Gemütliches Strandhaus in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten. Zwei Blocks von einem schönen weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Sie werden die Lage, die Gemütlichkeit und die Annehmlichkeiten lieben. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet mit Flachbildfernsehern in allen Schlafzimmern. Premier-Kabel, Internet-Highspeed (60 Mbit / s). Eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Unbegrenzte Anrufe in USA und Kanada. Ein Zimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch mit einem Laserdrucker. Großer privater umzäunter Garten. Unser Ort ist gut für Familien (mit Kindern).

The place and location were perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation!

This was our second time renting the property and we had a wonderful time again! The home was very clean and includes everything you could need. The property manager is great at communicating and gives you plenty of information about the home prior to your arrival. We will definitely be renting again!

We had a nice vacation over Christmas. We love this area and Indian Rocks Beach! It is a laid back area with a cozy vibe. The people are nice and it is very family friendly. It is kind of like going back in time. There are certain shops and restaurants we are sure to include upon return. This is our third stay near IRB! Elkin had the cottage very clean and organized. He had everything you needed in the kitchen, as we ate in most of the time. It is very close to the wonderful beach we love. Thank you for a nice stay. Our week sped by and we appreciate the extra touches to make our stay special.

We were repeat visitors to the St Pete/Clearwater area and wanted to check out this part of the metro area. Great spot with plenty of beach and dining options, which were our priority.

I recently rented this property for myself, husband, and one year old. Check in was very easy and the home is extremely clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and how it was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this home and will definitely stay again.

This property is across the street from the gulf side, but is accessible by a very short walk down the road. We really liked the location. The property was VERY clean upon arrival and had all of the necessary items you would need for your stay. The backyard was also very big and would be excellent for children to play in. Unlike others, we did not hear the construction noise from next door, but they were there daily working on the property. My only concern was the temperature of the bedrooms. They seemed to stay much warmer than the other areas of the house.

The property is good. The location is in immediate proximity to the big housing complex construction. When on vacation, one do not expect and appreciate all that construction noise - hammering, sawing, drilling and grinding concrete with all dust blowing towards the property and its backyard.

Best feature of this rental was that it was an easy walk to beach and was tucked away on a quiet street — except for the construction noise next door which unfortunately detracted from the atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We knew there wasn’t a water view so we were happy to be able to use the beach chairs they provided to walk to beach and enjoy sitting in the sun. Biggest issue for us was the only lights were ceiling fan fixtures with glaring lights in every room. No side tables with lamps to provide a softer relaxed feel or the ability to read before going to sleep at night. This is an easy fix that wouldn’t cost much and would really enhance the comfort of this house. All in all, a very nice rental.

The property was clean and had updated amenities. Short walk to beach. Only problem I had was the new ongoing construction on the adjacent property. Hammering and drilling starts at 7 am and the dust covered my car so unable to sleep late. Saturday and Sunday was quiet.

We had the best time and loved the place! It was so close to the beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed to cook when we wanted. Also had all the things a young child needs, Pack n play, high chair, beach toys, etc. The beach was not crowded when we went and the location was everything. The neighborhood was quiet and people were very friendly. Awesome place!! Would stay here again!!

This house had everything we needed and is so close to the beach! The 3 minute walk was nothing. You do cross a busy intersection and cars don’t stop so be careful. Where we are from cars do stop but not here!
Location is everything.
My only suggestion is it would be nice if the owner supplied a wagon for taking things to the beach, however, we made do fine without.
