Unsere Gemeinde liegt zentral mit einfachem Zugang zur Innenstadt, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Theatern. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle und befindet sich im ersten Stock.

Perfect for what we needed, and the pool was an added bonus!!

This was a great experience and great place. The townhouse is well located and clean. We stayed here for a vacation to the water park but there was also great stores right around and great places to eat! The only challenge I would share is the parking. There is a great dedicated spot right in front but if you have two vehicles you must find another spot. That was a bit of a challenge we ended up just driving around the complex for an extended period of time until a spot became available. Not a complaint just a bit of a challenge.

The apartment was not clean. The furniture was worn and the carpets wete very dirty. Mattresses were worn. Mold and dust were a problem. Linens were worn.

We booked this apartment last minute for state basketball. We had reserved parking right in front of the apartment. Access to the weight room and hot tub. A great location to get to all of the high schools and Ford Center. The kids loved being so close to the Village. The price was great for 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Will definitely book again next year!

It was a nice llace to stay. Very quiet which is nice. The little one could just go out the door & there was the playground. The only criticism would be that the code to get inside was not clearly given in the instructions. But over all it was the perfect place for us.

Overall it was a very nice condo. It was very clean and spacious. One downside is that the complex is off a busy street so it noisy late into the night.

Everything went so well. The unit was so well located and everything was perfect. If anything the shower heads could be replaced

The unit was very roomy for six people. However, when the weather is very chilly, it would be appreciated by most guests to have the heat turned up to at least 65-70 and the vents opened up. The thermostat was set at 55, we arrived after 9 pm and it took at least an hour for the bedrooms to warm up. The downstairs still wasn’t warm the next morning, and upon looking into it, the vents had all been closed! If you have a condo that accommodates six people, at least be sure there are six coffee mugs, wine glasses, regular glasses, etc. Also, ragged bath towels are not acceptable! Those things mentioned above are just plain laziness on the part of property manager and housekeeping! Would probably think twice before I book this unit again.

It was nice and convenient for why we were here. Many eating places around. The only thing is they should provide bars of soap to shower with. For all the money we pay, a bar of soap isn’t that expensive. It met our needs though.

Love staying at the property. Easy and great location for us. Love the pool/jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the a/c wasn't working and when the weather is 90+ degrees it makes trying to sleep at night really difficult. Otherwise, great stay.

Perfect for what we needed.
It was a little warm upstairs where all of the bedrooms are. It was 105 degrees in Boise while we were there though so that definitely contributed.
Otherwise the property was perfect for our needs.

Comfy and convenient
Nicely appointed apartment in a lovely community. We enjoyed the BBQ and pool despite being super busy. Easy location for Ubering around the area. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great location!
This condo is so close to so many things in Boise. We have stayed here two different times. The residents are friendly and quiet. The pool and hot tub are awesome! The ac is a bit of an issue upstairs, it doesn’t cool very well. Bring your own shampoo and soap because it isn’t included in the “basic soap” category on the amenity list. There was also no paper towels or dishwasher soap 😔. Even with a few glitches, we had a great week!! Thank you 😄

A steal of a deal!
Sadly we got hit with Covid during our stay and had to depart a few days early, but we absolutely loved this condo! It was roomy and well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s clearly the model condo they have used to give tours to prospective residents in the past so it’s extra nice. Dutch Bros and Starbucks are both an easy stroll away and we loved getting out and about around the neighborhood for our morning running sessions. The apartment complex is full of friendly families and we felt very safe and welcome. We certainly plan to stay here again the next time we are in Boise!

Too hot upstairs in the Bedrooms
You probably need to have the HVAC unit looked at to make sure it is running properly. The vents downstairs might need to be closed down some to force the air upstairs. The last day we were there it was 106 outside the the HVAC had problems cooling it down lower than 70. We actually had to sleep downstairs on the couches the last night we stayed.

Great and clean place!
To stay off with, this place was extremely clean and checking process was smooth. It is true to the listing. This place came with a well stocked pantry, extra linens and towels you may need for your stay. The property manager was very friendly and way to reach. The location was great. Was close to everything we were looking to do. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

Great size and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay. It fit myself, husband, and 3 kids perfectly! Plenty of room at a great price. Unfortunately, it needs a deap clean. Bedding seemed clean, which is most important! However, there were crumbs in the freezer from something and we found a razor lid and a bit of garbage in our bedroom drawer. Convenient location for us.

Quick Trip
We arrived very late at night, entry was simple, and the unit was toasty and warm. Everything was neat and clean. It’s in an apartment complex, off a main street Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. 3 adults stayed just 2 nights, and this was so much better than a more expensive hotel!! Thank you so much.

Thanksgiving
We really enjoyed our stay. I was able to contribute to the thanksgiving meal without having to buy every little thing. The little things like salt and pepper and vegetable oil were thoroughly appreciated.

This was a very nice property. It was quiet and exactly what we needed after our long travels. The three bedrooms were nice, and the master was a good size for us. Both full baths are upstairs, which wasn't an issue for us, but could be for someone else. Thanks! Great stay... very friendly!

This is a great place to stay, the beds were not the most comfortable because they were queens and they were hard to sleep on. Other then that the place was great.

The overall experiance was great. However we spoke with the listing agent prior to making reservation. Agent stated both hot tub and pool were available. Pool was not it was closed for the season. Hottub was open but full of leaves and not usable. When i brought it to maintence attention he just said ya someone needs to get in it amd clean it. Over all the experience was worth 5 stars.
