Always a pleasure staying here. Cannot beat the location and the layout of the condo. Fits our needs perfectly. Sheryl is a great host. Repeat customers, already booked again next year.

Just spent a week at this property, the condo is well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes etc.. toys and beach chairs. We had a wonderful stay. Only got to use the pool the first few days then it was closed off so they could get the chemicals right. It was the first week it opened since the hurricane damage so i was grateful for the days we were able to use it.

We enjoyed our stay at Sanibel very much. I picked this particular condo because it was a corner unit, and we were not disappointed. The views were awesome. The condo was decorated beautifully, and we had lots of space. Even though the condo is located on the drive on portion of the beach, I especially liked being able to walk out of the garage and onto the non-drive on beach right next to us. We were disappointed that the pool did not get completed, but all of our family enjoyed watching the construction going on. The noise was not bad, especially inside. This is our first time staying at Daytona Beach Shores. We normally stay at New Smyrna Beach and have for years. Daytona Beach Shores is very similar to New Smyrna, very family oriented. The condo is conveniently located to the grocery store, shopping and entertainment. We visited Bongo Land for the first time ever. We had no idea that it was even there. Part of our family was in another corner unit on the same floor. The grands loved seeing the dinosaur replicas there and the gardens were wonderful.

The condo was exactly as it was listed. The location was great which was the last condo on the beach where cars could drive. We were able to walk a short distance and enjoy no traffic on the beach. The condo was very clean and had great views from the 4th floor. We really enjoyed the high-top chairs and table on the deck. The parking spot was awesome, right by the entry to the elevators. Mike the Maintenance Manager and the Sanibel staff really took pride in keeping the property clean. While we did not get a chance to meet our host, Sheryl was very responsive to all emails and text messages. One improvement needed is the WIFI. The download and upload speeds are very weak. Download was around 30Mbps and upload was less than 10Mbps. One disappointment was hearing from other guests the larger discount they received for the pool and hot tub being damaged. There was significant hurricane damage to the pool and hot tub area so this was closed to us for the month. We did receive a 2.5% credit for the month. In talking with others that stayed, they received 10-15% discounts due to the damage. Overall, the stay was great. The weather was perfect and the condo was very nice. We hope to be back to the area next year.

The condo itself was great. It was as advertised, comfortable and clean. My guess is that it’s probably one of the nicer units in the building. Unfortunately, the condominium amenities were not up to par. We knew the pool deck, pool and beach entrance were not in service prior to our arrival. What we didn’t know was the elevators were not dependable. Specifically, they were out of service for an entire week. Holidays or not, that’s not acceptable. In addition, guest (2nd car) parking was difficult, at best. There are 65 units with guest parking for 23 cars in front. This includes 2 handicapped spaces. To top it off, we were awoken at 4:30 a.m. one morning and had to go outside while the fire department came to turn off a false alarm. Don’t expect a discount for your troubles. Needless to say, we won’t be staying at Sanibel, again.

Beautiful condo just as depicted! Beautiful ocean views. Very clean and comfortable. Didn't want for any supplies as the host has thought of everything! Our group of 3 really enjoyed each having our own bedroom and bathroom. This condo is super spacious. We rent beachfront condos in Daytona twice per year and this is definitely a fave! Would happily return. Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Ian, but our host was so gracious in making our early departure a smooth one. Highly recommend this rental and host.

The condominium was beautiful! Extremely well stocked. The condominium was clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. It was very disappointing. and uncomfortable. There are too many places you have to use the code to enter. We liked the security of the few of them but there are too many. I would have been more comfortable if there had been a grab bar in master bathroom shower. I’m glad there was a bench to put in there, though. Overall, the condominium was almost perfect. We’ve never been in a condominium that had so much available to use . Even beach towels, swimming toys etc. for our use.

Property was as advertised...well equipped and decorated, spacious and clean. Great location also. Make sure you adhere to the parking policy of only having two cars maximum because parking is a challenge. We look forward to staying here again!

Awesome Stay!
We enjoyed this property for our annual family beach week. The posting is on the driving beach technically, but it is an easy walk across the driveway to be on the no-drive beach.
The place had everything we needed to cook family dinners, beautiful decor and plenty of extra bedding and towels.
We highly recommend!

Wonderful Place
The property was perfect! Large, clean, fresh, cool, convenient, quiet. It had everything we needed. Manager was great. We would definitely come back. It was actually nicer than even the pictures reflected. And just note, even though it probably wouldn't keep me from coming back, the 2nd car parking situation was horrible - so be prepared.

Technically every room has a view of the ocean. Overall, we highly recommend it as it is very nice and has everything you need. The only minor points of detraction is the kitchen is relatively stocked with what you need to cook but the utensils / cookware are old and limited. The last concern was the master bedroom bed is on its last leg and not very comfortable. The building amenities like pool, workout facility, game room were great. The were not very crowded at all. The location is great because you are right at the start of the non-driveable section of the beach. Parking was easy though I think we were there at a slow time. Overall, we highly recommend it as it is very nice Condo and has everything you need.

Beautiful Condo
First off I want to say the rating for the cleanliness had nothing to do with the condo itself, it was very clean & beautifully decorated inside the unit.
But the pool was very dirty and no one cleaned the grounds daily. The cleaner told us that the pump was broke & no chemicals had been added for days. Not sure who's responsible for the beach but it always had debris washed up to shore.
Last year I stayed at a condo about 5 miles away and the beach was raked daily and the pool & area was cleaned early every morning.
The views from inside the condo were excellent.
I must also say the owner was very quick to respond when we had a problem with the air conditioning unit not working.
The only thing I would recommend for the unit itself is to have beach chairs & umbrella to set up at the ocean. The fee to rent 2 chairs with umbrella was $40 per day! That's a bit pricey, we needed 5 chairs.
Over all we had a great vacation!!

The photos didn't do it justice! The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location, close to great shops and dining. We loved the ease of check-in with codes for electronic entry. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

Perfect Getaway
There are not enough words to describe this perfect getaway in Daytona Shores, FL. The condo is equipped with absolutely everything you can think of that you might need and the location is ideal. The sunrise greets you in the morning at this oceanfront corner unit location and from the front door balcony on the other side could view the sunset. I was able to walk to Starbucks, CVS, Crabby Joe's, and a great Italian cafe called Genovese's. Publix is a short drive to get groceries and several places to eat out including Aunt Catfish's, Racing's North Turn, and The Cracked Egg Diner. The owner is wonderful and easy to work with. We wish we could stay longer!

The view of the ocean from inside the condo and from the balcony is spectacular. It looks like your in the bow of a cruise ship. The furniture is all up to date and comfortable. There are plenty of linens available. They even have beach towels available for you to use. I would definitely stay here again. You won't regret renting this property.

This condo is beautiful. It is very spacious. There were 7 of us in the condo and we didn't feel like we were crowded at all. The view of the ocean from inside the condo and from the balcony is spectacular. It looks like your in the bow of a cruise ship. The furniture is all up to date and comfortable. There are plenty of linens available. They even have beach towels available for you to use. I would definitely stay here again. You won't regret renting this property.

Very nice condo
We all very much enjoyed the condo. Being an end unit made the views even more spectacular. The only draw back, not the fault of owners, was outside maintenance being done on building was a little noise at times and pool/spa being closed during most of days. Even with these minor distractions, we will definitely consider renting next year if available when we decide to return to Daytona.
