Everything about this vacation was easy. Parking was marked, door code was given on time. Room was very clean and beds were so comfortable! Beautiful view from balcony, chair service was flawless and the pool was well maintained. We're a family of 5 and had plenty of room, will be back!

Stayed for a week. Short walk to the beach. Beach was amazing. Boardwalk was within walking distance, beach was white sand and soft. Outdoor showers. Close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment had a fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, 2 showers and tubs, plus there was a garbage shoot nearby. There were also TVs in each room with Netflix/Hule etc, and Wifi. The view from the apartment looked directly onto the beach and ocean.
The only small downside was that there was still some sand left over in the shower from the previous guests. Also I would think it would be helpful to include a hand rail in both the shower units - it was very slippery when taking showers. Please also, could you provide a few more garbage bags. We had to buy more garbage bags.

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The balcony had an excellent view. They also had a lot of items in stock. Cooking utensils, margarita machine, pots and pans. It was awesome! They do need a new can opener, the one we used definitely needs thrown out and the mattress in the master needs to probably be replaced, it slopes pretty bad on one side. It feels like you might roll out of bed. Other than that, it's perfect!

This unit was perfect! It was clean, had a great view of the ocean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to quite a few restaurants or take a short Uber ride if we wanted to go a little further.

Our stay was wonderful. Great location on a beach that isn't as crowded as some areas. Having beach chairs, umbrella and a covered parking spot were a nice perk! Pools were never too crowded even on the busy week of 4th of July. The condo itself was well kept and clean! Beds were comfortable! Kitchen was nice! The balcony and view were definitely the highlight. We also really enjoyed being across the street from Stewbys! Would definitely come back to this condo!

Access to the condo was convenient, fast and easy. Parking was marked clearly, though it may appear random (covered parking places seem to be nearest stairwells of appropriated condo). We had two cars, and there was never a shortage of spaces in the general parking lot.
The check in materials were easy to follow and we never had an issue getting in or with any of the codes.
The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. There were six of us - my husband, myself, two teenagers, and two young adults -- basically six adult-sized people. The bottom bunk was a little tight for my son (who is grown man, so is to be expected), but he was fine on the sofa bed. The kitchen seemed to be well-stocked, but we didn't really cook this time, so could not tell you specifics.
The view is TREMENDOUS. Right on the beach, and great to just sit on the balcony. The pools seemed small to me, BUT, there were always chairs available and it didn't feel crowded when we were in it. The walk to the beach was super easy and seemed fairly accessible because there was a ramp when there were stairs.
Across the road is Stewby's Seafood Shanty. It doesn't look like much, especially compared to other eating establishments near by, but this place is wonderful and my family ate there several times (easy walk across the street).
The pier is a fairly easy walk on the beach.
My biggest shout out, though, is probably to the guys that did the beach service for the condo. They were super friendly, helpful, and in at least one case, a hero. The rips the week we were there were TERRIBLE, and they never hesitated to hop on their boards and pull people out. The lifeguards were working hard, but simply couldn't be everywhere, and without Dale and Trey (I think were their names) and some of their coworkers, the week could've been traumatic for many. While they probably aren't directly associated with the condo, know that you will be taken care of on the beach as well.
Fort Walton is a bit of a drive for us, but would totally stay here again, if the opportunity afforded itself to us!

Once again we were overwhelmed at how clean and wonderful everything was upon our arrival. We have had the BEST experience from booking through checkout each and every time!!! So thankful that true caring customer support is still important through you all.
Our only suggestion would be for the second bathtub to have some sort of no slip added as it is a little slippery.

Beautiful View!
The checkin process was easy - you never talk to anyone. They just send you the door codes. There is plenty of parking. The view of the ocean from the living room is incredible! We saw dolphins while we were on the balcony having morning coffee.

Very nice vacation
We had a great stay at this condo. The view could not have been better. There was a pier down the beach we could walk out on. We saw lots of dolphins and the Manta Rays jumping out of the water and belly flopping kept us laughing all week. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and showers were great. There were plenty of places to eat near by and shopping was convenient also. We really had a great time.
To the owner- there was a limited supply of teaspoons and the couch looks dirty and could be cleaned.

From the beginning our experience on every level has been WONDERFUL!!!! This is the first time in MANY years that we have had such a wonderful experience. The Sunset Resort Rentals website showed pictures of the unit which were up to date and once we arrived it was exactly as it showed. Extremely clean, plenty of cookware, utensils. Furniture was in excellent condition as well as comfortable, balcony seating was in great condition as well. We will definitely continue to use Sunset Resort Rentals as well as unit #609. Just wish we had known about your company the many years before, as we have been using Gulf Dunes location just another company who got to the point they were not interested in keeping customers happy or anything that closely resembled that.

White Sandy Beaches
Location was convenient to doing options. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything needed to access the unit was provided via email so no front desk check in required. The sliding glass door in the living room was missing the outside handle so you had to push it open with your hand when coming in from the balcony. Probably not an issue for most adults but younger children might have a hard time or be at greater risk for mashing their fingers. One of the plastic Adirondack chairs busted when my husband, who isn't a very large man, sat in it. I called the number provided for Sunset Rentals and had to leave a message. I never heard back from anyone. Hopefully, it was replaced before the next guests arrived.

Spring Break Stay 2021
The condo was just as described and pictured. Could not have asked for a better location. Although it was spring break, the beach was never too crowded. Chairs were set up every morning and there were no issues reserving them. Unfortunately, the parking garage was being painted so we were not able to park under cover. That was not the fault of the owner. We would definitely consider staying here again should our travel plans take us back to FWB.

Beautiful Relaxing Resort with a view!
We had a fantastic family vaca! Kids loved the beach every single day! We ate lunch in condo and went out for dinner. Easy drive into Destin. Beach is perfect and not crowded. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Vacation
We visited Ft. Walton Beach for the first time last week. We loved the beach and the location of the condo. The condo was tastefully decorated with a wonderful beachy feel. We enjoyed have plenty of space for our whole family, everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed and there was a great Margaritaville Blender for our use as well. There was plenty of parking and never an issue. Everyone was extremely considerate of issues dealing with the COVID pandemic while on the beach and using the elevators. We definitely will visit again next year!

Gulf dunes unit 609
We booked this condo for 7 to celebrate the adoption of our kids. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the furnishings were perfect for that truly home feel. We can't wait to come back!

AMAZING!
This was one of the best, if not the best, unit we have stayed in at Okaloosa Island, and probably anywhere. The unit was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with quality bedding. And the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a rental unit. We cook quite a bit and have always had to go out and buy at least one piece of equipment, or cooking utensil, but we didn't need anything here. I highly recommend this unit. Wait a minute, this might make it full all the time and not available when we want it. Never mind, it was awful. Don't stay here ever.:)
