Location near the beach is unbeatable. You walk outside and it’s right there. The property itself is very clean. The staff works hard to keep the pool looking good and the grounds picked up. The villa was old but spotless.
The surrounding area is a bit of a mess. The property can’t do anything about that. There are only a handful of restaurants near by as well. There are a few mini marts to get essentials. The bar next door is quite loud at night. Bring a white noise machine to help drown it out.
Payment via bank transfer had me scared that this was a scam. I took a chance based on the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. It would be nice to see some improvement on method of payment.

Mrs. Luz was amazing. She was friendly and watchful. As a solo traveler, safety is important. I felt cared for. She truly makes the property a place I would return to.
This is minor, but the one bedroom apartment doesn't face the ocean. The ocean is viewable from the patio. It is such a lovely apartment though. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, all kitchen necessities, close to restaurants and a little store, and very clean. The music on Saturday and Sunday got a little old, but with the windows shut and aircon on, it was muted. It was quiet every other day.

amazing location - just on the (private) beach, close to bars and restaurants. Communication with Roberta was very smooth, she was very helpful and all the other staff as well. Villa had a lovely big terrace and had everything we needed.

The beach was right out front, a short walk away from our apartment. The location was conveniently located walking distance to at least a dozen restaurants, some small markets, and other amenities.
Not all apartments had ocean views.

The location was perfect - right on the beach. Had a side seaview room (honestly while booking I thought it was full view but…). The landlady very friendly snd helpful. Felt safe staying there.
Thete was a night club right next door so honestly 3 nights in a row we could not fall asleep before 3 am and the thumping noise was just killing! But I wrote the landlady and she did something and next night there was quiet. That honestly was the only downside.

The host Roberta was very nice and always responded quickly. Mrs. Luz and Jaunel the groundskeepers were also super nice and friendly and always available when we had a question. The apartment is great and right at the beach and with 3 bedrooms very well suited for a party of 5. Internet worked great. One feels very secure because security personel was on site 24/7.
A brighter light in the kitchen for cooking would have been nice.

It is beachfront, perfect. People are nice and you can easily find a space under the umbrella on the beach. Beach towels and chairs are free to use. There are 2 people (very friendly) to help in anything you need. Free mineral water to use. Roberta, the owner, answer the questions and messages very fast.
Not all the rooms have beach view, my for example, didn’t. But it is not bad because it is no close to the sea you can walk there anytime. (Really just a few steps). If there is some thing to improve in the place is about the hot water boiler. It is very small and the hot water runs out very fast.

The apartment was very comfortable, functional, had a good wifi, on the beach as well... It was clean, and mrs Luz was very nice and caring.
I specially liked that we had 10L of water when we came, every second day we got new towels for the beach and for home, and new toilet papier and cleaning like in hotel! Mrs Luz asked us every day: Everthing ok? How are you? Etc.
I felt like we had our own buttler.
She introduced us with Jaunel who helped us with excursions and helped us with all the question we had...
Also the location of villa chiara is right on the beautiful wide beach, and near restaurants and shops.
Owner was very nice, also helped us with all the information how to come there, taxi, gave us number in case we need anything...
We would definitly stay there again!
The beach had a lot of boats so i couldn't swim far, and i didn't like seaweed on the beach and in the sea.
