Cathy was awesome!!! This condo was perfect and had everything we needed!! The balcony was huge!! Beds were comfortable!! Felt right at home and didn't want to leave! We will be back!!

We had a great time and the property was very nice. Only drawback was the hot tub was sooo small no one could get into it. A 4 person hot tub is not sufficient for this property.

Best ocean view in Daytona. Condo was clean, property manager was in touch just to make sure everything was ok. Secure parking garage. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Had plenty of linen and towels. Beach chairs and towels. Would stay in this condo again.

Place was very nicely set up. Anything you could need for your stay was at the property. Also, the owner had great communication which made the entire check in and check out process. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean and very well appointed. The complex is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Balcony view was amazing especially at sunrise! The owner, Cathy, was quick to communicate from first inquiry all the way through check out.

I have stayed in this particular property numerous times in the past. It is an amazingly secure building, the owners I have met have always been super kind and welcoming, and everything feels like home. The balcony is tough to beat in any of these units, but I must say that the recent updates to this particular unit have taken it to a new level. The new kitchen, the new floors and the absolutely beautiful bathrooms made it the best trip yet! Cathy was amazing to work with, even know though it was just her checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed (and to assure you, there was nothing that wasn’t provided, from beach chairs, to umbrella, to every linen you could ever need). I can not recommend this rental enough- well worth it!

We booked this property for the view and it was perfect. The condo was wonderful, very clean, and the owner was super easy to work with (We never needed to work with the property manager or had any issues.) We would definitely recommend this property and would book it again in the future. The secure garage was an added bonus.

This unit has been upgraded throughout. New stainless appliances, new giant fancy washer and dryer, new bathrooms, new flooring. The owner is wonderful to work with. Comfy beds and everything you need to cook with is included. Loved it. Thank you Miss Cathy

I really wanted to give a five star rating because it was very enjoyable even though we were there during the pandemic. Which puts even more emphasis on why I couldn’t give five stars. We flew in and it was late so we stopped at Walmart because we wanted to be set for the week and not have to leave first thing in the morning to get our groceries for the week. When we got to the condo I was dismayed to find that there were remnants of wet food in the sink stopper and when we went to put our food in the refrigerator it was dirty. And I mean food particles, Crumbs, spills,and I wouldn’t leave my refrigerator in my house like that. We had to give it a complete wipe down And sanitation. Then when I went into use the restroom in the master bedroom there was a paper strap across it as it was clean but A large smear of excrement in plain sight at the back of the seat. I immediately sent photos which I still have to Cathy. She voiced surprised because she had even been in there after they left but said she didn’t check the refrigerator. No Explanation for the food remnants in the sink or the nasty toilet other than saying they usually do such a great job. She offered to have the cleaning company come back the following day but I can tell you this I was not going to use the refrigerator or the toilet without thoroughly cleaning everything down before using them. I am a nurse and I didn’t ordinary situation I would’ve had to sanitize it for me and my family but especially during a pandemic outbreak. Needless to say that was not what I wanted to do just arriving on a vacation. I also messaged Cathy before we came that there was a toilet paper shortage In our state and I wanted to be sure that there was plenty of toilet paper in the condo for the four of us for the week for obvious reasons. She assured me that there was no toilet paper shortage. There was no toilet paper at any of the stores. We had to purchase expensive paper napkins because that was all that was left. I was told at the check-in desk that she was surprised that we were told there was no paper shortage there because there obviously was. Cathy did offer to compensate us a bit if we ever returned, However, we are not in the position to take A vacation every six months/year and having a son that will graduate as an officer in the ROTC our trips will be spent going to see wherever he will when he goes active for the next 4 years.I have never left a review less than 5 stars but these were stre

We've stayed at this location several times and it always feels like home. We can't wait to sit on the oversized balcony. It has 2 loungers and a 4 seat table with room to spare. You won't be disappointed in the condo or the location.

Everything was great and the balcony is where we stayed most of the time! The sunrises from there are outstanding! Everything was as advertised and enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay at this property again when in the area! Also spoke with the owner about the coffee maker(Keurig)and another issue not functioning properly. There was another coffee maker under counter we found and used so it was a none issue. Thanks Juan for a great rental experience!!!

We really felt at home here the place is clean, well stocked,furniture and beds where very comfortable and the view was outstanding as promised. Also Ed the property manager was very friendly and keeps the place looking clean and organized and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We will definitely request this condo if and when we return to Daytona Beach. Thank you, Chris Clark

We are a family of 5 and stayed here for a week in July. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. The balcony had awesome views and more than enough room for the 5 of us to hang out. We also had an assigned parking space in the attached garage which makes vacationing much more enjoyable for me when we don't have to fight for parking. Another plus of the unit is having it's own washer and dryer. My only criticism for the stay was having one room key. When we would split up for something only one of us would have a key. We made do with one key but it would have been easier with two. Overall this is a great condo to stay at with a good spot on the beach and on the strip.

Very nice unit comfortable. The couches and rug could use a good cleaning but the unit is very nice enjoyed our stay and the area is great . The parking garage door was not working but no other issues.

We had a great week in this beautiful condo. The view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous as you can see way up the beach in either direction. We really are more balcony beach lovers and this was just right for us. The bed was comfortable and that was a big thing for us also. Very clean. Washer and dryer we used almost every day. We bought I cream and the freezer didn’t keep it frozen (about like a milkshake) but ice maker works great and it keeps other things frozen good. We did go to down on the beach one day and the chairs, umbrella, dip net and boogie board are all in the condo, (we had none) another plus. The owner was great to work with. He is very nice and helpful. Overall~AWESOME!!

We had a wonderful stay. Juan was a great owner and treated us like guests in his home, which we were. We were most impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. We hope to be able to rent this unit next year.

This condo was perfect for our stay! Great floor plan, beautiful views, easy access to the beach, secure building, and very clean! The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. It is super close to the grocery store, pharmacy, awesome restaurants (go to Aunt Catfish!!!), and beach stores. I highly recommend staying at this condo!!! We plan on coming back again and again!

This condo is very nice. The mattresses in both rooms are very comfortable .We would highly recommend this rental . Has an Awesome oceanfront view. Close to gro. store , shopping. Great seafood restaurants close by. We recommend Our Deck Down Under and Racing's North Turn. Owner's were very attentive , returned calls and email right away. Thank You, Mike & Sandy

The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice floor plan. The balcony was very spacious and the view is second to none. It has underground parking that is very secure and convenient. Our family of five very much enjoyed our time there!
