The toilets smelled very bad. The stove was very dirty. There was no hand washing liquid in bathroom. Empty bottles for shampoo and shower gels were left in the bathroom. The wifi was cut off many times during my stay. They cleaned my room just once during 18 days of my stay.

good location. easy to find

cleanliness!! dust everywhere. under beds on top of cupboards . Oven and hob disgusting and unusable. Kettle was very small full of lime scale only just acceptable to use. Black mould in the shower mainly the sealing. Hot water ran out. Toilet cistern took about 20 min to refill after flushing.

the wifi kept going off at certain times. I tried reaching the property owner several times no response at all and I needed to use some of the kitchen amenities still no response

Nothing in particular

Very small room, had absolutely no space except bed. Washing machine was not drying the clothes and no clear explanation from staff on how to use the drier. I ended up washing 3 times trying different combinations without clothes getting dry.

Location. The view out the window was wonderful.

The wifi kept dropping out

A very comfortable room, nice bedding and essential facilities (water, electricity). TV works fine, decent space in the room to settle. Clean toilets and shower. Great location (super close to town centre).

Wi-Fi did not work at all in the property for me. Quite weird that it only works in the front door area but it won't reach my room at all (which was next to the front door actually). Massive improvement needed there. Kitchen facilities were not precisely clean (this might not be property's fault as other guests were staying in the house as well).

The place was very clean, beautiful interior deco, comfortable bed and great location.

I just didnt like the idea of going all the way down to toilet or shower especially at night time. Hand rails on the stairs going down would help.

I was waiting outside no staff is there but once i got them on the phone he/she was very helpful and pointed out where the keys were, the kitchen is clean the property was very clean and comfty, overall quality price was good I just was frustrated in the beginning because no staff, but at the end was happy ending, make sure when you come you get the phone number of the landlord so you can communicate to him/her about where you find the keys

Good overall

Location, excellent walking distance of town centre and pubs. Nice pub with live music fisherman's cottage 2 mins just along the canal. Wetherspoons nearby too!! Nice views of canals from bedroom window. Comfortable and all facilities. Pleasant furnishings. Nice entrance. Safe area, CTV camera everywhere! School, college and hospital nearby!

Kitchen not clean! So didn't use facility! No parking as such, said free on booking.com. parking available residents permit, hassle arranging it and wanted £50 in advance. Walked to 24hr parking instead £3.60 overnight. Had to wait until 4pm to check-in, having driven for 8 hours!! With parking attendant hoovering in resident only area!!! Shower Luke warm first night! Shower not brilliant but functional, needs addressing!

Location and cleanliness of the room. Will recommend having your own bedsheet if you are OCD.

Poor service, requested to extend the room due to work. Sent message early in the morning only to be rudely told to vacate the proper immediately. No consideration whatsoever. Person on the other end informed me they don’t monitor messages. How do you help customers if they have an urgent request?

clean. modern. good location for walking into town. felt safe. beautiful canal views. easy to find. would 10000% stay again. lucky other guests were quiet, slept well.

hot at night, maybe lower tog duvets in summer? parking through owner expensive, £50 upfront for 2 nights, (£30 refundable after stay) so used JustPark app and parked a 2 min walk away for £15 all weekend.

the area where it’s located is a bit run down and doesn’t feel safe at night. but above all, I told the property well in advance what time I would be arriving and no one was there and no one would pick up my calls or WhatsApp message - only to show up 1 hour later not evening apologising saying that it’s “ok” that I was left hanging, waiting in the street.
