WOW! 3 bedroom Oceanfront :Luxury Condo w 2 "king" oceanfront master suites
Unsere Einheit ist eine große, professionell eingerichtete, 2.358 m² große Badeinheit mit über 400 m² großem Balkon am Meer. Unser Gebäude ist ungefähr 10 Jahre alt, mit 10 Fuß hohen Decken, Granitzählern, Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl usw. und ist eines der schönsten, wenn nicht das schönste Gebäude am Strand. Es gibt 2 Master-Suiten am Meer, die mit Kingsize-Betten, Wandfernsehern und Schaukelstühlen ausgestattet sind. Beide bieten Zugang zum Balkon. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ein Doppelbett und eine Wippe. Alle Schlafzimmer haben große Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbildfernseher sowie einen Kamin, einen DVD-Player, eine große Couch und 3 weitere bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über Granittheken, Edelstahlgeräte, eine Insel mit separatem Spülbecken, einen eingebauten Weinkühler, eine Kürig-Kaffeekanne, eine normale Kaffeekanne und vieles mehr. Wir haben auch WiFi, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Spielzeug, etc. Der Balkon am Meer verfügt über einen 6-er Esstisch mit Stühlen und eine Chaiselongue. 2 Resin Rocker und ein eingebauter Jenn Aire Grill. Unser Gebäude verfügt über einen Fitnessraum mit eingebauten Fernsehern, einen Internet- / Konferenzraum, ein Clubhaus mit Billardtisch, Fernseher und Kamin sowie eine riesige, zusätzliche Sonnenterrasse. Unser Außenpool ist schön und beheizt und wir haben auch einen Whirlpool, eine Feuerstelle und eine Sauna. Wir sind nur ein paar Meilen vom Flughafen und der Rennstrecke entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von allem hier vor Ort. Von Disneyworld, St. Augustine und das Kennedy Space Center. Im Sommer, am Wochenende und in der Hochsaison platziert die Stadt den Rettungsschwimmerturm normalerweise direkt vor unserem Gebäude, was ideal für Kinder ist. Während der Woche haben wir auch einen Concierge, um Ihre Fragen zu beantworten. In der Regel haben wir nachts einen Wachmann auf unserem Grundstück.

Craig was absolutely wonderful to deal with when we got there. Communication was above expectations and he showed us around everything when we arrived. We felt very well informed of all the things needed to know for our stay. The condo and view itself. What can I say. Best place so far we have ever stayed each year we have come down. Beautiful view from the balcony and we spent most of our time when at the condo on that balcony overlooking the ocean view. We will be considering this our yearly stay each year.

Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the surf all day and night, especially at night.
Craig was very responsive. The coffee maker broke one morning and he had a replacement over the same day. Can't do without coffee!!!
The beach in this part of Daytona is a bit out of the hubbub to the north and very walkable and pleasant.
We could spot dolphins almost every day, as well as the ubiquitous pelicans, a few ospreys and egrets, and other shore birds.
The stairs down to the beach from the pool area are not reconstructed yet, but you have easy beach access through the garage and a public staircase just beside the condo building.
The only glitch was that I arrived after 11pm and could not enter the condo building's foyer. My BIL had met with Craig for the 3pm walkthrough and he had all the correct instructions for a later entrance. There was supposed to be an attendant on site to open the front door, but was not there. Fortunately my BIL was reachable and I didn't have to spend the first night on the street!
Also, WiFi is excellent; cell service inside was spotty (Verizon).
All in all, I would definitely recommend this property, and may return in the future.

As we walked off the elevator and approached the double doors, I knew it was gonna be nice! Great location, quiet complex, spacious condo, huge balcony with a grill. Pool and Hot Tub are great! Some beach accesses at other locations are being reconstructed because of last year's hurricane, but this complex' access was perfect. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful facility. Exceptionally clean accommodations. Amazing sunrises. Mere steps from the beach, and convenient to everything. Bikettoberfest was in full swing, but you couldn’t tell, unless you were looking for the bikes. Super easy check in and very accommodating host.

week vacation
This is a very nice building that is quiet. We had our dog with us, and the building has a dog park steps away from our door. The condo is on the 2nd floor and close to all the building amenities. I feel the space is larger than it looks in the photos. The owner met us at the condo, shown us the underground parking spot, shown us the around the building and answered our questions about what is around the area. This is a very nice setup and had everything we needed.

Wasnt expecting to be disturbed by construction
The condo was beautiful - fully equiped. The ocean was right there in full view. If you are immobile at all it was difficult to access beach and pool. We rented the condo for 2 weeks and 2 days in construction started above us...we had to listen to jackhammers for 2 days then pounding and hammering for the rest of the first week. The second week we listened to banging and hammering thru wednesday. It was supossed to be a respite trip after a long year of medical issues and ended up quite the opposite. I think we should have been given the option to leave with a refund...that would have been the proper thing to do. Craig, though very nice, claimed he wasnt aware of any construction planned but didnt have a solution that was suitable to us when the construction occurred.

Fabulous property with every amenity you would like and even more! Spacious, spotless, elegant, and welcoming. Huge patio with grill and the oceanfront view was expansive and gorgeous. Convenient to everything. gas fireplace, every kitchen small appliance you could imagine (fondue maker was fun one evening!). Gym, sauna, pool table room, rotating library were all used by my party. Owner was welcoming and thorough. Couldn’t have dreamed a better vacation, willl be back!

Well appointed and maintained building. Clean and cultured appearance. Workout room overlooks ocean. Common room overlooks ocean. Business meeting room available.
Dog walk is fenced and cleanup bags are provided. A light for night use. Beach public dog park is only 20 minute drive. Very nice view of jetty and lighthouse, has showers to wash you and your puppy. Dog water station near light house too.
The condo comfortably holds 7. Beautifully appointed. Well stocked with household goods. Stock of beach goods. High chair and playpen are there for use.

Daytona Vacation
This was a fantastic property. Craig is an excellent host and took plenty of time to review the accommodations. He was readily available and flexible. The unit was fantastic. Well stocked. Fantastic location. There were beach supplies and the view was great all day long. It was great walking down 1 flight of stairs to walk the dog ans 2 flights to get to the pool or beach. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. We wil absolutely be back.

Family trip
This is by far the well stocked condo I have ever stayed in. If you like to cook this is the place for you. Two master suites were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Spacious balcony with lots of seating. Will definitely be back. They are following covid guidelines and that’s a big plus.

Located right on the beach, with covered parking, this location is perfect. It’s not too far to Daytona downtown, shopping, and beach rentals.
The condo is large and well maintained overall. The balcony is large and has great views.
Owner provided chairs, umbrella, cooler and other items.
The only thing that needs attention is cleanliness of shower in MBR and the drip tray of the refrigerator.

Fantastic Property
My family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It is the finest property in the area. Nicer than the best hotels nearby Hilton, The Shores and so on. Location, beach front, all amenities in large condo with extra large balcony again largest on beach. Not opinion walk the beach and see for yourself.

This condo is located in a beautiful building and in a great location. Craig does a great job orienting you to the property and getting you ready for a great visit. This is the first time we were able to get the whole family together for a vacation and it was the perfect spot. Will definitely stay here again.

Summer vacation
The condo was in excellent condition and had everything that you could possibly want, including a large patio and great view of the ocean. Being on the second floor, you could take the stairs and have a short walk to the pool and beach. The owner, Craig, was very prompt and answered any questions that we had. This was our ninth vacation trip to Ocean Vistas, staying in different units. This is simply the best location in Daytona Beach.

A great spot for a family vacation
Accommodations were great spacious 3 bedrooms. Open design large kitchen open into dining and living room space. Large ocean front balcony comfortably seats 6 but room for more. We had a great stay there and Craig and his team did a thorough job cleaning and provided extra supplies. Hope to return again if schedule permits.

Fabulous Condo
We had a wonderful stay, the check in process was great, Craig, was very accommodating and easy to work with, he showed around the condo and the grounds and answered any questions. The condo was wonderful, beautifully decorated, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is provided. The building is secure, with a security guard on duty. We liked that our car was in an assigned parking space in the underground garage. All the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. This is a first class condo we definitely recommend staying here. We were sad to leave, but we will be back next year.

Very Nice Condo
Condo was very nice and well supplied with almost anything one would need to stay here. Building is very secure and owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. TV in Living Room didn't work due to people who stayed here before us but Craig came back that afternoon and fixed it. Unfortunately, we picked a rainy week to visit Daytona and that ruined the vacation. I would also say we were less than impressed with quality of food in the local restaurants we ate at. If you want a nice condo to stay, we would highly recommend this one.
