Diese 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung befindet sich am Sunset Paradise in Indian Rocks Beach. Obwohl das Gerät selbst keinen Blick auf den Golf bietet, befindet es sich auf der Golfseite, sodass Sie die Straße nicht überqueren müssen, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Dieses Gerät ist nur wenige Schritte vom komplexen Pool und Zugang zum Strand entfernt. Das Condo wurde kürzlich von Deckenventilatoren, Bettzeug und Pillow-Top-Matratzen zu Flachbildfernsehern in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich renoviert. Wohnung wurde von oben nach unten gestrichen. Die Küche hat schöne Schränke, Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und gut für Ihren Aufenthalt bestückt. Es gibt eine Bar / Restaurant mit Platz für bis zu 5 Personen für die Mahlzeiten, in denen Sie essen möchten!
Als eine Höflichkeit für alle unsere Gäste bieten wir Liegestühle, Strandtücher und einen Sonnenschirm. Alle sind in der Einheit und bereit für Sie, während Ihres Besuchs zu genießen. Einige andere erwähnenswerte Annehmlichkeiten sind 2 überdachte / reservierte Parkplätze und kostenloses Internet.
Der Pool- / Whirlpoolbereich ist gut gepflegt und wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Das Pooldeck bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten und 2 Esstische mit Sonnenschirmen. Alle Gäste des Sunset Paradise können gerne unseren Pool- und Grillbereich nutzen.

This was the second time we have stayed in this general area in IRB. Condo location is great, you are steps away from the beach.
The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up.
My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient.
I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive.
I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.

We had a wonderful time on our first ever trip to Indian Shores. The condo was clean,and close to svereal restaurants,and most of all steps away from the beautiful ocean. We will be back.

We've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream.
The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

We had a wonderful time. It was just the right amount of busy and laid back. The weather and beach were great. Our condo was perfect for us. No problems with anything.

We had a lovely sisters/mom trip. The hosts were prompt in responding. Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family stayed here over winter break and enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed. There is shopping, grocery, bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a car so we could explore.
The beds were comfortable and had beach chairs, toys and everything we needed.
The only issue we had was it was a bit crowded for our family of 5. The living room didn’t have much room for the 5 of us to sit comfortably and hang out. Normally we wouldn’t probably be inside much but it was unseasonably cold. It would be nice if there was a sectional instead of a love seat. But if you have a family of 4 or less it would probably be fine.
Overall it’s recommend this property, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to walk to the beach and some great restaurants. My only suggestion would be to see if you can take the OnDemand channels off of the TV. Our first evening there as my kids are searching for something for all of us to watch, I had to hear them reading the very graphic titles. Girl on girl, Ho*ny Mil*s 3, etc. Other than that, it was the perfect location for our family of 4!

The condo was a great place to stay! It was a short and easy walk to the beach, there were chairs and an umbrella that was provided, and everything was nice and clean! We had an amazing time and will definitely stay here again!

The room was alright, the AC not so much.
Over all the room was alright. I’m pretty easy when it comes to a beach vacation. The only thing I really expect is coming to a cool room after being out on the hot beach all day. The temps were 88-90 all week. The room wouldn’t cool below 77-78 starting at about 10am. It would cool down to the set temp by about 1-2am. When I messaged the owner about the AC his advise was to make sure the doors were closed and to turn the fans on😐. My sister and her husband were in the next door unit and the AC was the same. If the AC worked like expected or if the owner would have checked out the issue I’d probably give a 4 or 5 star review. A simple window unit would help curb the issue if the central AC can cool the room on its own.

Beach Condo
The property/condo was very clean and the location was great. Although it was a bit smaller than we've had before, it had everything we needed for the week, including beach towels and chairs. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Florida.

Paradise!
I am so happy I found this little slice of heaven! An inground pool, hot tub, and ocean all in the backyard. It was breath-taking and reasonably priced. I will 100% be booking again!

Great Getaway
This condo was a great unit for my wife and I. Steps away from the beach and the units hot tub and pool were amazing after a day on the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely book again when coming back to this area.

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay at Sunset Paradise. Our unit was perfect, nicely finished and super clean. Everything was exactly as described. Cameron was easy to reach, but we had no problems. The pool area is clean and well maintained, a bit crowded. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and management!
This property is perfectly located just steps to the beach. It has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great vacation. Cameron ( the property manager) is excellent at communicating with you if you have questions, need advice to what to visit, or if you encounter any issues. We are coming back to this property for sure!

Birthday Hideaway
This was a great little escape for our family of four. Quick access to the pool/spa and just steps from the private ocean/beach access.
The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and offered several suggestions of local places to go for food, entertainment, beaches, etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed IRB and will return in the future.

Wonderful quick weekend getaway
This condo was perfect for what we needed this weekend! We were in town for a weekend wedding and stayed an extra day for the beach. Normally we like an ocean view and all the comforts of home because we stay for a full week at least. This condo didn’t have the view, or a washer and dryer in the condo but for the long weekend it had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. Comfy beds and Cameron was very hospitable and retuned texts within a good amount of time. The only hiccup we had was the down stairs washer and dryer did not work so we ran out of towels and washcloths. Tried to call the property manager number that was listed for any maintenance and repairs with the property and left a message but no returned call so that was frustrating but not the owners fault. Overall the condo served its purpose and we would definitely stay here again for this kind of long weekend trip.

Much needed getaway
The stay was awesome. The unit was great and the property was fantastic. The covered parking was definitely a plus. The location and beach was great. The check in and check out process was seamless. Cameron was great. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all my friends.
