patio is great and the unit itself is well equipped for a large family. We went diving every day and the dive shops are all pretty amenable to picking you up and dropping you off after diving. For higher end dining I suggest the restaurants at Camana Bay a short walk away.

The condo was great! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool are was fun for the kids. We did have to walk down a bit for a sandy beach, but we knew going there the beach was washed away in front of the complex. They had lots of floats for us to use in the water!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week over Spring Break. Our kids are 10, 9, and 3. We had such an excellent time! The pool is just steps from the beach. The beach was a bit washed away but we had a great time and our kids loved playing in the sand and snorkeling. We saw so much marine life very close by. The Marriott is a 2 minute beach walk north and their beach is impeccable. No rocks, more sand, very well maintained. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and having laundry available. It's on your third floor without elevator so we definitely got our stair flights in for the week.

This was our second trip to GC, we knew we wanted to stay on Seven Mile Beach from our prior trip. Tamarind Bay is a great location. The condo had everything that we needed for a week's stay. The property manager and staff are very, very accessible and accommodating. Check in and out were simple. We had no issues with the condo or the pool. We liked this location at Tamarind Bay, and the service from staff so much that we booked again for next year in the same complex.

Our stay at Tamarind Bay was amazing. We were able to book fairly last minute and the process was very easy. Some reviews mentioned a lack of beach at the property, but we were pleasantly surprised to find ample beach for our party of 8. We heard that higher tides and some stronger winds brought the water right up to the wall of the condo property in early February.
The condo was the perfect setup for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. All the kids slept in the room with the bunk bed and queen bed. We had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch in the condo, and Kirk Market was a short walk away with a great selection and decent prices. The screened in porch was a nice spot to watch the waves break down on the beach.
Location of the property is fantastic. We walked to Coconut Joe's, Pepper's, XQ's, Craft F&B and The Royal Palms Beach Club (great spot for sunsets!) for dinner during our stay. All the meals we ate were great. There were dive shops and souvenir stores very nearby as well.
Snorkeling off the condo couldn't be beat. My kids spent hours out in the water around the various reefs just off shore. We built countless sandcastles and enjoyed watching the mammoth cruise ships pull into shore (no effect on us). The beach directly out front of the condo is fairly rocky, but by no means unswimmable. For more sandy conditions, you can just walk down the beach to the right and you'll notice the difference.
We had an awesome stay and my kids already want to come back!

Everything about this property was first class and as depicted on the website. We really enjoyed it. A couple of quick notes. There is no beach at the property so you have to walk a short distance and the third floor apartment which has a great view is a walk-up. You won't be disappointed.

The condo was amazing with an unbelievable view. Its location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and all kinds of activities. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach towels were plentiful.
Beach erosion meant we had to walk a short distance for beach time, but the snorkeling just in front of the condo was terrific (just bring your dive booties). The pool was an unexpected star of our trip, and the family enjoyed watching the sunset from its comfortable furniture almost every evening.
The property manager was quick to communicate and very friendly, and Kathy at the front office was super helpful. The family had a wonderful time.

The property is well maintained and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook most meals at home after a quick run to Kirk's grocery store. They towels for both the condo and the beach which was a plus and picked them up one time during the week and replaced them with clean fresh ones which was a plus. It was a very hot week in July and the only minor complaint is the AC has a hard time keeping up when people are going in and out letting the humid hot air in. Property manager was very responsive and had someone come out to check it out. Beach is eroded due to no fault of the properties, but we actually enjoyed having immediate access to great snorkeling right outside of the condo. Just bring water shoes or scuba booties and you will have no issues. We saw stingrays, a turtle, loads of fish right there and the sunsets were out of this world. There is a public beach with sand bottom only a mile or so away which we enjoyed on a couple of days. We are divers and the scuba shop right outside the entrance to the condo was perfect for us. All in all I would definitely choose this condo again. We had an amazing time! Thanks

This property worked great for our family of 8. Close to restaurants, bars and the grocery store. Easy taxi ride to and from airport. The only disappointment was lack of beach - pretty much all rocks due to beach erosion. A 30 - 50 walk along rocks to beautiful beach north of property. Owner did let us know this in advance and was very appreciative of his communication. We felt like we had the place to ourselves - loved the atmosphere.

We (myself, wife, my 22-year old son, my wife's 22-year old son, my wife's 20-year old daughter, and daughter's 21-year old boyfriend) traveled to Grand Cayman in December of 2016. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property.
The location was perfect for us. We were near the southernmost "good" part of Seven Mile Beach (just a few properties south the beach and water becomes less desirable/usable) in a quiet location but still near lots of features. The Marriott, with its man-made reef out front (great for snorkeling) is two properties to the north, but at Tamarind Bay you're not crammed into a small piece of beach surrounded, literally, by other guests. I can't say enough about the location on Seven Mile Beach - perfect for us.
Nearby there are several good restaurants, some late-night quick food, a gas station/convenience store, and a grocery store is within walking distance (though you might want to cab back once you have bags - $10.00 U.S.). Peppers has great food, Craft does as well, and Cimboco is excellent. Stingers next door behind Comfort Suites has great staff, drinks and good food. Andy's Rent-a-Car is right across the street.
The condo's grounds were attractive and well-kept. The staff were friendly and outgoing. The pool (we didn't use it) was clean every day.
Condo accommodations were excellent as well. Three bedrooms, one having a queen and a set of bunk beds. Two bathrooms, two TVs, wi-fi was great, kitchen has everything you need. Beach towels are made available. Washer and dryer in unit was a big help.
I cannot recommend Pierre and Andre's condo enough!

Our family of 6 spent 17nights at this great condo. We travelled with our 3 kids (20,20 & 16) and our sons girlfriend turned 20 while we were there.
The location was perfect - we walked to Georgetown several times. Within walking distance to grocery store although you may want to cab/bus it back with groceries. The condo itself is just as described - very spacious, well equipped, clean, great views. The screened in porch is a blessing in the evenings as there were mosquitos of some sort that seemed to like to bite. Although we never actually saw them, All of us get bit a few times. Just wear long sleeves for an evening walk on the beach.
The condo is on the 3rd floor so you have to be ok with the stairs...but the upper floor makes the view that much better.
The beach itself is amazing. It was never crowded during our stay. We always had plenty of room to stretch out and were very thankful for that....especially when we looked over at the beach in front of the neighbouring hotel. Great snorkelling right in front of the condo - we saw turtles, barracuda, cuttlefish and many other varieties of fish.
The on site bbq's were a nice bonus and we used them several times.
Kathy was very helpful whenever we had questions, Henry keeps the grounds immaculate, and Rose checked on us every few days to tidy up and offer beach towels.
We were hoping for an "epic" last vacation as a complete family before our boys start to leave home and we were not disappointed. My husband and I would definitely like to return someday!!

We absolutely had a wonderful time at the property. Our group had 3 adults and 3 children staying in the unit. It was a perfect set up, especially for all 3 kids to share a room. Having a condo was nice so that we could run up to the condo for food, drinks, or snacks when the children were hungry. The location on 7MB was fantastic as it was a peaceful place for the children to play on the beach and there were some places just off the beach where we could all go snorkeling. The complex is also very close to the main road that goes up and down 7MB which made it easy to catch the public bus or a taxi to go up and down the west side of the island. There are good restaurants nearby and the grocery store is not too far down the road. We really had a wonderful time and hope to return to the same unit again some day.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The view of the beach and water was awesome. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right off this beach so we were able to snorkel a lot without driving all around.
The condo itself was very nice. Clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds comfortable. I loved the patio/deck to enjoy the views and the warmth of the Caribbean.
I would choose this condo again when we return to Cayman.

Our stay was awesome! Pierre and Andre were quick to respond to our request and answered all questions we had. The condo is exactly how it is shown on the website. The unit is on the 3rd floor but that wasn't an issue for us, I believe it had the best views of the courtyard and beach. The unit was well appointed we didn't lack for anything. We especially enjoyed being able to run back to the unit for snacks or drinks. Kathy was there to greet us and answered all of our questions. Henry was very friendly and kept the grounds very neat and clean. The unit is within walking distance to many restarants. We dove with Ambassador Divers which were right across the street from the unit. We choose to stay in and cook on the poolside BBQ everynight and enjoy the sunsets. We definately will be back.

Our stay was great! This unit, although on the third floor, was nice and spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Anything we needed was available in the condo. We generally stay in hotels and were a little skeptical about renting a condo. Boy are we glad we did. The cleanliness was definitely impressive. Carrie helped us with our questions throughout our stay. The location on 7MB had little traffic from people walking on the beach, which is steps from the pool. The proximity of the Marriott hotel and it's activities available to our party was a definite plus. We will be back.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children just returned from a stay at Pierre and Andre's wonderful condo. It was very comfortable for us: quiet, clean,with more than enough room. Everything you could possibly need, and being on the third floor gave us the best view of the ocean! Thank you for another amazing stay at Tamarind Bay. As always, it was beautiful and relaxing. Each time we visit, we are impressed with the additions/upgrades to your unit. ( new decorative pillows, suncast deck box, updated t.v./internet sys.) The staff were once again first class from check-in, to morning hello's, and chats. Sadly, I just noticed that you already have a booking for March 08-15, 2014. (my fault for not planning further in advance)

Our group was 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 tween (2 families of 4) and we stayed for 9 days. I knew there was enough room for all of us, but I was pleasantly surprised at the number of dishes and towels (beach and bath) available for our use. Another pleasant surprise was that dish soap, trashbags, aluminum foil, some paper towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner were all provided with the condo. Everything was clean and functional and as advertised, including the pool and the beach. The apartment is on the third floor, but we considered that a plus since we had a great view of the pool and ocean, without having people looking in on us! There was also a dove nesting in the tree right off the balcony and we enjoyed watching her. All the arrangements to reserve, pay for and check-in and check-out of the condo were very fast and easy. The beach directly off the property is great for snorkeling and playing in the sand. It is rocky for young children to wade into, but you only need to move about 10 ft north and they would be fine. There was no crowding near the pool or the beach during this time of year. We didn't need a car to get to any of several restaurants and the grocery store, but we did use the local buses to haul everything back from the store. The drying rack and the beach/pool toys on the porch were also used heavily by our group. All of us are scuba divers and there are 2 dive shops essentially next door to the condo. Ambassador Divers is our personal favorite and they kept our gear so we didn't drag wet sandy stuff all over the place:) All of the food there is very good. We enjoyed meals at Coconut Joe's, Stingers, Cimboco and the Camana Bay area which are all within walking distance.
