Very nice location with restaurants and grocery medical shops around. Took us approximately 45 minutes to reach from airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. Electric kettle, plates, cutlery, washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, tea, sugar,etc provided. Mr Sam, the care taker was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. Whatever we requested like water, iron, or any assistance was promptly provided. Housekeeping also good. 30 minutes away from Lulu mall. Only one suggestion: lift to be installed for guests who have difficulty in using stairs. And.. to carry luggage too. Definitely recommend this homestay to people looking to visit Trivandrum.

We much enjoyed our stay at Athrakkattu Enclave. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It's got ceiling ventilators in all the rooms and an extra airconditioning unit in the bedroom. There's a supermarkt nearby ( 3 min. wallk.), which is very handy. The proprietor is very kind and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

I didn’t get hot water . they should have alternate arrangement in case power outage . this is not pleasant.

Loved the atmosphere around the apartment. It was all clean and tidy. And the staffs over there were really nice and good. We had our privacy And overall, me and my friends had a good time there.

The homestay was very clean and the caretaker was very nice. The place is accessible to most of the places. The room was very big.
