Atemberaubender Meerblick vom begehrtesten Apartmentgebäude im Herzen von Kailua-Kona. Diese dritte Etage (# 306) 1 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad Ecke Einheit ist in jedem Detail schön. Wir haben diese renovierte Wohnung im Jahr 2017 gekauft und seitdem umfangreiche Verbesserungen vorgenommen, zuletzt neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Von den Granitarbeitsplatten in der Küche und den Badezimmern bis zum schönen Fliesenboden, dem Teakholztisch und den Stühlen auf der Veranda, diese Einheit glänzt wirklich. In beiden Richtungen gibt es unzählige Geschäfte, reizende Restaurants, Bars mit Live-Musik, einen Bauernmarkt, historische Stätten, Strände und vieles mehr, die alle nur wenige Gehminuten von dieser schönen Wohnung entfernt sind. Von Ihrer Veranda aus können Sie die Touristen beobachten, wie sie die Stadt erkunden, Kanu - Clubs bei Sonnenuntergang, Kreuzfahrtschiffe in der Stadt, Spinnerdelfine in der Bucht am Morgen, Buckelwale im Winter, gelbe Angel im Wasser und Athleten, die im Oktober im weltberühmten Iron Man Triathlon antreten, ohne jemals Ihre Wohnung zu verlassen. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich umfasst einen großen, gepflegten Pool und einen Grill. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kostenlosen zugewiesenen Parkplatz, im Gegensatz zu einer Parkgebühr in den großen Hotels in der Stadt.

Property and stay were perfect. Neat and tidy space. Comfortable for 3 older teens and parents (main bedroom with comfy mattress and full bath was lovely; 2nd full bath with laundry and cleverly separated sleeping/living spaces in main room were equally so). All kitchen needs were accommodated with multiple areas for fam to be together or not. Location (and lovely porch) offered excellent ocean viewing, people watching, and options for dining. Excellent trail and beach exploring, and walk-in snorkeling or diving were within easy drive in both directions. Thoroughly enjoyed our daily jaunts and had all we needed to feel comfortable upon our return to Kona Ali 306.

We had no problems checking in. The unit is well stocked. Everyone had their own bed which was great. The pool was very fun and the kids loved having noodles etc. There were plenty of chairs and towels it was easy to walk to dinner and the building is very secure. We enjoyed watching the activity on the street and the ocean. The parking is very concierge. I would highly recommend this unit

This was our second trip to Kona—and this time we brought our 2 adult daughters and our daughter’s boyfriend (who became her fiancée during this trip!) The condo was clean, comfortable and the location cannot be beat! Owners were very helpful and communication was great throughout the process. We would stay here again!

We loved this condo because it was the perfect home base for exploring the entire island. We were close to many beaches within a reasonable driving distance, and next door to many delicious restaurants to grab takeoit after a long day at the beach. The condo has every amenity you need, like boogie boards and life vests. We saw a whale from the balcony. The owner answered immediately when we called with a question. Loved everything about this rental.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and the view from the lanai was fantastic. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs that were provided as well as the information on the beaches that were close by. We visited several of them. The kitchen was well equipped and we also used the bbq several times in the pool area. The ceiling fans were great, especially the one in the bedroom. Ron was very attentive and helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this condo.

The property is as described - great ocean view, no air conditioning although fans keep the unit cool, pool area is lovely and quiet. Within walking distance to many restaurants! Unit parking is very convenient. There is traffic noise as Ali’i drive is right in front of the unit.

This is a lovely furnished condo with an excellent view! It is located right in the middle of Kona making it easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Ron and Pam’s property in Kona is a 10/10. It has absolutely everything you will need. The location is great and the balcony is beautiful. We watched spinner dolphins play from the balcony multiple times and loved seeing the swimmers and cruise boats. It fit our family of 6 very comfortably and the kids greatly enjoyed the properties pool. Thank you

My wife and I love the location. It is close to bars and restaurants. The market is close and it is easy walking distance to the main pier (less than a mile). The condo was well supplied with the essentials.

1 bdr. 2 bath, sleeps 6. Should close off an area with a sliding cloth or fiberglass curtain, like Alii Villas has done. Need a little more privacy for couples in the front. Over all, a fine unit.

This us a very comfortable condo with a lanai that faces the ocean right across the street. It’s well furnished and easy to live in. The only caution is the night noise from the street. As long as that’s not a problem for you, this is an absolute Five Star!

A great location. Amazing views. Close enough to walk to almost everything you need. 3 full service super markets are a short drive away. A good sized unit with a 2nd bathroom which is very convenient. You can tell the owners actually stay there because it is so comfortable with all the amenities you could want. The street noise ramps up on Friday and Saturday nights but quiets down by 10pm.

Our family of four stayed here over the Christmas break. It had everything we could have asked for. Communication with Ron and Pam was excellent. They have a very nice condo with an amazing view to wake up to every morning. I will miss waking up to that panoramic ocean view in the morning. You cannot beat the location as it is close to everything you need. Walking distance to any restaurant, shopping and the beach. We all enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfect home away from home. Just be aware like many condos in Hawaii there is no air and you will hear some road noise from below which we were prepared for. Location and view could not be better. Also condition of unit is like new . You won’t be disappointed.

The condo doesn't have AC but with the ocean breeze you hardly know it. When we first used the microwave it did not work. I texted Ron and he answered me quickly. He told me he would try to get the handyman out that weekend but it turns out she couldn't come until Monday. It was determined the microwave was shot and Ron ordered a new one. I appreciated Ron's quick response even though he and Pam left for Europe and he constantly kept me updated. Very good owners.
I would recommend this rental highly.

Location: First and foremost- amazing location right in the middle of Kona! You can go left or right without getting bored of shops and restaurants. People watching from the balcony was only half the fun! The sunsets and moonlight is simply beautiful!
Amenities: The owners have literally thought of everything you could possibly need being away from home. From a picnic cooler, to beach chairs, to spices and potato chip bag holders. You will have everything you need to cook and live as if you were in your own home. The little things made such a difference and it makes you want to contribute so that others can enjoy just as much. The condo feels like your own home and in return you want to take care of it- as if it was your own home!
The ONLY down side: There is no air-conditioning. There are ceiling fans and 2 other fans that you can place to catch the ocean breeze. We went on a pretty humid week so the breeze didn't start till about midnight. Don't bother showering until you are ready for bed. I almost gave up the first night, but SO GLAD I waited till the ocean breeze came in. There is something almost haunting (in a BEAUTIFUL way) when the ocean air comes in and you hear the waves all night. Without this 1 down side, I would've closed the doors at night and missed an amazing experience. You truly get the tropical feel of Hawaii.
If you choose to stay at this location- please treat it like your own and I promise- the island will pay it back 10x fold!

(We’re picky about beds) very clean place, had everything we needed, cooler, beach chairs, towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and everything you need. It was loud being right on the street but seemed to quiet down by 10 and not be a problem at night. The porch was awesome too! When we were at the condo we spent most the time sitting out there. No air conditioner but opening the windows gave great air flow and it was fine.

Loved the Old Town Kailua vibe!
We bookended our big island vacation in this condo so we could be close to the Kona airport. Unfortunately I did not read the find print as to check out expectations in our first stay. One must strip the beds and have them washed and folded on the beds and towels going before you leave...not always easy if you have an early flight. Hopefully we did this adequately for our 2nd stay. The condo worked well for our family, even though it just has the one bedroom...there are ample beds in the common area. We had some issues with sleeping without AC, in the end we just left the back door open to encourage air flow. The condo complex felt safe enough to do this. I always enjoy preparing our own food and the kitchen was amply stocked. Pool was somewhat coolish as it is mostly in the shade but we still had some enjoyable moments there. Our favorite place to be was on the lanai watching the folks pass by and the crashing surf. Thanks so much Ron and Pam
