This place really is wonderful! There are 7 adults in our family and we all had plenty of space and privacy. All of the little extra luxuries, like the fancy ice, the storage unit for beach items, and the gas grill on the balcony made it extra special and enjoyable. Such a beautiful location with low crowds on the beach and at the elevators. Tiffany was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend staying here if you want beautiful views in a comfortably luxurious, spacious, and quiet setting.

This was our first time to stay at Bella Riva. We had a great week! The condo was well stocked with anything that you would want to cook with including a nice grill on the back deck. The crushed ice machine was a hit with my family! Loved the stove in the kitchen! Beds were all very comfortable! Bathrooms were very roomy and clean. Loved the view from the living room, bedroom, and back deck! It rained a few days but we were able to sit on the back deck and not feel like we were missing beach time. Tiffany was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to my questions. We plan on staying at this property again!

We loved our stay in Bella Riva 407. The condo was gorgeous and well maintained. It was really quiet and the location in the building to parking and elevators was super convenient. Having the chairs and umbrella available was a huge benefit too. I texted Tiffany once and she responded immediately. Overall the experience was amazing. I’m hoping to book again with my family for next summer!

This property with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths provides both all the privacy and all the together time you want. It is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Our favorite part was the view from both the living room and the spacious deck - with a great grill! Can't wait to go back!

The Condo was great, we'll definitely be back. We like to be close to everything but not in the middle of everything and this location was great. This place has a great patio and better view. We go for the awesome views of the beach and water. Enjoyed looking for dolphins playing right off the beach, one of the last days we were there , we saw a pod about 100' from shore. The beach is pristine and you can walk either direction as far as you wish. We will be back and hopefully stay longer!

Unit 407 has a great ocean-front view which gives the feeling you are looking out onto an infinity pool. It was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wide patio with the nice comfortable chairs and gas grill. After a few days of great seafood, a nice steak was really enjoyable. Tiffany made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience. We like to eat at Boshamps, Callahans , Stewbys and Dewey Destin. We love coming to Okaloosa Island because it is not as crowded as Destin, but is still super convenient. l would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is coming to the Destin, Okaloosa Island area. We actually stayed here in 2013 but I never wrote a review. WE ADORE the Bella RIva! We like to stay a full week and the beautiful condo has so much space several families can enjoy themselves without feeling crowded at all. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need and more. The pool and hot tub are smallish but you don't need more when the amazing beach right there.

The condo was very spacious and includes all of the upgrades and comforts of home. Loved the large balcony and having a grill was a huge benefit. We enjoyed the chair/umbrella rental that came with the condo and also purchased an additional set very easily. Much easier than setting up our own tents like we have done in the past. The location is great as it is a very short drive to the grocery store and you can easily get to Destin for dinner or sight seeing as well. Tiffany was great to work with and we will certainly be back for our future vacations!

This vacation was nothing but chilling enjoying family and that beautiful ocean! We loved the condo! With 6 adults and 2 kids we never felt like we were on top of each other! There was plenty of space for everyone to feel like they could retreat to relax,chill,read a book. The ocean view from the super large balcony was such a plus. We shared many mornings with coffee,good conversations and dolphins swimming! The evenings on the porch was just as exciting! We loved the convience of the large grill on the porch. Unit 407 had everything we needed to make our stay home away from home. The pictures of the pool don't do it justice. It was beautifully landscaped. The whole building was very well cared for. Tiffany was very easy to work with answering any questions we had. We miss our beach get away! Hope to get back again soon!

This was our 6th stay at this slice of paradise (have been vacationing in Destin/Okaloosa Island for 17 years) and will not be our last! Excellent unit location (virtually no noise from hallway, other guests) and a magnificent wall-full of gulf view in both the living and master-bed rooms. This entire unit is perfectly outfitted and hospitable, not to mention extremely roomy and comfortable. Tiffany has thought of and provided for every detail, in addition to being a complete joy to work with. The beach is not congested due to the low-density occupancy of the building. The entire property is extremely well-maintained and secure. There is no better place on Okaloosa Island!

This unit will be our go-to place when we need a 3 bdrm at the beach. We all thought it looked better than in the pictures. Like another reviewer, our first words were "wow", as well. The unit is very roomy and the balcony is huge. The view is totally unobstructed in all directions. The walk to the water is shorter than any we've had before and if you take the route on the east side, you'll have no stairs to navigate. The condo has many high end features that even made staying inside very pleasant. Being able to grill on your balcony was a big plus for us. Being a 4th floor unit, you can see the shore and gulf while sitting in the living room. Tiffany is great to rent from as well. I could go on and on with the positives. The only small disappointment was the pool. It is very nice, and has a view of the beach, but it is quite small.

The unit was cozy and clean. If we had any questions or concerns, Tiffany was very responsive and got back to us right away. Impressed by how quick she replied to us. Our kids had a nice time in the pool and enjoying the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We started a roast in the crockpot and when we got back from the pool, we had BBQ beef sandwiches, easy and good. Felt like home.

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in since coming to Florida every year for 25 years. Great kitchen. It made cooking a breeze. Loved the grill on the balcony. It was nice to have the extra media room. The condo is a very close walk to the ocean. Shortest boardwalk of any condo. Loved having the separate laundry room. Very spacious. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. Tiffany was very accomodating and easy to work with.

Lovely unit with lots of room but did have a problem with the ice maker and one of the baths, but both were fixed the day we reported it. Love the complex - not too big and impersonal. Coded locks could be annoying at times but nice in keeping one safe and keeping others out. Parking inside was a dream and they have lots of carts for unloading supplies. Overall - very nice and would rate 4.5 stars.

What a beautiful condo! When we opened the door, our first words were "WOW!". Such a wonderful place to stay for the week! The condo was decorated very tastefully and was really clean. The appliances were awesome! The condo was open and inviting. We were really pleased at how quiet the condo was, we never heard neighbors or slamming doors. The landscaping was very pretty and the pool/hot tub area was clean and well kept. It was a very peaceful stay for us! We especially loved the convenience of the parking, the walk to the elevator and to the condo door were just a few steps. I usually worry about safety when staying at a strange place, but it was gated, private, and I never worried about security. We loved the fact that we weren't exhausted from walking back and forth! The view was so relaxing and breathtaking to see every morning. I thought I would really like the soaking tub, but the big three head shower took my breath away! I think I would put the shower as my second favorite thing about the condo (besides the convenience and view!). The pictures do not do the view justice! The beach service was such a plus, all we took to the beach was our bag and towels! I liked the fact that the beach was quiet and not crowded and a very easy walk from the condo. The sand was just as described....awesome! Tiffany was a joy to work with, answering all of my questions. Dillon with the beach service was very polite and helpful, too! The condo is located between Navarre Beach and Destin, so it was super easy to get around. I almost want to keep this place a secret from everyone! We will stay here the next time we vacation in Florida!
